Hassan is so amazing! Wonderful and made the experience so fun and inviting! 10/10 recommend him and this breakfast place!

Lauren G is great!! Food was great and the service was excellent! Thank you! We will be back.

Lauren was awesome!! Food great too! Made our Christmas season more special , thank you

Found this place on yelp for breakfast one morning on our trip out to Ohio, and loved it so much we went a second time during our trip! We really enjoyed our food- the beignets were worth the hype, husband enjoyed spiked chocolate pancakes and later then the egg Biscuit sandwich. I love eggs Benedict and tried both the crab cake and later the smoked salmon. Delicious food, kind servers and yummy coffee made for some great mornings. Will be back next time we come out to Ohio! *repost as originally reviewed the location in Columbus by accident read more

Met a friend for brunch & enjoyed a very good meal at Another Broken Egg in Westlake, OH. The best part of our experience was being served by Darion. He was super personable & went above & beyond taking care of us. Darion is a true asset & I'll definitely request him again as a server. read more

The service was super fast! Lauren was amazing with service as well! The food as always was AMAZING! It's never a long wait either and the restaurant is always clean! read more

My breakfast was so good I'm still thinking about it so I had to post. The place wasn't busy so I was seated quickly and my was server was very friendly and attentive. It was my second visit after a long day at work. The first time I had the lemon ricotta and goat cheese pancakes which were good but I'm obsessed with the lobster and brie omelette and city grits. They didn't skimp on the lobster and the bacon in the grits was thick and crispy! It was a rich meal but so tasty. read more

Food and service were great. Very reasonably priced. Fruit was plentiful and very high quality. Veggie omelette was excellent. Only complaint is about their ladies' restroom. It needs some repairs and a good deep clean! I will definitely go back! read more

The greeters were friendly as was the young woman who seated us. There were six of us and we all got something different. The two people who ordered omelettes loved them. One was chorizo and he said it was a bit greasy. The more traditional breakfast (eggs, bacon & hash browns was just okay. The bacon wasn't crispy enough. The grits were given a thumbs up. They were generous with the breakfast potatoes but they were blah. I ordered the bagel & salmon Benedict but had them hold the egg & hollandaise. I am used to cold salmon on this classic but this was warm & okay. I liked that they were generous with the capers and onions. We got side orders of the carrot cake pancakes & of buttermilk. The carrot ones were delicious & we all loved them. The buttermilk pancakes were not light or fluffy. They were on their way to being flat hockey pucks. They wee disappointing. No one raved about their food but we got full. read more

Friendly atmosphere good food. Good for families. A little pricy. Ordered food to go got no condiments that were listed as included. Cocktails were not consistent with others in the chain. Cocktails were delicious. We will be back! read more

Really enjoyed our time here. The only issue is the wait time. We joined the waitlist before we arrived and said approx 20-30 minute wait. Checked in when we got there and still waited over an hour for a table. Once we got seated our service was great we ordered drinks (highly recommend the spiked cold brew!). The food selection was good with something for everyone. The space was bigger than expected with in door and out door seating available. Will definitely be back! read more

Food and service here was amazing I had the Bananabread French Toast. They have an amazing drink menu when you require the hair of the dog the next morning. My girlfriend can't have dairy and the staff was able to provide a list of information for people with unique diets! Great service and amazing food! read more

Great place to gather for breakfast or brunch. This was our first visit and we were delighted! Open atmosphere good music and laid back. The southern inspired menu is reminiscent of cuisine we have enjoyed in Savannah GA and Charleston SC. but right here in north east Ohio! The food was delivered fresh and hot. Bacon was savory and crunchy and french toast melt in your mouth decadent. Smoked salmon eggs Benedict was equally impressive. Flavor packed with red onion capers cream cheese topped with perfectly poached eggs. Wow ! read more

The hubs and I came to Another Broken Egg Cafe because the place we were going had a ridiculous wait time. Funnily, so did they but the line went faster. I appreciate Yelp having the option to be put on a wait list because that helped the wait time. It's a nice cafe. I will say there is a very large amount of open space that could be used to add extra tables. Our server was very nice (Alissa). She was from another location and was there helping out. I don't think she was even supposed to be our server but ours never came so just said she was going to help us anyway. The hubs had the Madi Gras omelette and I had The Supreme omelette . He added pancakes and I added French Toast. The omelettes weren't bad. The French toast was one slice and was just okay. He said his pancakes were just okay as well. It's breakfast food. Not a lot you can do with that. It's a bit pricey for breakfast but our service was good so that was a perk. I'm sure we will be back. Hopefully our next server is as good as the one we had next time. If you're in the area and want something good, check Yelp first to see what their wait is and add yourself to the list! I think you'll enjoy. read more

I've been here three times now, and all three times they have made my eggs incorrectly. Over medium does not mean scrambled or over easy. How can a breakfast place constantly cook eggs wrong? *facepalm* the food has good flavor overall, which is the saving grace here. The service staff on the other hand has always been great. read more

The food here is great!!! Really good! The service sucks so bad I cannot explain!!! 5 employees comparing tats at the front desk, 3 at the server station chatting! I was going to take photos but I felt it would have been rude, and honestly this is not a major life event for me!!!! I sat in a 20% filled restaurant for 10 minutes before I got up and asked the 5 people if I could get served!!!!! I was with a business client, so embarrassing!!! 5 minutes later I asked to see the manager! 5 more minutes I got coffee delivered, no creamer! Fast forward 5 more minutes!!!! You get the picture! This was my third and last visit! First was a 10, second was a 2, this one was nothing short of pathetic!!! Service is AWFUL!!!! So bad, if you own this place....pay attention!!!!! You have the kitchen, the location and plenty of staff! You deserve better!!!! We deserve better!!!!!! read more

Company, Environment, Food, Location pretty much everything is perfect! Except for the waiting game but they have a waitlist thank goodness and only waited 5 minutes at most. I wish I took most pictures but I was just so excited to try it!!! You will be too! read more

Third visit here after 2 good meals but not sure I'll return. This time the food wait was long. Over 45 minutes long with no updates from waiter. Sat at outdoor bar seat to avoid a 50 minute wait. Mistake. Bar staff seemed busy(?) and paid little attention to guests including me but found time to be were chatty with co-workers. Received food and no check in from waiter. I had to track down a food runner from the kitchen to get salt and pepper. Disappointing experience. read more

Stay away; the bad reviews are accurate. I looked at the shiny website and business photos and decided to give Another Broken Egg a try despite the poor reviews. That was a mistake. The food is surprisingly disgusting. First dish was inedibly salty (and I love salt). Server offered to remake but the kitchen told her the sauces are pre-prepared and could not be adjusted. So, I ordered an omelet that came to the table with a hole literally burned in it. They initially charged me for it. When I noted that it was disrespectful to serve a burned omelet the manager agreed and removed the charge. All-in-all friendly servers and concerned managers are doing the best they can to make up for a completely incompetent kitchen. read more

Yikes! I was here eating this morning/afternoon and saw a host get in a customers face while she speaking with the manager already... This is a business? I've been a manager in the restaurant industry many years (las vegas strip) and when a manager steps in you as an employee DO NOT step in and speak, you let the manager handle it. I also witnessed the hostesses speaking amongst each other after the interaction speaking i'll and very disrespectfully about this certain guest. This situation was very unprofessional on both ends but as a business it's your job to handle this as such and children were involved. I am an innocent bystander but I will not be back just because of how disgusting this interaction was handled. read more

Mediocre at best. The process to check-in (we put our names in via Yelp) was a disaster. There was one person at the hostess stand and a line of people trying to check-in and a line of people to be sat because their table was ready. I don't understand why there would not be a line for people whose tables were ready and a line for people waiting to check-in. Very disorganized. Once we did get our table, our waitress was good. We got drinks quickly and placed our orders. The wait was about 35 minutes to get food. Too long in my opinion. By the time the food got to us, everything but the grits was cold. Omelettes were cold. Potatoes were cold. English muffin was cold. The taste was decent but with it being cold, it was disappointing. We told the waitress and she offered to remake them but we didn't want to spend another half hour waiting for food. The total bill was a bit high for being for two people (2 entrees and 2 alcoholic drinks was $60 before tip). I will give this place another shot in a few months but overall, not worth the hype at all. read more

BE PREPARED TO WAIT ON THE WEEKENDS!! We made a reservation for a table of two and it was an hour wait. The table was supposed to be ready at 10:54 we arrived at the restaurant 15 mins before the reservation time to check in and the host advised me that it would be 25 more minutes and they would text when the table is ready. They text an hour later at 11:50 saying the table was finally ready. Good thing we saw some friends going to their table and we just had them pull up two extra chairs. The food was good and the drinks were good as well. If it wasn't for the mishandling of the wait time would of given it 4 Stars. But it's a fairly new restaurant that may be getting the kinks out. read more

Nice atmosphere and location. Staff was very nice and prompt. A few things and maybe it's just me. The men's bathroom was very dirty which always concerns me if that isn't maintained how is the kitchen. Food was okay at best. Do not get the sausage patties worst uneditable sausage I have ever had. French toast was okay. Would not recommend with better options near by. read more

An excellent breakfast (and probably lunch and dinner, too) option that has great customer service. I kept it simple and ordered traditional breakfast with chicken sausage and coffee. All of which was cooked to order and delicious. Everyone I was with (six of us) ordered different meals and were all satisfied. We stayed in the Hyatt Place hotel and were able to walk to ABE. After eating we walked off some calories by shopping in the surrounding Crocker Park. read more

I was so disappointed with this place. Waited 30 minutes to get a table for 2. Then another 10 minutes to take our order. Order placed -- Irish Coffee and Country Chicken over biscuit and gravy. Took 20 minutes to get our coffee and a total of 1 HOUR to get our meal! Our server, Samantha S was lovely and pleasant but no communication about why things were taking so long. Food was very good but I don't think I'll be going back there again. Sorry Broken Egg --- this won't do! read more

Yeah it was pretty gross. Big and small flies everywhere. The hollandaise sauce was like custard. They actually put the meat on top of the Benedict instead of under the egg. So weird. The potatoes were the same you would find in the frozen food section of the grocery store or your kids school cafeteria. So so bad. The service was nice. So one start for service. read more

We decided to give the cafe another try after our last time - which had extremely long wait times. We used the app to check in early, and were seated after five minutes after arriving. I had visited another broken egg Cafe for the first time in Raleigh North Carolina when I was there on vacation. It was so wonderful that I returned there the second day for breakfast which I never do on vacation go to the same place. I was so excited to find that there was one coming here and this is actually my second time visiting this locationand it's just not great at all. The first time I went when they first opened, crazy waiting times with the yelp waitlist and it was so confusing and they did not have it together which was understandable because they had just opened about 2 weeks prior. The food was not very flavorful at all and kind of a disappointment but I figured new restaurant needs time to get it together. The restaurant now has been opened long enough to figure out what it's going to do. As a matter of fact they had gotten their waiting system together a lot better and I'd use the Yelp app to check in and it worked perfectly. Both times we had good servers including today which was mother's Day. However the food was not good first we got water with our drinks and the water tasted horrible. Like the worst side of the pipes which it didn't taste that way the first day we came. I ordered the shrimp and grits which I had for the first time in Raleigh which were amazing but what I got today was not good. First of all it had so much of the sauce you couldn't see any of the grits you couldn't see any of the shrimp because they were buried in. And I don't know who cooked but they made it with so much cheese you could not even lift the spoon without massive strings from the quantity of cheese everywhere it was hard to taste anything else. The waitress brought me another side of plain grits to try to break it up which is on the picture the white streak but it did not help. Very very disappointing they need to go to the Raleigh location and learn how to cook properly or someone from corporate needs to come up there and make sure that they know how to do the recipes because this another egg Cafe is not impressive at all. read more

Ok, it might appear that I'm picky from my reviews. If wanting good food is picky, then I guess I am. I ordered the traditional breakfast. I asked whether to go sausage or bacon, the waitress said bacon. I ordered soft, scrambled eggs, crispy potatoes. While the potatoes were crispy, they weren't as crispy as my English muffin. It was crispier than this kid I new in high school. Burnt. The bacon was like bacon jerky. It was unlike anything I have experienced before. My wife had the same issues were her eggs and bacon. Her's came with the French toast. The French toast was ok. Oh, and the breakfast potatoes were deep fried. I know breakfast can be greasy, but deep fried food is no way to start a day! We expected better. It wasn't busy and it was pricey for what we had. read more

Great choice for a brunch in terms food. Can't speak so highly of the service though.

Was served by an amazing server named Dorian (I believe that's how his name was spelt) he had amazing energy and a smile that'll make u smile back, very well mannered. I've been wanting to try this place for awhile now and this morning my girlfriend and I decided to check it out. The vibe is great ! I'm honestly mind blown at all the 4 and 5 star reviews. The food is very poor quality, premade, and extremely overpriced. 95% of the menu is just giant desserts - think pancakes stuffed with icing, cooked in flavored whipped cream, topped with cream cheese and Carmel drizzle. My breakfast came with potatoes - very clearly leftover and reheated in the microwave from the day before. The bathrooms are FILTHY - the walls and floor are clearly never cleaned as they have built up, uh, *gunk* accumulating. The waitstaff is very friendly and the coffee was pretty good. read more
