Overall I love this place, Tina is great at what she does and there's always great customer service. However, the older guy who works at station 9 should be fired. Three separate times he has done my nails he has been aggressive, rough, and rude. He has broken my nails and caused me be bleed, has been careless about details and left old paint under my new paint to where it is visible, leaves my nails sore to the touch and doesn't care to speak, he only rudely yanks your hand in whatever direction he needs it facing. After going to this establishment for three months, I have decided to part ways with this nail salon. I arrived early, but I wasn't taken until 15 minutes past my appointment time. Then the owner, Tina, who does my nails, decided to go to Dunkin Donuts prior to taking me. Then she interrupted my appointment to polish someone else. In addition, a fill with gel polish, which should take 50 minutes, took almost 2 hours with all the interruptions. Extremely unprofessional. I look forward to taking my money elsewhere. read more

Worst nail experience I have had. Potentially ever. I came in to have two acrylic nails fixed and was able to be taken immediately. The woman who spoke to me at the front was extremely nice and helpful, but my great experience ended there. My nail technician was a male who seemed to be annoyed the second I sat down. I don't need to the friendliness and chit-chat, but the lack of respect was almost hurtful. Each time he needed me to switch hands, he would swat my hand away. Physically shoving my hands into the correct position without one word. At one point, I actually pulled my hand away and asked him to stop, but it continued. I left without getting my nails painted because I was so uncomfortable. I would have been okay with the plain nails, but within 48 hours, both of the nails that he "fixed" completely fell off. I will also say that I regularly get my nails done. For years, I have been getting bi-weekly acrylic fills or full sets and have never had an experience like this one. read more

Not the fanciest place in the world, but they get the job done better than most! I've been going here forever (10+ years). Initially for gel manis, and now for dip powder. They converted me to be a hardcore believer in the dip powder manicure, and this is one of the best spots on Cape (and in Boston, actually). So many colors, and such an even result. My sister comes here every 3-4 weeks like clockwork, and I'm impressed by her dip mani every time I see her. Sometimes I'll even plan my manicures to get one done when I'm visiting home, just so I can go here. The wait can sometimes be long, even with an appointment, but they're always friendly and courteous. The dip powder mani quality/price is definitely worth it. read more

I'm giving them 4 stars because when I called I wanted to come in at 1:30 that day. She said they couldn't do 1:30 but 1pm would work. This was short notice for them and I arrived at 1:05 they were very busy at this time and it would have made more sense for me to come in at 1:30 because they didn't get started on my nails for 35 minutes. So time management is a concern. I was able to get Jimmy who was very nice and I could tell he was great at his craft. I had him remove my fake nails/tips and transitions to my real nails with dipping powder. All in all my experience was fine just know your probably going to wait a long time but great service and good pricing. They are busy for a reason! My fiancé went here for pedicures after the reopening. When we first went in they took out temperature and told us to wash our hands. We then sat down with plexiglass between us and at first those having there nails done were seated every other chair and everyone wore marks While they posted and said you couldn't come in without a mask and an appointment after about 20 min someone cane in without a mask to make an appointment and someone else was a walk in. By the time we left there were people sitting close to each other so no social distancing even though it was an order by the government. I booked my gel pedicure and SNS manicure 2 days ahead of time and let them know they would be removing the gel snd SNS. I did this knowing it takes more time to remove and other services can be booked around it . (In a prior life I was part owner of a spa) I called the morning of to confirm and see if they were running on time and they were. I get there 5 minutes ahead of time and waited 25 minutes to be taken and then one person started on the pedicure and had to go start another service and after 10 minutes someone came over to take over the appointment. By the time I got over to the manicure table (I was moved once) I was already there 2 hours !!!the man doing the service said "sorry about the wait if we knew you had product on we could have prepared better" I told him I was explicit on the phone about what I needed and what I had on and confirmed 2 hours prior to the appointment. He said nothing ! The work was good , the place was not clean and they treat new comers with no respect for their time. Arrived at 10:55 left at 3:05. I came here yesterday for a gel manicure. They have a great selection of so many colors, BUT they were out of the color I chose. You're a nail salon! It's unacceptable to not have a color you advertise. Like order the $5 bottle when it's running low. So that knocked off a star because I'm so tired of salons not having the colors they claim to. My technician was fast but she did 2 coats on one hand and 3 coats on the other. I picked a very bright orange red, so one hand looked more orangey/transparent and the other hand looked more cherry red/opaque. So annoying. Will not go back! read more

This was the worst nail salon I've ever been to in my entire life...and I mean it. The staff were racist and singling me out because of my ethnicity. I had an acrylic refill done and a week later one of my nails broke and I called them to make an appointment to fix the nail, which I booked. When I arrived, it was a long wait. I was fine waiting however a woman that arrived after me was called, which made me upset because I waited so long, simply for a nail repair however they made me wait for a long time and on top of it, assisted the woman who arrived about 10 mins after me with no appt scheduled. I've been searching for a decent salon to do my standard pointed acrylic shape for some months now and had tried many around Eastham/Orleans. I was always sorely disappointed because they either gave me uneven, oddly shaped dragon claws or rounded spoons for nails. Awful. I decided to take a shot here and ended up getting the gentleman named Kimmi. He was fantastic. Not only did he meticulously shape, he didn't tug or pull or hurt my very thin nails in any way. They only have one basket of color swatches and the swatches are not the best or nearest. Some of the colors (eg, mood colors) are not on swatches, so make sure to look at the polishes. I have come here many times and the service has been fine. However, today was awful! Not only did they take me 15 minutes late for my appointment but they were rude and laughed at me. I asked for a color and they said that they don't have it in gel, so I asked if they could pick something similar. Rather than looking or helping they placed the unorganized basket of gel samples in front of me. This basket has broken gel samples and is extremely difficult to navigate. The salon was full but I could tell some people go there all the time as they knew the staff by name. The salon was pretty clean and I was happy with my results overall. I'd recommend to a friend.
