Made an appointment for my little sister and her friend for 2 ACRYLIC FULL SETS. My sister and her friend were met with the most laziest and unprofessional people who didn't put on tips or even give them a basic manicure. After my sister and her friend pointed out that they wanted nail tips on, the workers told them "Oh thats too much product I can't do that anymore" and "I already put on the clear coat I can't put on the tips." absolute LAZINESS and they still charged those girls for full sets for clear polish and a little flower design on one finger. They're lucky I wasn't there because I sure would have told them exactly how lazy and unprofessional they were being. we WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE EVER AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU CHOOSE TO DO YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE UNTIL THEY CAN DO BETTER FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS. read more

This is a factory. Tremendously busy with staff who don't know nails. Had a pedicure that actually hurt rather than soothed. Massage is $5 extra; not worth it simply to have lotion slathered on your legs. read more

I have been a regular customer of Paris Nails for about 2 years now. I typically see Vy, but many of the other Nail Technicians are great. This is a VERY busy salon especially during the summer, so you should definitely call ahead to make an appointment. If you are impatient or in a hurry, I wouldn't recommend going because it may take a little bit before they can get to you. There are many color selections for regular, gel, or dip (I don't have experience with acrylic). Price ranges depending what add-ons you may like but I would say it is fair pricing for the services you're getting. The salon is clean and pretty. An ATM is in the back for tips (they usually only take cash tips). I highly recommend this salon. read more

I've been going to this salon for a couple of yrs now. I've been on the fence about writing this but if it saves anyone money or time then it's worth it. I had a regular pedicure and a dip manicure. The unfriendly woman doing the pedicure barely scrubbed my feet, she didn't give my toes a min to dry before moving me to a manicure chair. The man that was doing my dip barely said a word to me or even made eye contact. He sanded my nails so much to get the dip off that they were brittle, it was obvious my cuticles needed cleaning, he didn't even touch them. Another guy stood over him half the time talking in another language of course, they were looking at my nails and laughing, two other guys joined the laughing conversation. By the time he was done my fingers had glue and dip allover them. I left and noticed the polish on my toes were smudged because they didn't dry properly. Now I have 2 broken nails! I didnt bother to go back and have anything repaired, why would I? The lady at the front doesn't have a friendly bone in her body, plus I don't feel like being laughed at again Save your money and go somewhere that isn't a non english speaking factory!!!! read more

Such a bummer to write this because I came here years ago and wrote a stellar review, but sadly things have taken a bad turn. I came in for a scheduled 1:00pm appointment and I had to wait for 40 minutes. They cut my cuticles to the point of bleeding and the woman did my manicure one handed while talking on the phone. Beware you will not be charged prices that are posted. The prices are outrageous in this place, I asked for a gel polish change only no manicure. I was charged $30 I asked the receptionist how much the manicure with gel nail polish was, she said it was $35. Two weeks before today I had been there and had a gel manicure, I was charged $40 when I asked about the price not being the $35 that is posted on the price list, the receptionist stated it was because I had a French manicure.. The price list stated $12 for polish change. Now $30 for a polish change only and $35 for a full manicure makes no sense! I will not give them a 3rd try, why have a list of prices up and not follow the prices! Its confusing for the customer and dishonest as a business, I feel ripped off. read more

I have been coming here for years, but have hit my end. The past two times I have been here for a shellac manicure they have come off within two days, and one of the nail techs mangled my nails (as seen in the picture). They cut my finger, didn't cut my nails when I asked them too, and shaped them uneven shapes and lengths. I left and told them I could not pay for such a sloppy, horrible job. When I showed them my bleeding finger, they apologized and that was it. No compensation whatsoever and I am a regular as well as my mother and sister. I use to go here all the time, then they added triple the amount of chairs and staff who don't speak any English. Making it extremely hard to express what you want. So the normal nail place I go to was booked. So I figured I'd try de Paris again to see if they've improved... bad decision. The girl cut my cuticle so bad it wouldn't stop bleeding, then she continued to try and put my foot with the open wound back in the dirty water. For awhile I have ignored the fact that most of the people who work here are not friendly or get annoyed when you ask them to fix anything. The last time I was in, I was having a gel manicure taken off and a new one put on. The woman barely let my nails soak in the nail polish remover aluminum foil tips and then proceeded to scrape my nails so hard it hurt. She ruined my nails. They are paper thin. When my sister asked for French tip on her toes - they said her nails were too short then looked at their own toes and laughed in her face. She ended up gettting bullied into a color after she picked out a color she liked. The ladies kept talking bad about her feet. Poor service. i usually have no issue at all , I have the same gentlemen do my nails every-time I like to stay with the same nail tech. well last week I came in and they assigned me with someone else and though I was uncomfortable with this from last experience I went against my better judgement and went with it how bad could it be ? he cut my nails way to short and within 4 days of getting them don't they started popping off because they were way to thin. the first one popped off and I went back in the following day as it hadn't been been 24 hours since getting them done and they are EXPENSIVE they charge you for everything and I'm willing to pay but for a good service. so the person who fixed the nail is yet another person and shapes the nail all thick and unlike any of the others , as much as it bothered me I just accepted it and told myself next time I go in I'm going to request the same guy. not 3 days later another mail pops off so I go in again requesting that the nails be soaked off at no cost of my own but onnthe house and I will pay to have them redone , I also want to add that within not even a one week period that's me spending 180 $ on my nails , service plus tip. they tell me the regular guy is off and I'm fine with that but I request to still have my nails soaked off. They sit me down and legit starts to rip the acrylic nails off my hands by shoving another fake nail underneath. I never felt any pain like that before , after the first hand I couldn't take the pain anymore I just walked out. I will never go there again my nails are THROBBING. I have been going to this place for 9 years, every 3 weeks for a gel fill. I have complained 2-3 times MAX! Once bc they charged me for something I didn't get, once because the employee was aggressive and short with me and I'm throwing in the possibility of a 3rd...I was charged $25 extra for something that was unnecessary and I was never told was extra. I was shocked at the extra amount at checkout. Anna jumped up, raised her voice, told me I complain all the time (which I don't). She may have lumped me in with my daughter who complained years ago because they butchered her fingers (pics are on the reviews here). The whole nail salon was staring over. I went to this salon for acrylic nails w funny bunny color polish and a gel pedi. I am extremely disappointed. The nails came out decent, however the time it took to get a gel mani pedi and a full acrylic set was just awful. My friend and I made our appointment for 1. I'm sitting in the car at 4pm writing this review and she's STILL getting her nails done. Overall the staff was extremely rude. The women doing our pedicure didn't realize my friend spoke Spanish and my friend informed me they were taking negativity about us. They also said they could do my friends nails exactly how she wanted, and then proceeded to tell my friend they did not have the color she wanted. Once it came to getting the acrylic set for myself, the person doing my nails was extremely rude, and not gentle at all with my nails. He kept pushing my arm down, telling me to "relax." This has never been an issue for me at any previous nail salon. Through out the entire process of getting my nails done the worker was laughing with the other worker doing my friends nails. When I didn't understand his instructions, he kept laughing. When it came to paying, they were not at all transparent about pricing. I paid $120 for my nails and pedicure, which I never have done before. My friend got the exact same service and was charged $130! They also told her to leave before her nails were dry. We will never be back here. Horrible service, rude, slow, and extremely overpriced. I'd leave 0 stars if I could. My friend just finished getting her nails done as I finish this. This is my first ever yelp review. I have been to this place so many times over the years. It's never been great, but the job was done. Today will be my last visit ever. I thought to email them directly, but I knew they wouldn't even care. The lady at the front desk (owner) is very rude. Usually I go alone and you never know what you will get. Today I brought my daughter there for a treat. We were directed (rudely) to chairs #1&2. My daughter was first brought to chair number one. 10 minutes later I was brought to chair number two. My daughter was sitting there no water nothing going on in her chair. Then they brought me in and filled up my foot soak and started the pedicure process. My daughter sitting next to me still had nothing going on. So another 10 minutes into my pedicure they started my daughters. Then they finished ours at the exact same time. I was skeptical at first because I usually only let my mom do my pedicures but Lisa was awesome! She's very friendly and hilarious to talk to. Have been coming here for a while with my kids. They are usually rude when you arrive "what you need?...go sit at (insert number here). Staff may or may not speak english but either way do NOT converse with you at all. THey don't ask if you want square, rounded or pointy nails, you MUST point this out or you get what you get. The board says $25+ for gel fill and i have SHORT nails but I was charged $35 with no explanation, $10 above minimum...questionable at the least. The request that you "wash your hands with water only" is iffy at best. You just filed (did NOT cut away lifted nails so that breeds bacteria- gross!) my nails, filled them questionably and I am supposed to rinse that away with no soap??? WHY??? Sooo dirty and gross. Came here a couple years ago after some bad service at another location and it was pretty good, now not so much. They do not care if you are a regular or not, they treate everyone shitty. I had the basic manicure/pedicure done. You have the option of having one technician doing your manicure at the same time another technician does your pedicure, so if your in a hurry, this is ideal. I have used the salon many times due to the proximity to my house. Today was my last day. They are the must unfriendly, unhelpful staff I have experienced.
