The food was very good. Lots of great flavor. The beignets were very good. My husband ordered the turkey and mozzarella panini and I ordered the eggs Benedict. The eggs were undercooked but good otherwise. The panini was delicious. Great flavor combinations. The rating is mainly from the service. Our server was nice but forgot to put our drink orders in, twice! When my husband got his drink, it was the wring thing. He ordered the cold brew Captain Morgan coffee drink and she brought out the salted caramel one. He just drank it to avoid further delays. I didn't even get my drink until I was about done with my entire meal! I got the watermelon cooler, which was good and refreshing but I had to drink it fast given the timing of it being delivered. read more

This broken egg cafe exceeded my expectations. I am now a regular. The diverse menu offers delicious options for every palate. My favorite dish is the Monterey omelet. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served promptly. The cozy atmosphere and friendly bartender added to the overall positive experience. A great spot to start the day! read more

Super yummy brunch place. At first, the wait was 45 mins but we ended up finding seating at the bar! Winning!! I got a mimosa (YUMMY) & a supreme omelet (YUMMY). The staff is super friendly & nice. The bartenders were the BEST. Thank you Becca & Terry for the warm welcome. This place did not disappoint. A must try if you are in the area. read more

Enjoyed breakfast/brunch at this place. Ordered huevos rancheros (most delicious, it's a MUST), cookie dough waffle, 4/5 stars, soooo sweet, Mardi Gras omelet, and other plain pancakes and waffles for kids. The Mardi Gras omelet had some chewy shrimp, so if you like them boiled, this could be the way to go. Otherwise stick with the huevos rancheros and the spicy Bloody Mary. Not too spicy, but just the right flavor and kick. Maya our server was amazing - she gave great recommendations, so speak up and ask if I'm doubt! While there was a long line, we got in quickly (within 8 min) with a party of 5 and the food came quickly. Love the vibe of the place and no waiting for individual use bathroom - always a plus. Will def come again! Impressed. read more

Went looking for a breakfast place near our hotel and came here based upon the menu. We ordered: Carrot cake pancake stack with cream cheese frosting. This was outstanding with real carrot cake flavor. The frosting was a little sweet for me but that is what makes it frosting right? Made from scratch sage sausage patty. Probably the most flavor I have had from a breakfast sausage ever. Eggs cooked perfectly. She had Belgian waffle with bacon and potatoes. Her opinion was very good but comparable to other places. Potato side was more French fry-like than savory. Wait staff was nice and attentive. We were seated right away. My only complaint of all things is the water. It had a weird detergent taste. We will come again. read more

We waited a bit for our table but were actually seated before our expected time so that was a plus. The real mind-blower was the food! Holy crap was it good! Hubby got the biscuits and gravy while I got an omelette as both were out of this world! Highly recommend if you're in the Nashville area but try to get there before 9:30a! read more

Saturday breakfast so we knew there would be a wait. Told 1.5 hrs but we managed to get a seat at bar. Bam! Bloody Mary. Yum. I had poached egg on potato cake Benedict. Perfectly prepared. BFF had city grits (think loaded potato) and lobster brie omelette. Delish. Service is fast because they are pushing bodies through. So it's not the place for a quiet, leisurely meal. But perfect spot for a tasty one! Crazy pancakes, strawberry loaf french toast, biscuits and gravy, shrimp and grits. Something for everyone. Bonus ...they have cholula sauce!! Worth a list. Also understand you can put your name on a waiting list before you arrive. read more

Absolutely delicious food, coffee, and great service! The cinnamon roll French toast and shrimp and grits were amazing.

I'm giving this place 2 stars because the food is good. This was my second visit into this location and they're always busy and packed, along with the reviews which is always a good thing. My first experience was GREAT, hence why I returned with my entire family, REGRETFULLY. Let's get right to it: -Our waitress was nice, she was seated a few tables at the same time so she was running around a little frantic but was attentive to the fact that things weren't going so smooth. She handled the circumstances very well. -THE BARTENDER (Purple, Red Hair, Dark Brunette) was so rude, dismissive, and I honestly can't believe your in the food/service industry. I still hadn't received lemons that I requested so I used the restroom and stopped by the bar to grab some. I said to the bartender verbatim, "Hi, can I steal some lemons from you, it's been hectic and I still hadn't received any".. she replies, "LOOK I'M THE BARTENDER, THAT DOESN'T HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH ME!" It was rude and she could've kept that to herself. I can say the experience this time was very disappointing and I hope management can get ahold on the attitudes and energy within the establishment. I am very compassionate to the fact that due to COVID many places lost a lot of staff but TN restrictions have been lifted long before, so that's def not the case here read more

I was visiting a friend and we decided to go to brunch before I had to catch a flight back to LA. As we walked in, I heard the hostess say two at the bar. Being short on time, we took to the bar with no wait. The Bartender gave us a friendly greeting and I let her know I had to catch a flight. She was super helpful, gave great recommendations, and helped us get in and out without delay. Loved her vibe! The lemon blueberry mimosa was absolutely amazing and paired perfectly with the delicious, strawberry pound cake french toast. Overall it was Great service, excellent food, and a fun atmosphere. First timer and honestly I can say that I'll come back . I do recommend to get on the waitlist once your planning to head out to the restaurant has many people do go for breakfast. We were a large party and no one had a problem with their meal. The lobster omelette was my dish and it was delicious , it had such great flavor . As for beverage I picked the lemon blueberry mimosa it was hard but GOOD! It has a sour flavor which was my first time tasting in a mimosa but I definitely enjoyed it. Plus - It's right next to a parking garage so you can definitely leave your vehicle have breakfast and then go wonder broadway which only a block away. read more

Landed earlier (7 am) than necessary in Nashville, so what better than a good breakfast. Picked Another Broken Egg Cafe just because... Finally made the choices Andouille Sausage grit cakes topped with poached eggs and creole shrimp with a " Tomato, onion and green onion sort of relish. Side orders were beignets and city grits. Incredible meal seasoned to perfection and for me not to add salt or spice is very unusual. This was the right combination of flavors including sweet, savory and spice. Never eaten shrimp not over cooked considering the combination. Perhaps the best chef and service combination. May hang out to have lunch too. read more

Came to town for only 2 days, so I wanted to find a good Gluten-free breakfast for my wife who has Celiacs. What we found was not good, it was AWESOME. It started from the time we entered the restaurant and we were greeted by our server Becca. Once we told her that my wife has Celiacs, she said don't worry "I got you", I have Celiacs as well. My wife had the GF Bourbon Street pancakes. You couldn't even tell they were GF and she loved them. I had the regular cinnamon roll French toast, OMG! I am a self proclaimed breakfast snob and try to find something on the menu that I haven't had before or can't make at home. This place is the real deal, we plan on going there tomorrow on our last day in Nashville. Give them a try you WILL NOT be disappointed. read more

This place is AMAZING. We came for breakfast and sat at the bar. The bartenders, Becca and Teri, were outstanding. They were both very attentive, friendly and super helpful. They gave great suggestions and made sure that we were taken care of. Aside from the phenomenal experience we had, we noticed that they treated EVERY customer with the utmost respect. They were constantly multitasking and were incredibly efficient. In addition, the food itself was fresh and delicious. The drinks, both alcoholic and non, were also good. At the end of the meal, they offer people to-go cups for the road. What a great place to go! read more

This place never disappointments for a good breakfast/brunch meal. The Banana Foster pancakes are to die for. The Lobster and Brie Omelette is delicious as well. Considering this is a very causal breakfast/brunch restaurant, their cocktails are really good--better than I expected. I highly recommend the sangria! The only downside, is u might have to wait a few min for a table, as they are usually always at capacity, even if u add you name to the waitlist ahead of time. Thanks to Yelp, you can usually always see what their wait time is! read more

This was our second choice bc the first place was so full we didn't want to wait. But I'm glad we came here. The food was really good. I had the salmon power bowl. I asked for the salmon rare. (Note: apparently they cannot serve rare salmon. They had to cook it just a little bit). My son ordered the supreme omelet. Both dishes were awesome. Plenty of food for breakfast. Like I said it was our second choice but not the next time. They will be our first choice and it should be yours. They have a nice little web site where you place yourself on the wait list ahead of time. You check in when you get there and your wait is not long. Very awesome. Parking is right next door. So, parking is close, wait was just a little bit, food is very good, service was good, place was clean. What else could you want. Have fun and eat well. read more

I completely enjoyed this restaurant. I went around 1230 trying to avoid the foot traffic and it was a great time because there was plenty of space to sit. The restaurant was bright and open. The waiter and waitress was very sweet as well. I would love to point out that there was a lot of employees everyone which was a great notion because the place was spectacular. I enjoyed coffee and my friends had the hot chocolate and oj. For the meal I enjoyed the Crab cake Eggs Benedict with a side of avocado and fresh fruit. My friends had the Alaskan Salmon Eggs Benedict and Huevos Rancheros. I wish the crab cake was more seasoned, I would even recommend some old bay. I highly suggest getting the fresh fruit, there was blackberries, sliced strawberries and fresh kiwi. Perfect place for brunch with the family. Or maybe even a hangover cure. I actually left around 2:06 and they close at 2. But even as we were leaving i was families still inside eating. Hope this review helps ! read more
