I got the crab cake benedict...the crab cake could be thicker & their fried potatoes need an upgrade. They are nothing special.

Drove a bit further than we normally would to grab breakfast here as I was really wanting to try somewhere new. It did not disappoint. I highly recommend putting yourself in line about 15 minutes before arriving. By doing that our wait time was only 10-15 minutes when we got there, maybe less- it was hard to judge time as it was quite chilly out. Once seated it took a couple of minutes to get service but they were slammed. I really enjoyed the breakfast I ordered (the traditional) which was just a simple eggs+ potatoes (so good!) + an english muffin. I would definitely come back to try the pancakes or other sweeter items or perhaps an omelet. My boyfriend got the biscuits and gravy, which came with a lot of food. He seemed to enjoy it and the sausages were definitely made there and not just frozen patties as you could see the herbs and seasoning. Service was pretty good for how busy they were. The coffee was just ok, which is much better than most diner/brunch type places. read more

Not sure why I didn't write my review sooner but this place really struck a cord with me. Wishing we had one in Miami! Healthy variety of options all GF possible and all organic. Any place that offers gluten free pancakes is 5 STARS in my book! What a treat! Service was impeccable! I'm ashamed that I don't remember my waiters name because he truly was the best server I have had! (No joke!) we will definitely be back the next time we hit O-town! read more

Not my first time at ABE, but my first time at this location. The service here was hands down the best! We sat at the bar, and Melissa (our bartender) was awesome. Attentive but not constantly in our faces. Friendly and upbeat, but professional at the same time. Plus she mixed a delicious blueberry lemon mimosa! I highly recommend this place and definitely recommend sitting at the bar if Melissa is there! read more

On our visit to this establishment we had the best experience with a bartender named Miriam! She was attentive and did a great job with suggestions for our first timers and had a wonderful personality. Our drinks and food was perfect and she really delivered 5 star service. read more

Me and my friend visited Another Broken Egg with high expectations, I heard a lot of good things about the cafe! My food was okay, but she mentioned to the waiter that she was pescatarian, and about half way through eating she noticed the food had chorizo on top. She told the waiter and he didn't seem to care, neither did the manager. Unfortunately, she got really sick as its been years since she had meat and can't digest meat. read more

Great food! Great atmosphere! Great Service! Myriam our server was lively and engaging. ABEC is my favorite place for a breakfast meeting.

I cannot rave about this place enough. Cornhole outside to play while you wait is a great touch from the get go. The place is decorated nice and just looks really cool as soon as you walk in the door. Everyone on the staff we interacted with was friendly, nice, and fun. The food is incredible. We had the hash brown Benedict, Mardi Gras omelette, and cinnamon roll French toast and I highly recommend all of them. Our server, Brackus (I hope I spelled it right), was attentive, happy, interesting, and magnified the whole experience to make it more fun. We will definitely be going back before we have to leave town to go home. read more

Despite avoiding complaints about uncontrollable factors like weather and timing, this place had several issues except for the food. I'd suggest reservations, especially on Sundays(if you can make reservations). We waited 45 min before being sat & finally we got sat and it started raining, it was never mentioned there was a possibility of being soaked and narrowly avoiding getting hit by the outdoor sun visors. No accommodation was offered until we asked to move inside. Unfortunately, inside wasn't available(which is ok because I saw how packed it was, but if I would've at-least known we could be getting soaked I would've never chose outside). One entree arrived, along with half of another, as my pancake add-on appeared 15 min later. No one informed us about the wait for pancakes, forcing me to inquire while nearly done with my meal. It would have been appreciated if they had shown some sympathy or recognized our frustration as customers. (Also mind you the silverware was soaked due to the rain and we probably wouldn't of gotten new ones if we never asked). read more

What a great surprise...I was getting my car serviced and I was sure I was going to be bored for a few hours Instead I walked in for the first time and was blown away with this place ...great food but even greater service from Meryem E. Meryem made the time fly by....thank you read more

I'm a simple man, but this was hands down the best breakfast I have ever eaten. My wife and I split the the crab cake Benedict, lobster Brie omelet and the bourbon street pancakes and I have never been more sad to be full in my entire life! One of my favorite places to get breakfast; first experience was In Louisiana... and so happy to have this location close to me in Florida. The Floridian omelet is my favorite, but I've never been disappointed with anything here. My husband loves the chicken and waffles. Great place for Sunday brunch, though I recommend getting in line via Yelp app. Coffee is great. You can even purchase the unique handmade pottery mugs. read more

Had the chance to visit as one of a party of 8 for brunch. They do not accept reservations however you can put yourself on their wait using an app called NoWait. We expected a wait on a Sunday at 11a. It took an hour and 10 minutes to seat us. A little disappointing but it is what it is. Our server was very friendly and attentive but possibly overwhelmed because it took him a while to return between trips. I ordered a tropical fruit flavored mimosa ($7.99) and the Crab Ceballo (crab cake eggs Benedict with chipotle flavored hollandaise sauce) served with home fries ($13.99 I believe). It was pretty good with a generous sized portion. I had the chance to see other dishes my friends ordered and I think I would order the Lobster & Shrimp sliders or what looked like French Toast with fresh berries if I were to visit again. I enjoy trying different restaurants and other than the wait, was satisfied with the visit. I would say it's in the realm of Keke's. Doesn't seem to be the greatest for large groups. I would give this place 3/3.5 stars for being good with friendly service but not seamlessly efficient. We had to wait about 10 minutes for the rest of one of our member's meal (black beans and potatoes) to come out so that we could all eat together. Yes, I would come back but only if I were in the area. read more

There were so many delicious entrees to choose from. I had the Monterey Power Omelet which was good, but subtle in flavor. The fruit served with it was very fresh and sweet. My husband ordered the Shrimp 'n Grits was deliciously flavorful and a large portion. For a sweet indulgence, we had the Lemon Blueberry Goat cheese pancake. Definitely will order those again. read more

The mark of a well managed company is how they handle adversity, this place does not! We did call ahead seating (no guarantee) we arrived 4 minutes after the call and checked in that was 10:32. at 11:05 after watching people come in, complain and get seated, I checked and they said you are 18 on the list, I said there are 18 parties a head of us? They said yes, I then said so when I checked in at 10:32 there was no way it would be 20-25 minutes. There were not even 18 parties waiting at that time! Then they said, well our systems have been down so we are trying our best to catch up. Naturally we left, but I guess they never took me off the list because at 1:45, yes 1:45 they texted that I was next in queue and they were working on my table! This is a diner...not a 5 start restaurant that kind of wait is absurd. read more

I love breakfast here. Haven't been for brunch yet, but so far everything I've had has been tasty. The breakfast potatoes are my favorite part. Seasoned and crispy. Also, the biscuits and gravy is pretty solid. They also have good black coffee. I know that's odd to say, but it's good. Service has also always been great here as well. read more

My cousin had the Shrimp N' Grits and would not put her spoon down. I had the Crab Cake Benedict with potatoes and it was amazing. The eggs were cooked exactly as I asked and seasoned well. My husband and I tried Another Broken Egg Cafe for brunch for the first time this Saturday morning. I was a tad bit wary, as it seems I've read nothing but mixed reviews, leaning towards "not so hot". I was expecting a long line and wait, but at 9:30, was told we'd be seated in just two minutes! We opted to sit up at the bar after all for fun, and were greeted and waited on immediately. The server/bartender got us our drinks quickly, and took a moment to share with us her favorite dishes. We opted for two of her suggestions - The Eggs Benedict, and the Bacquezo Omelette. Our orders came in about 20 mins, and were beautifully presented. The portions were large! My omelette came stuffed with both bacon and chorizo, so as you can imagine, it was a bit greasy. I tasted fantastic, however, and the cream cheese filling really made it scrumptious. I swapped out the english muffin for a fluffy biscuit - it was the perfect texture. My husband reports his eggs benedict was top notch - he really enjoyed the flavor of the grilled tomato, and appreciated the way the eggs were over medium - slightly runny without making a mess all over his plate. His eggs bennies were paired with the Mediterranean Style potatoes - he says they were "all-right", but that he wouldn't pay the up charge the next time around. We will definitely return again and try other items on the menu! I enjoyed the ambience at Another Broken Egg cafe more than I have of comparable Orlando-area restaurants like First Watch and Kekes. The portions are sizable, but I would definitely say some of the more standard breakfast fare menu items were overpriced. I suggest trying some of the more creative combos, while saving the pancakes, eggs and bacon, and waffles for another restaurant. read more

Their salmon avocado toast was not good. You can tell it's packaged pre-made guacamole. It was bland and didn't look fresh. And they barely put any of it on the toast. Everything about the presentation didn't look appetizing either. read more

Gave this place a try again for Saturday brunch again after working out with friends. Thankful that this place is so accommodating. You don't have to be dressed up to the nines. Heck, we were in our workout gear and they didn't turn us away. There was a bit of a wait but that just gave my friends and I ample time to chat away over the past week's gossip. The house infused mary never disappoints. I may have had one (or two-don't judge) but sooo delicious if you love tangy tomato flavors and spice! One of my friends ordered the giant cinnamon roll bun which we all tore apart within minutes. Yum! And I was super happy with my entrée choice this time around. The Huevos Rancheros were delicious- the tortilla was extra crispy and the mix of black beans, egg, cheese and avocado along with the sides of sour cream and salsa were a medley of yumminess! You can also add chorizo sausage for an additional charge. But I will tell you it's pretty hearty and filling without it. It also came with a side of hash brown potatoes but I was pretty indifferent about those. I could take or leave them. Our server was on top of things. I will say there was a bit of a wait but that's to be expected for a Saturday morning. Make sure to come here with patience and an appetite and you won't be disappointed! read more

Come eat here, and be full and happy! This was a great brunch suggestion by a friend, and I'm so glad we listened! The portions were huge, the food was well cooked, the coffee is tasty and comes in adorable mugs, and the menu has such variety! The only drawback was slow-ish service, but I'm not going to ding them too much on this because the place was packed. Delicious and creative. Friendliest server ever. Great place for families or a morning date. I can't say anything bad. Kevin our server was like a breath of fresh air- he was alert, attentive, so sweet, knowledgable about the menu, and extremely professional. We noticed a really grumpy couple being rude and he just smiled and was so polite. We had the most AMAZING OMELETTES - one with chorizo and the other with lobster and Brie. Both were delicious and HUGE and came with the crispest yet moist on the inside and not greasy at all potatoes. This place is the best breakfast place we've been to. Better than the rest in Orlando by far. And if you can - Ask for Kevin. He is happy and not one of these punks that are serving you a plate with a grumpy hungover smile in the morning.
