After a rush fix, when I attempted to book another appointment I was told they are booked for the entire summer. Which seemed odd to me. I then had my nanny book an appointment and she was able to with no problem. I think doing this was crappy and dishonest - simply because I was dissatisfied with their service. I even spoke up about it not being anything like I asked and still paid $30 because the tech was being very defiant and wouldn't apologize.
