excellent service and professional nail salon. I always make an appointment and they take me on time.

My husband and I came together to have our pedis at the same time. Joke. It was the same person they booked to both. He was first-10 min pedi, then gel pedi for me. 20 min if that. To say that it was rushed is an understatement. They need more staff and learn that we wanted to have them at the same time. I never felt so neglected and rushed out the door. Booo! read more

Asked for clear nail polish and to cut nails down - Put on a pink polish and filed nails round Asked several times for clear nail polish finally i just gave up and let her put the pale pink on that she kept waving at me . Also cuticles were not evenly done Wont be back read more

After moving to the Mashpee area 5 years ago I have tried a few nail salons with great disappointment. On a recommendation I tried Beauty Nails recently and I am just thrilled ! It is clean, and they use fresh liners for every pedicure! They don't have a big staff so I would suggest calling to make an appointment (Note- I have been there twice now and I was able to get in same day both times, although Summer months may be tougher) They also have a great selection of Polishes. I feel the prices are very reasonable. The standard Pedicure is $ 35. and the Luxury Pedicure is $47. I felt the standard pedicure was great. I have used Hang & Phat and they are both very sweet and do an outstanding job. This is a cash only business, but I did notice they have an atm in the salon. read more

It is my belief that most people that go to a nail salon are there to relax, get pampered, and get their mani/pedi done.If the owner/ manager would smile , at all, it might make it a pleasant experience. If the staff didn't rush through a pedicure, and instead gave the clients a relaxing experience, it would be an improvement. read more

Have been here twice and both times am very happy with my nails! My dip lasted a couple of weeks plus and they do a wonderful job on both manicures and pedicures! Highly recommend. read more

I've been here a few times because of the convenient location. While my mani/pedis were good, there were a few drawbacks. It seems like they do not replenish their nail polish often enough, as a lot of the polishes available seem pretty old. I also would enjoy my pedicures more if the staff didn't rush it, a sugar/salt scrub for my legs and feet was included, ending with a foot and leg massage. The owner and staff seem focused on quantity and $$$. read more

We have been going here since we came full time to the Cape. I have brought extended family when they visit, as well as friends. Everyone always LOVES! In my house, both Hang and Phat are considered family! We love them, their service, the cleanliness of the salon and the overall atmosphere. We laugh and my nails have never looked better! Kudos to them and their hardworking staff. read more

Best pedicure ever!! Annie does a great job and is very sweet. They are clean and always friendly. Support your local business. Nothing beats pretty toes (or nails) during the winter read more

The husband and wife , that work there, are are Awesome! I have been going there for about 2 years. They are very nice and do a Great job.

I cannot recommend this business because they are the rudest owners I have ever encountered. I am visually impaired and asked Phat to find a color for me. He was so rude and made a comment about why I could not choose my own color? His wife told me to call my friend who was waiting outside to choose a color for me. I went to this business during Covid every two weeks, they never spoke, they never thanked me for tips and after this last experience, I will not give them a penny of my business. Watch your end total on credit card they add a dollar or two read more

Ugh, big fat nothing! If I could give NO stars I would. I'm on vacation and just wanted something quick and easy while my party got their quick haircuts next door. After waiting 15 minutes, I was told it would be another 5 minute wait. Had to leave. Also, pricing was absurd!! I'm from California so it's not like I'm not used to high salon prices but really, an $11 polish change?!? NO. Shellac manicure would have been $30, ok normal I guess. Extra $5 for French, ok. But a polish change is nothing to charge double digits for. Save the hassle and go elsewhere. read more

I don't know what all of the bad reviews are about. I'm here every couple of weeks and they always do an awesome job. I'm particular... and they're always accommodating!!! Love this place best one on upper cape I've been to. read more

Cleanliness during Covid was great, I will admit. However that was the only positive. Technicians were extremely rude. Very limited color selection. My daughter and I both got manicures and both were coming off the next day. I'm guessing they dilute their polishes. Will never go back. read more

Unfortunately this seems is the most convenient spot for me, so I have been here at least a half dozen times. Not sure why I keep making the same mistake! Most recent pedicure was 3 weeks ago. My pedicurist didn't speak English, which is usually not a problem for me, but she put an ugly pink coat on top of my french pedi polish. I was in a hurry to get home for my wedding shower, so I didn't have time to stay and have them fix it. I did make a comment about it, in front of the other employees, but I didn't pursue it and no one offered to help. In the past, the polish I have gotten just hasn't lasted as long as other places. I have also been charged something like $18 for a shellac removal. Worth going a little further to find a better place! read more

I have been coming to Beauty Nails for three years. I like to have Hang do my pedicure and manicure. She is friendly and skillful. I have had other technicians who are also good. I did have a previous problem with an ingrown toenail so I now have Phat check because he has given me good advice to prevent them. The salon is very clean and orderly. You can make an appointment or pop in and they will give you the expected time frame. I definitely recommend this salon. Thank you Kathy G read more

This has to be hands down one of the most sanitary nails salons that I have seen! nail buffers and files should never be reused on other guests but they gave me mine to take home with me! and they did a lovely job with my pedicure 10/10 recommend if you care for your health Thank you Beuaty nails! I will be coming back for more pedicures read more

Awful, the manicure was only 15 minutes long. He didn't clean or clip my nails. He did however cut me and cause my cuticle to bleed. I asked for them short and he filed a couple of my nails, they are all different sizes. The polish was sloppy and instead of removing it, he just kept putting more coats on. I left because they started closing early. Went back today and the guy started to just put more coats on, in a different color! I finally convinced him to redo the polish and unfortunately it's just as sloppy and uneven as it was before. I thought they were playing a joke on me... I still don't believe that happened. read more

Respecting the social distancing rule, very clean, friendly staff, great job each time I come, this is my third year !!!!

I walked in for a pedicure last month. I can honestly say I will Not be back. Price point was great however this proves you get what you pay for. Pedicure was over in 15-20 minutes. He clipped my toenails. Never filed to shape and never pushed back my cuticle. It was a Sunday afternoon and 4-5 more people tried to come in and they actually said "we can't take you. We are closing early". I hope they see this review and learn from it to improve their customer service. read more

This is my favorite nail salon on the cape. The owner, Phat, does an absolutely beautiful job on my pink and whites. His attention to detail is remarkable. The salon itself is bright and clean, and all the employees are friendly and welcoming. The prices are very fair for the high quality of service you receive. And don't forget to have Aini do some of her fabulous designs when you want something a little exciting! Beauty Nails is by far the best salon in the area. read more

9/2019. Amazing clean, friendly salon atmosphere. Calvin is so thorough and meticulous! I love how he does my gel manicures.

It's all fun and games until somebody loses a toe. Beauty Nails and I had a good run. Then I got Edward Scissorhands. He dug at my toenails so hard they bled, and he cut them so short and rounded the edges so much that I have been having recurring infections on two toes for two months. Super annoyed, because I liked the prices and location. I won't be going back, though it's not like it's actually possible to get a pedicure anymore, anyway, with the condition my toes are in. read more

Came here to get my acrylics filled and shortly after, a black spot appeared. My nail is about 60% gray/ black and it's been two days in a row they have told me it's over an hour wait because only two people are working. Not the first bad experience, but certainly the last. read more

I will start with something positive: Beauty Nails was clean.... and the positivity ends there. All the manicurists were men (which I don't mean to be sexist, but is a little odd) and my mom's nails came out looking like our 9 year old labradoodle painted them. read more

So my fiancé and I were in cape cod to take some engagement pictures and she needed to get her nails done quickly. At first we picked this place because it was close to where we were at and she needed it done right away so I didn't bother checking the reviews. I am surprised that this place got such low reviews and it doesn't do justice. The girl that did her nail was Hang, she was really nice. Hang took her time on my fiancé's nail.s and did a good job My fiancé really likes her nails afterwards. We will be coming back if we are ever in Cape Cod. read more

I don't know why this place gets a bad rap! Went here recently with my mother in law. I made appointments in the morning for the afternoon around 4:30. My mother in law was running late and the staff was super flexible! It was busy with people constantly in and out. I didn't feel like my appointment was rushed and the nail tech Aini, did a beautiful job (gel mani and regular pedi). It seemed like there were quite a few walk-ins and the staff was very accommodating. Clean and thorough. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! read more

I never write yelp reviews, but unfortunately, I just couldn't hold back. Very unprofessional and extremely rude. This place really should get a clue and learn how to treat their customers. Spend your money at a salon that appreciates your business. read more

This place is a joke. They tried to say they charge $10 to cut down nails. She rubbed cuticle oil and the polish remover all over my toes. There's a reason it's only 2 stars. read more

I went here to have acrylics put on for my wedding. What ended up happening is that the man kept going over the same spot on my finger nail with his buffer and caused it to break completely through my real finger nail. As you can imagine this was extremely painful, but when I said something he said "too late". It is at the base of my finger nail and I now have to wait for it to grow out before it is able to be fixed. read more

I went here randomly this summer since a few of my girlfriends were in town and wanted pedicures. Unfortunately, we picked a day that was pretty rainy outside, so the nail salon was packed. We arrived and they stated we would only have to wait 15 minutes. Not bad. But once we got inside, we were rushed to get the pedicure done. My friends nail polish was painted on so poorly she had to get them redone. And the owner was the one who painted her nails! Just an overall bad experience. I do have to say another one of my girlfriends had a good pedicure but one of the girls there. My advice:stay away and don't let the owner paint your nails. read more

Do not go here....the worst manicure I have ever had. My fingers hurt and its been 2 days. It will take at least a month for my nails to recover. Just a basic manicure!! Cut them so short my fingers hurt and cut too much skin around nails. Then scrubbed the top with file which has ruined the surface. Do not go here is all I can say... read more

I brought my mother and daughter here for mother's day pedicures, and they were so awful that I should've walked out and not paid. My mother's toe nails did not get cut or even FILED after she repeatedly asked for them to be. Though her paint job looked great. I, on the other hand, left there looking like I hadn't had a pedicure all winter! My feet were still dry and peeling, and my paint job looked like a 5 year old did it. And my pedicure took a VERY long time. I feel like the young man that performed my service had NO idea what he was doing and just faked it. The staff was quiet, unfriendly, and noticeably different than I was used to in past visits. I wanted to not pay and not tip, but that's just not in my character. I felt like complaining would have gotten us nothing but an inexperienced redo and they had already sucked up so much of our day doing nothing. SO I paid, left meager tips, and we will never go back again. Buyer beware!! read more
