Nothing but praise for Tommy for this electronic lock job! He was very helpful, quick to response, and very professional. He even went above and beyond to tell lubricate and mend our current lock. We bought our lock and Tommy quickly put it in. I've gotten quotes from other businesses that charge way more for a lower quality lock. Tommy was kind enough to let us know what brand to buy for quality and value. If you're looking for a stress-free, professional, and quality job, look no further. I highly recommend! read more

I've had been this small business's customer since 1992 when it was named Anong's. Reliable and reasonable price for house calls to change the keys or make the keys for a keypad lock with a keyhole that we did not get keys for when it was installed 6 years ago. The keypad lock stopped working when the battery died. We did not change the battery because we switch to locking the security screen door . Recently our screen door lock broke so we decided to lock the wooden door again but then we forgot the passcode after the battery died 3 years ago. read more

After the other locksmith flaked out on my mother in law after saying he was coming (even though at that call, he was already 40+ minutes late for his scheduled 2 pm job) here at my mother in law's home. After waiting so long, she had to hand it off to me as she had to go to a funeral. At 4:20p, I decided what was the hold up and so listened to her home recorder voice mail messages and found he left another message at 2:40pm saying that since she was not answering, he said he can reschedule...reschedule? why? He had just spoken to her minutes prior to say he was coming, so she went outside of her house to wait for the vendor. I called that vendor back (with initials J.D.L) that I'm going to cancel the job instead. OMG. waiting that long, I decided to call Anong's Locksmith at 4:30pm, he said he can be at the house at 5:30pm. He told me to text my mother in law's address to his cell phone, so I did. He arrived earlier at 5:20pm to replace the front door entry's doorknob as the latch was locked-in place within the strike plate housing. My mother in law had bought the parts for the new doorknob from City Mill, so all he had to do was to release that stuck latch and replace the whole assembly with the new supplied hardware. I asked that he make a 3rd key which he charged $3 which was a very fair price. Oh man, his promptness and VERY reasonable price for his labor earns him the 5 stars ! Please use this vendor, I have known of this company for over 25+ years, though I never had a chance or opportunity to use this company until now. read more

Needed a locksmith ASAP for a tenant at my Olaloa rental, this fine young man answered the phone, unlike another locksmith, won't mention name. He came on short notice after another job. He was terrific, professional and really took his customer and work seriously. Also his prices were very reasonable. I wouldn't want a locksmith who returns your call several days later. This young man is responsible and off to a very good future. By the way this fine young man name is Thomas. read more

My locks on my door was very loose! Thomas called and said he would like to come in the morning, told him I had to work so we scheduled for this Friday! Thomas called this afternoon asked if he could come today! My locks were fixed today! Thomas was very nice and professional! read more

Thomas was prompt, fast and capable. He was very good. You could tell the young man learned from his dad as a child.

Our company does business with Anong & Son and they've constantly saved the day when things looked bleak. Heading towards the long weekend, a key got stuck (and broke) in one of our locks, gave them a call and they was here within an hour of my phone call. Thomas showed up, fixed the lock and was gone within a blink of an eye. Rates are solid, workmanship is equally as great, it's no wonder why we keep working with'em. I look forward to having my car lock changed soon, just from the countless times they've showed how top notch of a lock & key they are with our company, I know that I will be satisfied with how that goes-- which I may add is also a sweet price compared to other places I've called and got quotes from. All and all- they're a very solid, respectable company that deserves business from anyone who needs to get out of a jam. Give them a call and you definitely won't be disappointed. read more

Amazing company that handled replacing my ignition after it was broken into. Fast and very accommodating. Use them!

Anong was able to respond quickly when both of the locks on my door weren't working. After sending him photos, he picked up the right hardware from the store and promptly installed them. He even had the capability of making several extra key copies on the spot. $50 house call fee very reasonable to me for this level of service. read more

My son accidentally locked my car key inside my car. I guess he had hit the lock button on the door as he exited the car but left the key inside the cup holder. I called the dealership to ask for a new key but they said they needed the car over there to program the new key to it and told me to tow it over to them. Sometimes I hate these fancy new cars with all the expensive technology. I wasn't going to pay hundreds of dollars for a new key and also wait hours for a tow truck and then pay them even more money so I put out a quote request on Yelp to 7 of the top automotive locksmiths. Man, that quote feature is such a convenience! I was already late to work because my husband, who is off today, had to drive me after I realized my situation with the key and I really didn't want to waste time at work calling around. With the quote feature on Yelp, you can just send a mass request out and then take the first one you like that answers you back. Within FOUR MINUTES, I got a friendly message back from Anong & Son saying they could do it and to call them. I called and a nice man answered and got my info and jumped into his car. Twenty minutes later, my husband, who was at home with the car, texted me a photo of my newly freed key. He said the man and an apprentice were nice, professional and quick and knew what they were doing. They charged $50, which was cheaper than another quote I received back from a rival company, and accepted cash, checks and charge cards. Thank you, Anong & Son, for your superior service! I will recommend you to all of my friends and clients! read more

Anong totally saved me!! I'm visiting from California, and have been borrowing a friend's car. Like a fool, I locked my keys in while I went to the grocery. Five minutes of Google'ing "how to unlock a car door" and realizing I was useless, I called Salz Lock & Safe. They were really nice, but weren't available and recommended Anong instead. I gave him a call, and he was there within fifteen minutes. Five minutes of watching him use this "air wedge" thing and a long metal hook thing, the door swung open and I was home free. Thanks Anong!! :) read more

Yesterday afternoon, the handle of my security screen door broke off. I could not open the door from the inside. I called Anong's and he said that he was sure that he had a new handle and he would be at my house at 9:00 a.m. to-day. He was here promptly and installed a new lock, complete with handle and now it's better than it ever was. Many thanks. Judith Lutfy read more

Excellent work; timely, courteous, and professional. We had intended to have 3 very old residential locks re-keyed but had them replaced instead. owner Anong and Thomas did a highly satisfactory job for an extremely fair price for replacing instead of rekeying the old locks plus fixing a door sagging problem that prevented the deadbolt from being used for many years. We highly recommend this locksmith. read more

Highly recommended! Reliable, trustworthy, honest. I've had several interactions with Anong Locksmith. And each experience was a good experience. Mr. Anong and his son Thomas are very good at their craft. Their word is as good as gold. They have paid special attention to my requests whether they are big or small jobs. Recently, I lost the key to my U-lock on my bike. It was a difficult job because the bolt was high security. Thomas had to come out twice to remove the lock. Yet he did not charge me any extra fees for the extra time it took him to get the job done. If you need a locksmith, I recommend this family run organization. read more

Anong Locksmith is located very close to where I live, which makes it really convenient. I first went there after keys duplicated at Longs were not working. And I made several trips there to redo the duplication off the original key, with no joy. Anong's son explained that it was an equipment issue, and promptly made keys on the spot for a very reasonable price. I've since had keys duplicated by Anong Sr. off first generation copies, and they work perfectly. Now I know who to call for my key and lock needs, and you do too. read more

If I could give this guy a zero I would. He came out to cut a key. Never told us what was going on with the vehicle until he decided he had to leave. Anong answered my call right away. I'm impressed with his availability and regard to service. Even though he was busy (I called on a Sunday afternoon), he made the time to help me make copies of a few house keys.
