I have ordered from here a few times lately. The ruben sandwich was amazing! The french toast was delicious. My favorite though the BLTA. I always feel super full after eating. Love this place read more

This is the cutest place! I've been here twice now and I love the food and atmosphere. The biscuits are to die for!! The food and service is always on point. Can't wait to come back again. Definitely recommend this place! read more

I stopped here for a monte cristo and it was deep fried HEAVEN! Not a bad price for it either Everything else in there looked pretty good from what I could see. This place is a spot to go to. It's unique, it's delicious, it's cozy, it's all good. The staff and owner are very friendly too. I once had an issue with the order and they went above and beyond to make it right. Thumbs WAY UP! read more

Slow food, but so entertaining. Group of four on a Friday afternoon. We had a short wait for seating, but pretty quick. We were sat and quickly ordered. The meal took awhile to get to us, but they were tastey. No complaints on food and the portion s were plenty. The wait was entertaining, often the waiters will break into dance. Twice we had other guests dance as punishment for taking off their new people hats. Speaking of hats, if you are new to the restaurant you get to wear special hats. Make sure to keep them on or face the punishement. Possibly the macarena or gangnam style. read more

First time there, with my friends who had been there before. My breakfast was ok. Had some skillet. Don't remember the name. My other friend had the open beef sandwich (can't remember the exact name either.). Her husband had the special. While it was edible, none of us were fond of what we had ordered. My friend had ordered the dinner meal which was supposed to come with mashed potatoes, but because our overly zealous waitress - while appreciated by some, but I found her annoying as heck because she kept referring to all of us as 'honey' a hundred times over - talked way too much instead of listening, had her order messed up. Coffee was bitter. My friend and her husband spoke with the manager. Her solution was 'just don't tip the waitress.' I find that poor management practice. Not a dime was taken off the bill, yet the waitress, while annoying, is supposed to sacrifice her tip for three mediocre meals?! My first time was my last time. The manager needs to take a course in people relations. read more

Great service, great food, great ambiance! I've never seen so many people celebrating their birthdays at breakfast. They all got celebrated by the staff :) read more

Yummy place for breakfast and entertainment. I went with a large group with 3 babies and the staff was very attentive.

First let me say the food is top notch, absolutely love it which is the reason for the 3 stars. Now for the not so good, I placed a to go order on door dash ( not delivery) to pick up at the restaurant because I was already in the area. They were packed with several people waiting so I approached a young blonde girl at the counter and gave her my name, she went right away to get my food. As I stood there another women asked what I was there for i informed her I was picking up an order to go through DoorDash, she asked "well where's your bag" I said I don't work for them just used the app to place an order I was then told I needed to show proof of my order on my phone like I was there to steal someone's food, by this time the very sweet girl came back with my food noticed i was being interrogated by her fellow employees, waited until they turned away, handed me my food and told me she believed I was who I said I was, apologized and told me have a nice day. Again the food is fantastic, just be cautious if you place a to go order they don't seem prepared to handle it as well as they should be. UPDATE: I just received a very kind message from the owner Carol explaining the situation while being extremely apologetic. This is why I'm changing my review from three stars to five stars because as I said the food is awesome and the owner truly cares about her customers, which is rare nowadays. read more

I had the full whammy and my husband the ribeye steak and biscuits and gravy. It was the best experience after receiving horrible news at the doctors office today. We watched them wish an 80 year old woman happy birthday and dance for her then they performed their dance to Mariah Carey's all I want for Christmas later on for the entire crowd. Very great food people and customer service. We will be back for sure! read more

Wow. This review is for the takeout Thanksgiving meal. Incredibly fresh tasty dishes. We ordered the dinner for 2 and we have a ton of leftovers. I especially appreciated the step by step reheating instructions for each item. It turned out to be the best Thanksgiving food we have ever had. What a wonderful surprise. Thank you! read more

Thank you very much, Yelp!! We discovered this diamond in the rough known as Annie's Cafe!! An amazing culinary experience! Not only is the food some of the best in town, they even have dancing servers! The host herself, Annie, is a spitfire!! An English lady with a personality that doesn't quit. The flights of mimosas were absolutely dee-licious!! (Whisper), the lavender mimosa is to die for! By far, the best mimosa I've ever had. My hobo skillet was amazing and extremely filling!! When in Temecula, Annie's is a must!! read more

I'm sorry to report that I was disappointed, but I'll start with the good things first: We arrived late Saturday morning Thanksgiving weekend. About a dozen waiting outside, Family groups. We were advised 10 min wait for two, and they met that goal. Small 2 person booth. Promptly and properly greeted, Water order taken, silverware promised, coffee and water served promptly, silver ware promised, order taken promptly. Reasonable wait time for order to be delivered. Got the silverware. Server was not our order taker. She was gone before my wife could look ask "didn't I ask for Sausage, the serving wench (British Themed place) was gone. Moments later our order taker came buy to inquire if all was OK. "No not really Bacon not Sausage" I'll take it back. We declined. Granted the place was very busy crowded and all that. The food was good to mediocre. Service is what earned the low mark. I got the impression their operating goal is get them in, fed and out. Turn the tables over as fast as you can. BUT OUR LONGEST WAIT FOR ANYTHING WAS TO GET THE WAITRESS TO PICK UP THE CHECK AND GET BACK TO THE TABLE with my credit card bill and receipt. I May give them a second chance on a slow day read more

Great place to eat. It's clean, friendly, and pleasantly good food. The price is right and the service even better. I would definitely will return read more

Everything here was great. I liked all the servers, even the weird one. Good place to eat and excellent service.

Annie's Cafe is great for breakfast or brunch! We went for breakfast on a Sunday morning and the place was packed. Even though it was very busy, their wait staff was excellent, and the food was outstanding. Make sure to bring your appetite, because their portions are HUGE. read more

Wow what an amazing turn around! It is absolutely wonderful when a business actually takes the time to not only read your comments but brings their customers back to make it better! My family and I went back this morning and was completely ecstatic to have the Annie's quality and service that we have come to love all the times we have eating there. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place and it's staff, you all are what hospitality and customer service is all about! And did I mention how great the food is!!! Way to go Annie's you guys are a step above the rest! read more

Nice atmosphere. Great service and great food. They dance too. They work great together to make the customer happy and we'll fed!

Do NOT trust these reviews. Came here for brunch after church on Easter Sunday. The staff, don't get me wrong, are very nice, but that does not give you excuses to serve poor quality food to paying customers!! The food, corned beef hash, an pinnacle of British eatery in a so called British themed restaurant, is something I would never eat again in my wildest dreams. This place is a poor excuse for a quality diner and not to mention its in the heart of Temecula wine county. Set the bar higher, Annie's! read more

Awesome breakfast spot. We were staying nearby, read some reviews, really glad we popped in. Annie (the owner) makes everyone feel like part of her family and takes your experience at her restaurant personal. She and her staff will probably ask you to dance along with them at some point in time... so make sure you are in a good mood and ready to have fun. The food and drink options were great. The lattes/macchiatos all look ridiculous and taste great. Bring your appetite... servings are large and the selection is diverse. Traditional English breakfast, American classics, Mexican/American favorites. The breakfast sausage was awesome by the way... better than your prepackaged stuff from the store and most breakfast spots. Worth a pop-in if you are in Temecula or on your way to San Diego... you won't regret it. read more

I was there for the weekend for my sister n law bridal shower at the winery, I Yelp the area and this beautiful place of hidden business was calling us, we started off on a good foot coming here the ladies were spectacular in their entertainment we enjoyed every bit of their company. The food was to dye for everyone of us had something different and was 100% delicious. Thank u, I will be bringing my hubby back up here from LA to try this amazing place. read more

Love eating here, it's more than just food. It's an experience! The only thing that sucks is the wait!

Good food but don't bring in the Starbuck's you got from next door because you had a 45-60 minute wait. They make you take it out of the restaurant. For that, 3 stars. The trash can was filled to the brim with Starbucks cups as obviously others had the same idea to pass time. Hopefully they were able to finish theirs! Update: your coffee is no less expensive than the one I purchased next door. And I didn't have sticky creamer cups to contend with. If the hostess had explained there is a law and could I please finish my beverage outside, then her demand for me to dump my coffee would've been better received. read more

Simply a wonderful diner. The food is great with large portions. I always find it hard to decide which dish to have(there all so good). Not friendly what so ever. Rude customer service. I thought the food was alright but the owner didn't look like she wanted to be there

Came here on a Saturday for brunch based on the good reviews. Another disappointment from the Yelpers. :( It was somewhat busy so the 25 minute wait was no big deal. Once we were seated, our waitress took our drink orders. She brought out a regular coffee instead of the mocha we ordered and was assured it would be brought out right away. We didn't know right away meant 30+ minutes. It took probably another 20 minutes to get our food. We ordered the corned beef hash, country fried steak, and two kids meals. The hash browns were cold, hard and stale. The country fried steak was hard and the only good thing about them was the gravy. The kids' sausage was burnt. To make matters worse, our waitress was not attentive at all. She would ask us if we needed anything, then walk away as we were still speaking to her. We don't plan on coming back. We'll stick to Mo's. read more

Came to Annie's this morning; very lovely older English lady who dances her way around the restaurant with or without the other staff. We went for the English breakfast, and we were all starving! The coffee could be stronger, it was really quite weak, but it seems to be the same in most diners unfortunately. The staff who worked our tables were fab! Couldn't be more helpful! So friendly! The food came (full English) and I was really disappointed. Sausages were really good, so was the bacon, but my home fries were freezing cold and the potatoes were not cooked through. I swapped them on to a separate plate and ate the rest of the food. Ambiance was really good, apart from a silly hat party play, and I'd definitely go back, but I'd ask for everything to be really hot. read more

Thank you Yelpers for helping me find this wonderful restaurant. When dining out, I am all about the preparation of food, the ambience, the service, and rely on Yelp reviews especially when travelling to new places. This delightful restaurant exceeded all of my expectations. From the second we walked through the door to the moment we exited, it was perfect, delicious, entertaining, cordial.
