Came here bright and early in the morning to see what it was all about and didn't regret a single second of it. The food here is pretty good as far as breakfast food goes. It really brings in various flavors and puts a kick into everything. I ordered a skillet and it was so flavorful and the portion was big enough for me to save it for lunch. The service is nice and the place is really clean. I would definitely go back. read more

A breakfast spot that doesn't disappoint. Found my new fav. The Mardi Gras omelette- so yummy. Bursting with flavors, color and taste - it is absolutely delicious. Several dishes have that New Orleans feel. Everyone in our party got something different and were all extremely happy with their choices. read more

I went three weeks ago with my family. I thought it was ok. I ordered the shrimp and city grits. It was too spicey for my liking but it was tasty. I was a HUGH portion filled with plenty shrimp and andouille sausage. They didnt skimp on that. However, I wish I would have ordered the cheese burger with bacon. Its a shame the didnt have real french fries but its not that kind of eatery. Its a breakfast joint. read more

Any place that has a bar open for breakfast is a-okay in my book! We ordered the Cafe Rouge, City Grits, and Popeye's Favorite Scramble. All were delicious but the seasoned potatoes that come on the side of the scramble were bland. The server and bartender had some confusion about who was making our drink so we got an extra one for free :). The service was fast and friendly and I'll definitely go back again but order a side other than the potatoes. Also, if you sign up for their email list, The Coop, on their website you get a free order of beignets! read more

Eh it's fine I guess. I'm more impressed with other Broken Eggs I've been to. My excitement about having a Broken Egg near home was quickly tempered. My omelet was more of a scramble and the avocado and green chilies were lost in the over abundance of chorizo. The cheese had been baked off to where it was almost MIA. Overall a nice place but they need to step it up. The staff personality is weak with exception of the young man who sat us. Our server spoke in such a low bashful voice, it made us feel like she was uncomfortable as a server and lacked confidence. One would almost think her dad gave her an ultimatum to get a job or move out, and she begrudgingly found a job at Broken Egg. Come to think of it the other servers also seemed like they were counting the minutes until their shift was over. Another Broken Egg is a great restaurant concept with some creative dishes, but some of the staff is a wet blanket and the food prep is sort of lazy. I'll be back for several more chances because I want this place to do well. But if the staff continues to be a drag on the atmosphere, I'll go to one of the many other breakfast places that may not be a adorable with the decor, but can do breakfast with some personality. This is Winter Park, act like it. Otherwise relocate to International Drive where tourist have little choice but to put up with this kind of sloven demeanor. read more

Another Broken Egg Cafe - Nice decor and menu but average food prep and service. Could be a stand out but needs some polish and enthusiasm. - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Winter Park, Florida

Outstandingly different with a Cajun and Southern twist. Loved the City Grits, and they were the creamiest grits I've ever eaten. Unique breakfast place where you can have various infused mimosas, Bloody Marys and spiked Nutella Lattes, though we didn't try any of them this time. read more

This was the first time I have been here. It was recommended to me by a friend and he warned me it would be a wait since I really stays busy. So I arranged a brunch with some of my girlfriends and sister on a Sunday. I tried to do the call ahead seating through the yelp app but for some reason it kept erroring out. So since I was the first one there I went to the hostess and reserved a table for 5. She told me with the size group I had, it would be 45 to and hour. We waited and looked at the menu and when it was coming to 50 mins of waiting I went back up to host station she told me that 5 more ppl were still ahead of me. So we waited some more. it was 1 and 20 minutes before we were seated. Which is alittle ridiculous. And it seem like the staff was very overwhelmed which was ashame. I ordered a black cherry mimosa and the Floridian omelette. I ordered the omelette because I wanted to try something different. I am a sucker for French toast but didn't want to have sweets that morning. The crab meat was very fresh. The mimosa was very refreshing. I would try this place again but this time come later in the day where it's not so busy. read more

I was hoping for more. I'm not a big fan of Crawfish and Crab for breakfast and it seemed that everything that sounded good on the menu had it as an ingredient. They told me their coffee was Royal Cup which I love but I couldn't even finish my cup it was so bad. Took nearly 30 minutes for breakfast to come out. $15 breakfast is perfect for the Winter Park crowd but not for me. read more

Waited at the door for fifteen minutes while there was a slew of empty tables inside and out. The avg age of the wait staff looked about 17 with no management in sight. Three+ waitresses and no one was bussing tables or passing coffee. The hostess was left to BUS all the tables and the poor thing wasn't efficient, she carried so little. The menu looked yummy but we felt it would have been a bad experience. Staff needs loads of training. I doubt we'll try it again. read more

I wanted to try it for a while and knowing it featured a New Orleans flare based on menu. I had the French Toast combo and it was so bland. Nothing stopd out. The syrup was so thin it poured out like it was water. 8 don't know about you but my syrup is thick and sweet and makes everything better. I'm sorry but I won't be back. read more

I loved Another Broken Egg Cafe! If you enjoy breakfast foods, this is the place to be. They had a wide variety of egg dishes (obviously), but also sandwiches, other breakfast goodies, and lunch options. The service was good and they had both indoor and outdoor seating. It is conveniently located in Winter Park Village, with plenty of parking options. Although I wish the prices were a tad bit more reasonable, overall it was a great experience. read more

Great place to have breakfast and a cup of tea. Friendly staff, and quality food in a nice part of town read more

Another Broken Egg Cafe - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Winter Park, Florida

The bananas foster Hawaiian bread french toast was really good. Beautiful presentation. Sausage was spicy. Great service. It's really hard to find the first time. Google maps wants you to turn down a street without a street sign. I wish I knew it was at Winter Park Village, would have saved a bunch of u turns. Lol read more

The service was amazing I love coming here... we had a going away party for a friend and the service was just amazing. The food was even better and fresh as well read more

I was super excited when my boyfriend finally agreed to go with me here since Ive been wanting to give it a try. I was alittle dissapointed upon arrival when another customer who came before us and my group were never greeted and stood by the entrance for about 3 to 4 minutes wondering if we were to seat ourselves or wait. It became pretty akward and we were about to leave. I would have understood if it was busy but they only had about 5 tables inside, so it didnt seem busy. Once we sat, the menu was very intruging and the server we had was very sweet. Our food came out pretty quickly wich was great! I ordered the shrimp and grits (recommended by the server) and i was not at all disappointed! BY FAR the best shrimp and grits i have ever had! I would definately reccomend it myself! My boyfriend got the floridian omlette with crab and cream cheese, i think it was. The potatoes that came with it were far better than most places that offer it, though when the manager came out and asked about the omlette we felt bad we had to send it back because it was VERY fishy tasting. I read other reviews that stated some of their seafood was fishy as well. We ended up switching it for another entree and that definately was another delicious dish! I would definayely come back for sure. The service, once we sat, was very nice and the food we ordered came out great (in exception the the omlette)! read more

Great variety of menus ! We have enjoyed our late breakfast! Bit small inside but very lively feeling.

Went for Sunday brunch, the wait was bad which is totally normal and the service was not the best. I'm sure the server was tired because it was almost 1pm when we got seated, but he never gave us a spoon to mix our coffee we had to do it with a straw. The food I had was not good at all huevos rancheros, had so many peppers it was hard to eat. The meal my boyfriend got was quite delicious in the other hand. We had bloody Mary's that made both of us really sick. They were too spicy. I do have bloody Mary's all the time. I would never go back to this place. read more

My husband and I decided to stop in with our kids this morning, one of whom has food allergies. Before even sitting down my husband was able to speak to the kitchen manager who assured us they would take all the proper precautions and find something for my child to eat. Erik, the kitchen manager, went above and beyond to give my daughter a safe breakfast, which she loved! Even my non-food allergy son had the same safe breakfast and enjoyed it. Our server, JD, checked in with us multiple times and was obviously keeping tabs on the kitchen because he asked us about safe alternatives. All in all we had a great experience and will definitely be back. read more

Blueberry infused quinoa? Say what!!! This was by far the most delicious bowl of cereal I had in a LONG time. I gave them 4 stars because they had no changing table and for mommies with small babies (moi) that's a big deal...specially when my baby pooped in the middle of my meal!!! read more

I tried this place yesterday for the first time after finding it on here. I decided to try this place because the menu seemed to have different offerings from other restaurants and they have things that I like. I had the crab cake brunch. The crab had too much cake and not enough crab which is why I didn't rate this place a 5 but, the rest was excellent! They even serve alcohol with breakfast. The service was good and attentive. This is a local restaurant that seems to actually care about the quality of their restaurant. As much as I try to support local businesses this is hard to find. I am going to go back today when they open get something else. I have been looking forward to returning since yesterday when I left the place. read more

Solid breakfast place. There's usually a big line, but you can use the no wait app and get "in line" before you arrive. My favorite dishes are the black bean Benedict and huevos rancheros. The huevos rancheros would be better if they used corn tortillas instead of flour and didn't deep fry them. The black bean Benedict is good because of the chipotle hollandaise. I prefer Briar Patch, but this place is good too when I'm not going to Park Ave. read more

We had a great breakfast before a mom and spa day. We had the pancakes, eggs, and bacon. The pancake was really good, kind of sweet before adding syrup. Delicious! read more

This is a wonderful breakfast place. It's a little more expensive but it is well worth it. The food is better than just your standard eggs and bacon you might get at a cheaper place. They offer a wide variety of choices. read more

Excellent meal. Food was very good. Pancakes were fluffy and waffles were crispy. Chicken and waffles was flavorful. We showed up at 9:30 on a Sunday and the wait for 3 was 10 minutes. Ordered quickly and waited a reasonable amount of time given how busy it was. Service was excellent as our server was very polite and knowledgeable. Would definitely go back! read more

I just had the most amazing brunch at ABE! The last time I came my eggs Benedict were hard boiled. I responded with a review. Almost immediately the manager reached out to me and asked me to try it again. I'm so glad I did! The eggs Benedict were PERFECT! My husband had the baquezo omelet. So good! Our drinks were delicious. Service was great. Thanks ABE! We will be back!! read more

Awesome!!! I will definitely use the "add to wait list" feature again. Wait time upon arrival was 30-40 mins.... we waited about 7 mins! Service by JD was amazing, he was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, attentive, funny and made the visit an experience, a wonderful experience. The food was freakin delicious! We had the lobster & brie omelette - Hey Lucy omelette - peach cobble omelette.... each was seriously amazing! City grits, hardy and really yummy. Can't wait to go again, I'm making it my personal quest to try everything on the menu! read more

We have waited for almost an hour for our food to arrive and when it did my toast was completely dry and hard and my husband's sandwich tasted horrible. Really bad food and services wasn't any better. read more

Food was good. It sure is aggravating when others come in 15 minutes after you and get served and are gone before you finish. Does it really take 35 minutes to make two sandwiches when the restaurant is only 25% full? read more

Courtney was so sweet. Loved the Shrimp and Grits and my friend loved her smoked salmon Benedict.

You've got to get the biscuits and gravy! It comes with 2 eggs, cooked to order and 2 sausage patties w/ thick creamy gravy slathered on 2 big and flaky biscuits and potatoes on the side. SO GOOD. The restaurant is interesting and fun. Always a lot of people here and sometimes a 5-10 min wait, which is totally worth it! read more

The good is excellent variety and combination of ingredients. The bad is not up to par on preparation and delivery of the food. The food arrived very late (40 minute wait after ordering). It arrived lukewarm. The potatoes were salty and lost its shape. Baked bacon was unusual but tasty. Service was attentive. Broken Egg in Atlanta excelled in food and delivery. read more

Delicious! My friend and I went here early morning and the waiter, Ryan was at our table quickly and was very friendly and quite attentive throughout our meal. We both ordered the Traditional meal and it came rather quickly and was cooked exactly as I ordered. I would definitely go back again! read more

Was ok took a long time to get food and bacon was burnt. We all had different dishes and none were above average. Most likely won't go back.

We went on Mother's Day for the first time. This is my new favorite brunch place! Had the biscuit beignets and city grits. Hubby had crabcake Benedict. We loved our plates! They even have cute coffee mugs :) my only suggestion would be maybe something more than just half and half packets. I'm a big coffee fan and I love creamwe so that was disappointing. We will def be stopping back soon if in the area. Love this place. read more

I have been sleeping on this great breakfast spot. The food is amazing. Great service. The environment is nice. I recommend the scrambled eggs for sure. The monster cinnamon bun was delicious as well. One of the best spots in Orlando hands down. And the general manager is one of the nicest people. Thanks for the experience! read more

It was okay. While this was my 2nd year in a row coming for my Birthday. It was okay... last year it was soooo hot in there and I had a party of 15 with a broken AC. One of my guest complained after we left and the manager Shannon offered a free meal my next visit. I mentioned that upon my visit Saturday and not only it was not honored I didn't even get the "free pancakes" the hostess mentioned...never coming back. read more
