I don't get my nails done often but when I do I come here because I've been recommend by a couple people. There's only two people here that I like to do my nails which is the owner and B, I think that's what he goes by. Other than that I'm not a huge fan. So I only decided to come to this place because my sister recommended it. She had an appointment, I didn't. I asked her to ask if they could take me, they said yes. I came right up. Now I wasn't in a rush so it's not a problem if I have to wait, I didn't have an appointment so that makes sense. However the woman walks up to a bunch of us sitting in the waiting area and asks everyone but me what services they plan on getting done. One of the guys that works there did the same thing to me maybe 10 minutes before this. It's 624 pm now, I've been sitting on this couch since 530 pm and haven't been addressed by an employee yet. Awful business. Had me sit there for 2 hours after starting my nails while the employee did someone else's nails. Then tried to over charge me. I used to come here often. I have always been charged $40 for my toes and $45 for my refill. When asked to show me their pricing list, they didn't have what i got done on their and just made up numbers. Once again Annie's blew my mind. I went there to get my nails done for New Years. I wanted a gold theme so the nail artist talked with me about colors as I showed a few pictures. I received gift card on Christmas for Annie's Nails with a significant amount on it. First time I went in they said they couldn't use it as the machine was down. I was out $250 since we had already had services. No problem....I'll go back when they said the machine would be up. Went back a couple months later and again asked if I could use my gift card before services were rendered. Lady stated I could only use half since they couldn't verifiy what was on my card. I said I should be able to use my full amount now. It was purchased in December and it is now the end of August and machine still is "down"? They had more than enough time to fix machine. Lady started yelling at me stating they have to protect themselves. I told her to lower her voice on multiple occasions during our conversation. I simply want to use the card after waiting eight months. If you don't want to honor your gift cards then don't sell them. Period. The lady stated she had customers she had to deal with and walked off. Told her I didn't even want to use the gift card now. I did not like the way she treated her customers. Will be going back at a later date and will try to get a refund. Had to leave as I didn't want things to escalate. Horrible experience. read more

Never ever, ever again! This was one of the dirtiest nail salons I've ever seen. I went today for a gel manicure and left with spending 25 dollars, which is about 10 to 5 more than other places and the Polish job looks like my 5 year old daughter did it. The lights used to dry the Polish had grime caked inside.. I had to come right home to shower. There wasn't one tool in their autoclave. . Wouldn't be suprised if this place got shut down any day now.. Now back to the price.. 25 for a single color, no nail designs or anything crazy and it was that much. They advertise as a professional full service Salon, but I beg to differ! Had the worst pedicure I have ever had! Left with callous still on my feet and dry dead skin on tops of my toes. Absolutely horrible. We made a appointment weeks in advance for my sisters wedding . 4 people we arrived in time and they had us sit in wait atleast an hour before they would start on any of us. I gave them one star because I couldn't give 0!! I've been to several salons in the area- this place is TERRIBLE!!! I went in for gel manicure. First, the place didn't feel like the AC was even working, it was extremely hot in the salon and very dirty. I had old gel on my nails- instead of doing the normal acetone and aluminum foil to take the gel off- he used the automatic filing/buffer machine- I'm not sure what that machine is called, but it's normally used on acrylic removal. MULTIPLE TIMES as he was doing this he burnt into my nail bed and I had to rip my hand back. My nails have never been so paper thin then when he was done with the gel removal. It hurt to even wash my hands afterwards. The manicure itself was terrible. Cut me a few times and was very short. Then he used some type of acrylic like base before painting my color on. I asked what it was (I know some places have more expensive gel manicures- I'm assuming they use this thickener, and I didn't want that nor pay for it). He said it was free. Once the manicure was complete my nails were bumpy and looked like I tried to do it blindfolded. I will never go back. And getting this gel off was like ripping acrylic off. My nails are still thin (like two months later) and I'm trying to grow them out before going back to my old salon. The only good thing about this place is there's 400 gel nail colors to pick from which for me was just overwhelming haha. read more

The first time I went here was to meet a friend the day before her wedding that I was in. She got crazy cool nails with gems and 3D designs on all fingers. I had never had the gems before so I decided to try it -told her to just do whatever, but nothing over the top. I did have an idea of the design I wanted so she did the gems to fit with that. My nails looked amazing! Way better than the picture! It's been weeks and I don't even want to have them redone because I love the way they look right now! About 10 days after having them done I jammed my finger and the nail snapped. I was so upset that I ran straight up there. They fixed it right away with a fake nail (so it would match the length of the natural ones) and redid the design - she charged me $3 for this which I thought was great. My regular salon recently closed so as long as I don't encounter the rudeness mentioned in the other reviews I will be sticking with Annie's. read more

My teenage daughter went to this nail salon today for the first time with her friend. She got a full set acrylic nails and asked for two nails on each hand to have those little gems (in the shape of a butterfly). They charged her $90!!!! $50 for a full set and $30 for the gems which you can buy an entire bag of at the dollar store!!!! Not once did they warn her of the cost beforehand. She has had her nails done many times before at other salons and was NEVER charged even close to that amount!!! She is a minor and was completely ripped off! As soon as she got home and told me I immediately called the salon and was told she will not be refunded for any of the cost! I explained that she is a minor and would have never had them done if she knew they would charge that much and they basically told me too bad! STAY AWAY FROM THIS NAIL SALON. I visited Annie's Nails in Fairless Hills yesterday, and it was my first time getting a manicure and pedicure there. During the mani pedi, the man who was doing my nails was very rude the entire time (literally scoffing when he found a callus on my foot--if I didn't have calluses, why would I need a pedicure?) and applied extremely thick and bubbly layers of polish. 6 hours after the fact it still was not dry, and I could not touch ANYTHING without it getting nicked or messed up. By the next day, the entire mani pedi was destroyed, and right now, over 12 hours later, it is still not dry because of how much polish was put on. This morning I went back, and tried to tell them what had happened and asked for my money back. They told me it was not their policy to issue refunds and that they were too busy to repaint them. The workers repeatedly talked over me, telling me that the manager wasn't there, and then laughed in my face and walked to the back. I then called the manager, who talked to me with the same arrogance and disregard. I have had my nails done at a number of salons in LMT and have always had great experiences. I have never been treated so rudely by any establishment in LMT and am honestly just dumbfounded. Please, if you're looking for your July 4th mani pedi, go see one of the other amazing establishments in LMT that has more respect for their own work and customers. read more

I paid way too much for an uneven manicure. I really like the nail tech I was with however and gave them another chance. I called and made an appointment with the same guy. When I got there for my refill, I was with someone else. I asked for chrome and none of my fingers were the same color. The tech did a horrible job and my fingers were stained after and again I paid wayyyy to much ($50 for refill, no broken nails, and he did a horrible Job). I had another place that I loved for several years, but then had a single bad experience...which I won't detail. Several friends recommended Annie's so I gave it a try. First experience was fine...nothing positive or negative stood out...just as expected. Today was my second visit...at 5PM on a Friday...a time that was always mobbed at my previous salon, but Annie's was practically empty on my arrival, though it rapidly filled up just after I arrived.The person who did my pedi was also, I thought at first, the manager for the day...as she kept jumping up abruptly to shout greetings and questions as each new customer arrived....it got annoying. I told her no cutdown, just file my nails, as they were still rather short since my previous visit about 3 weeks before, but she started to cut them anyway...till I gave her a puzzled look.After each step of the service, a spa pedi, she kept slopping one product on top of the previous instead of washing them off...masque on top of scrub, then massage oil on top of both...then began to massage my legs with the scrub still on them....I've had many pedis at several places and never had this done. The spa pedi states "a 10 min. leg massage"...she set a timer for 5 min and rubbed my Right leg till it dinged...she reset it for 5 minutes but only rubbed my Left leg for 2. By the time it dinged 3 min. later, she was half way through polishing! When it was time for polish, she put the foam toe separators on my feet FIRST, then tried to force my sandals on OVER them! ...which is impossible to do since the thong-strap of the sandal sits between the first 2 toes...and with my toes spread wide the sandal wasnt going to slide on anyway. Who does this? I had to stop her and tell her that the sandals went on first! Who works in a nail salon and doesn't know this?...The final straw is that instead of a clear base coat, 2 coats of color, then clear top coat...a standard EVERYWHERE...she only applied one color coat between base and top.....UGH. I'm debating whether to give this place one more try, return to my prior salon, or look elsewhere. read more

ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!! I was referred to this place by my daughter who had her nails done by Dung the week before. I walked in on Friday around 4:30 to have my nails done. Dung's schedule was booked so I made an appointment to come in the next day (Saturday) at 1 o'clock. The women at the front desk was talking to Dung the whole time but in their language which I don't understand. As I started walking out of the door they were still talking but I hesitated to leave completely since I seen Dung coming to the front of the salon. Once at the front he ask me to leave a DEPOSIT of $20.00 before he would do my nails the following day. I was totally APPALLED so I asked "did anyone else need to leave a deposit?" he answered "Yes" which was a LIE! My daughter just had her nails done with you the week before and she didn't need to leave a deposit for you to do her nails. Also, the 2 other women in the salon were shaking their head NO they didn't leave one either. I walked out and I will NEVER visit this place again! read more

If you are waiting, because you made an appointment , they make no effort to apologize for you waiting g in your car for them to get there. I had a manicure and pedicure anyway. Pedicure was great. Gel manicure looks nice but they did not push back cuticles or cut around and clean the nails up before painting them. Prices are not posted which makes me think they make it up. I was really turned off by the false advertising when they would not honor their own coupon. There are too many nail places out there. Only drawback is Annie's has a great callus remover tool that they use and Tiffany's does not. I have very bad callus so for that reason I do like Annies. They are under new management. Colors were off and don't match the numbers and want to charge $5 to change it. Major attitude problems. Got cut 3 times and the color does not go all the way down so it looks like a week due already. No buffing. Nails are really sharp and uneven. Went on Christmas Eve last year after I saw many of their nails on Instagram. I actually followed them for a few months before going there. Anyway, when I went they were a little busy but I was taken right away. I was happy with this at first, but by the end I realized my manicure was done by someone who didn't usually work there; perhaps a family member who usually helps out as a receptionist. I guess because I wasn't a "regular" I wan't given an actual nail tech. I ended up getting the WORST gel manicure of my life! I wanted a nude with ombre glitter at the tips. I even brought a picture for her to use as guide. I ended up with bubblegum pink nails completely covered in a glittery top coat. Not only that but she did absolutely nothing for my cuticles (no oil, no clean up). And my nails were filed all different lengths. I was so embarrassed of my nails I hid them from everyone on Christmas. Needless to say I took them off the next day. I will never go back there! read more

This has been the worst experience I've ever had in a long time, if you are black stay away from this place, our money is not needed....I was looking for a nice place to get my nails done and this place seems to be ok from the outside looking in, my nails was previously done by a shop in NJ which was very good but i needed some where closer to home, the moment I entered I was approach by kevin, i explain to him that this was my first time there and i would like to know whats the price for a refill with three nails missing, he started $30, I then proceed to ask other prices which got him a little annoyed to my surprise, i agreed to get a refill and that was a big mistake, kevin did my nail without saying a word, pointing at whatever he need me to do, at one point he was pushing my hands so hard that i had to ask him why is he so rough with me, he took about ten minutes to complete my nail. when i left that place i said i would never return but the following day one of my nail came off, I called and spoke to kevin he agreed to fix it, i arrived around 3:20pm the next day kevin told me he would fix my nail in 20 minute, i was there almost an hour, he took two other people before me, one of the two came in after me, he also told the other working what customer to take, as if he was deliberately avoiding me..finanlly at 4:10 in ask a customer if she would allow the girl that was doing her nails to replace my nail because i have to leave for work, the customer said yes...the young lady that replace my nail seems to have the same attitude as kevin but i notice for the entire hour i was waiting they were laughing and talking to the other customer, so i ask the big question, do you have a lot of black customer? she reply by saying just for weddings and why did i ask, i explain to her my experience and to my surprise she begin telling me the reason i was treated in this manner is because i asked the price and they had people come in and get there nails done and refuse to pay (black people), she also stated that customer don't ask the price they usually just get whatever they want and then pay, So here i am working as a nurse for ten years, taking care of people of all race yet still i have to deal this issues like this, being judge... read more

This was the first and last time I will be at this nail salon. I strongly advise you not to use this nail salon especially if you are buying a gift card. As sad as it is they ripped off my son who went in with his grandmother to buy me a mother's day gift. I went in 3 weeks later to use this gift card which had 12 dollars on it only because that is what the cost of a regular manicure is and what he wanted to buy for me. I instead that day got a gel manicure and pedicure and was going to just put the 12 dollar gift card towards it. When I went to use my gift card they said there was no money on the card and I would have to pay for the services this time and come back to speak to the manager for next time because they didn't know how to look up the gift cards on the computer. So I was a little annoyed but said ok I'll come back to talk to the manager. So I come back a few weeks later and the manager is there and she checks the gift card. She is able to pull up on the computer and shows me the screen and its shows yes indeed he bought the gift card for 12.00. And she even told me she remembered my son in her store buying it that day. So then she says ok let me now see if it says the gift card was redeemed and puts in the date that he bought it up till the day that I am standing there with her. She shows me the screen again and says no it wasn't redeemed. so I'm like ok great this is a no brainer she is going to honor the card but no she won't! I was there to get a regular manicure which costs 12 bucks but she said she still had to at least charge me $5.00 for the manicure!!?? I'm like why? You show on the computer it was bought and not redeemed and my card should be valid it's your computers fault and not mine? She mumbled stuff that didn't make sense and I said fine thinking to myself I would normally tip 2 or 3 bucks anyway and I'm making sure to get the free glass of wine with my service that I was told they give (which I had to ask for and they seemed annoyed too). So then when I sit down they try to tell me now that I have to pay another 5 bucks to get the gel off and I said nope you told me its was gonna be 5 bucks and that's it. I said for all my trouble your doing the manicure and removing the gel all for 5 bucks. So it got done I had my glass of wine, paid my 5 bucks for the service but no way was I tipping and I didn't. So for a lousy 12 bucks you stole from a kid buying a gift card for his mom which is pretty sad...she gets a bad review on yelp, she has now lost my business as a new customer and she also lost my sister's and my niece's who previously went there but now will not go back. They should be ashamed of themselves and obviously do not know what they are doing as far as customer service. I hope 12 bucks was worth it. A bunch of fools you are.
