This is a problem when in a service industry. A customer needs to express what he/she wants. In my case my pedicure ended up with uneven lengths in nails and nail color that was streaky. He did great and kept checking in with me to make sure I was okay with this new major life change LOL I had a little bit of a wait the second time too but happy with the final product!

There is space between my natural nail and the extension leaving an opening for water to get trapped in. I've done gel x a few times at home and they were way better than what I received here. Save your money and go elsewhere, not worth it.
