Lovely restaurant with terrific food and service! Love the vast menu! Never had anything I didn't love!

Excelent food service and ambience highly recommended good location easy to get to. Ample parking. overall a good place to eat

This place reminds me of a classic American diner. It's a place your grandparents would love and your kids would be comfortable at. They have an extensive menu, which even included crab with eggs! I ordered that and wasn't disappointed. There was also a wide range of brunch adult drink options. All the servers we came into contact with were friendly, and I noticed on my way out that they even have a coffee bar station for people who are waiting on a table. That. Is. Thoughtful. I went on a morning date with my husband, and would be happy to come back with the entire family. read more

Service was amazing. Restaurant clean and orderly. Manager stopped and check on us. Food was fresh and well prepared. Upscale Village Inn.

The service here was amazing, from being greeted but a wonderfully bubbly hostes to our incredible server. The food is a definite 8/10! The atmosphere is very homie and clean. We will definitely be back. read more

A bit pricey, but we needed a brunch place besides Village Inn! Parking not comfortable, the towing sign it's on the Restaurant landscape and there was the towing truck removing vehicles, Good service and I Loved the Bar area read more

Disgusting .. I went with my mom today and first off the hostess has a nasty mean attitude she rudely motioned for us to sit . The food was slop that was overpriced . I got sick so did my mom . Don't bother with this one in Houston is better . read more

This is nice new place. The food was great and the coffee was good. Everyone seemed very friendly. I would definitely be back.

By far the best tasting pancakes I've ever had! They were delicious!! Ask for Steven as your server. He's great and so sweet.

hello, i had a waitress named makayla and she was the bomb!!! would come back especially for the hospitality!!!!

My friend and I went there for lunch. It was busy, but we were seated quickly. The restaurant is reminiscent of New Orleans. The coffee was good. My friend ordered the ham and eggs. She enjoyed them. She said the grits were very good. I had the crab cake Benedict and asked to sub regular hollandaise for the andouille infused. My eggs were poached perfectly; the sauce was buttery and lemony. Sadly, the crabcakes were fishy tasting and mushy, almost like bad canned tuna. The potatoes were very good. My food was piping hot, the portions were generous, and the service was good. Would I go back? Maybe. read more

The food was okay, but the service was excellent. Casey the manager was friendly and helpful. The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant and fresh-the decor was an improvement from the past. I would recommend. read more

The food was very good. Service was excellent by Anthony. Ambiance was nice, fusion of modern & southern style. Bill was more than I hoped, about $48 for brunch after $8 tip. I would go back again. read more

The menus looks amazing. I ordered the Madi gras omelet. It was ok(I was hungry) but nothing special except it had shrimp in it. I ordered a mimosa which was tasty but about 1/3 of a small glass with a strawberry on a toothpick in it. The omelet was definitely not what I expected. It needed a sauce or something else. Some of the sweeter items looked good but I'm not at all sure I'd go back to try them. Very disappointing. read more

Quick service and delicious food! My parents and I greatly enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. Ashley was so nice and welcoming. A perfect breakfast spot! read more

My friend and I enjoy breakfast out. We hadn't been to AnotherBroken egg and we won't go again. The parking is difficult and nearly impossible for handicap. The service was good. But the food was on par with hospital fare. The Hash browns were balls that had been deep fried and omelets flat. But the worst was the bill for $47 for 2 omelets and two plain coffees. El Paso has plenty of good breakfast joints, this isn't one of them read more

As someone who has been to a handful of "another broken egg" around the country this one is by far the worst and furthest from the brand when it comes to food quality. I was excited when they opened this on the west side. If you're a fan of over cooked breakfast items then this is for you. I had the creamy shrimp Benedict. I wasn't asked how I wanted my eggs and traditionally poached eggs have runny yoke. The poached eggs were over hard, the creamy sauce had no cream mostly water. When I asked the server about the sauce I was told that's correct. From my experience at other locations this dish wasn't made correctly. I took notes of other tables as I walked out and saw a few other omelets they were clearly over cooked. So if a breakfast of what you're not expecting is your thing then this is the place for you. But for me I definitely won't be back. read more

This place has quickly become our favorite spot. Food is fantastic, staff make you feel like family, and the ambiance is perfect for a great breakfast/brunch with family and friends. Jeff and Brandi took excellent care of us. Brunch with a Cajun/southern feel- definitely worth the trip! read more

Another Broken Egg Cafe - Fantastic Barista House Blend Coffee - Southern Near Me - El Paso, Texas

I looked forward to it opening but was disappointed in the food. The place looks great! I was enticed by the menu board advertising the Lobster Hash Benedict. But what I actually got was 2 eggs benedict nestled in the hash and nothing else. No lobster, no mushrooms. It looked nothing like this picture. The grits were bland. I had my friend's English muffin, but it was not toasted. read more

The food was super good, as well as the customer service, our server I think his name was Trey was super nice and attentive.

Food was horrible not what i asked for at all, while all portions were pretty small. Chicken salad came with one chicken only. Service was horrible as well since they gave me a wrong order and drink. would not recommend going to this specific location. Wait time was crazy and had us wait maybe an hour and a half for our food it is not busy at all. read more

Disappointing. Slow service for food and getting servers attention for the bill. Food is fairly bland, especially potatoes.

Jasmine is the most amazing waitress ive ever had in el paso. the service was 10/10 and she seems very passionate about the company and the customers. read more

This is my second time here, and I thought this would be a great breakfast/brunch place but I'm quickly changing my mind. Both times I've been seated quickly however it takes forever to get your food. And I mean upwards of 20 minutes. It wasn't super busy when we came in and it was just two of us. We didn't order anything crazy that would require a long cook time so, not sure why everything was taking so long. Also the service itself varies from server to server, as the first time everything went smoothly, I got regular refills and didn't spend so much time waiting. This time around we had to wait longer for stuff because our server was nowhere to be found. Didn't get checked up on as often as I would like, and drinks went empty and we were not offered refills, rather we had to ask otherwise we'd never see the server for another 10 minutes. It also didn't help that they insisted on getting everything for all their tables at once, instead of taking care of things one at a time. I understand the logic but it's part of the reason why 90% of our visit was waiting. I was given the wrong dish after it had already taken 25 almost 30 minutes to get our food which only added to my annoyance, and our bacon was severely burnt to a crisp. There was no way we were going to wait another 15 minutes for it. The food was meh, definitely not worth $15 a plate with the bad service you get. It's very aesthetically pleasing but the flavors are lacking. The place itself has a cute vibe but not sure if I'd want to come back anytime soon. Be warned. read more

Food was unique and nicely done. Definitely a step up from the usual breakfast places on the Westside. Our server, Paul was very helpful with the menu, and always there for a fill up of coffee. The makeover of the restaurant from the old Village Inn was well done. The restaurant was comfortable and inviting. We will be regulars read more

I've been to other locations and they were great. They service at this location was lacking. Our food looked like it had been sitting out for a bit before being brought out to us. We were not offered coffee refills. I asked twice for a cup of hot water to warm up my grand babies bottle and it never arrived. read more

Went for brunch with 4 of us on Sunday to try this newer place. Great that we could call and get on the waitlist list so got in quickly. Service not the best with one meal arriving later than the other 3 and a couple of forgotten items. I ordered an omelette with roasted garlic in the description but instead it had raw garlic cloves. I asked the server about it and just got "I don't know" and no offer to check with the kitchen if that's how it's done. I just picked out the raw cloves but not the best. Ordered the blueberry goat cheese pancakes which sounded so good but had about 4 blueberries on top and none baked in and the pancakes tasted like plain ones. Maybe our order got mixed up? read more

Always great. Great choices on the menu. You can try something new or a traditional breakfast dish. Lunch is also delicious. Never a bad meal. read more

Hostess was so friendly and the service was great food great overall great great service so recommend

Went for our first time (Sunday at 10am) and we were not very impressed. Parking is horrible with several people having to park in surrounding parking lots. Apparently they are towing cars in adjacent parking lots so be careful. The food was decent but nothing to come back for. The plating was also horrible and our orders were missing items (broken egg sandwich was missing an egg and the one of the cinnamon waffle was just the rim with whipping cream hiding the missing middle). Considering the wait, parking, and food you be better off going to Butter Smith's or Village Inn or better yet a locally owned restaurant.... read more

Burgers were very bland and dry, the potatoes that come with it were almost burnt to a crisp and hard to enjoy. The tea tasted old like it was starting to or in the process of fermenting. My partner had the tiramisu french toast and it didn't live to any great expectations. The photos looked more promising. The hot cocoa and whipped cream were good. I want to give this another try someday and hope it's better to maybe change my review, but for now; it is just a moderate breakfast place. The service was good and the ambiance was nice as well, but the food...just hard to like. read more

Terrible service. We waited for over an hour for our drinks. Finally left without eating. 0 star place

Paul is an awesome waiter an the food is delicious and the mimosas are out of this world!

Oh boy, I was happy to see Another Broken Egg, opening in El Paso tx. Went there on Wednesday at 8:00am,ordered hot tea and was informed, they do not have hot tea. Hot tea, a tea bag and hot water, is that so impossible. Duh!! 01 the food was less than mediocre, and the price wasn't, a bit pricey. With the attitude and the price, they won't be able be here for the long haul. I the place is new and people are rushing to try it out. But can you get them to come back, doesn't look promising. Remember Carinos? Same fate befalls places like that. Won't be rushing back soon, but and won't recommend it. read more

We are fans of Another Broken Egg in Memphis, Tn. But the one in El Paso,Tx is terrible‼The food does not resemble that of anywhere else. The eggs were cooked with the same pots and pans as the salmon and crab cakes. So of course they tasted fishy. The server was so upset that we asked for them (eggs) and other wrong orders to be remade. Then 2 other orders were wrong. When I asked for shrimp & grits it came back covered in green onions instead of being garnished. It was obvious the cook was irritated for the mistakes that THEY made. The pancakes were doughy, and they still tried to charge us for all the food messed up and attitudes. We had to send the ticket back 4 times before the manager fixed it. I hate doing stuff like this, but this experience was horrible. They need to change a lot.‼ read more
