When my service finally started the lady asked if i picked my color, I hadn't because no one gave me any to look at. She rolled her eyes and went to grab them for me. She barely massaged me the entire pedicure, she didn't turn the water on till she cut my nails, I barely even soaked my feet. She just hit my leg everytime she wanted me to move to or from the water, no please or thank yous. No hospitality at all. I'm very respectful, always polite but this lady made it really hard to be. 55 bucks for a 40 minute pedicure that I had to wait almost just as long to get... Paint job is decent

This is a problem when in a service industry. A customer needs to express what he/she wants. In my case my pedicure ended up with uneven lengths in nails and nail color that was streaky. When I tried to explain he couldn't understand. Yes he did it over again but it shouldn't have happen from the beginning . I've worked in spa's for 40 years. The owner needs to hire employees who speak English!!

Thrilled with my pedicure and gel French mani as always (I have photos from long ago and recently here of both) For me this place is a tad bit out of the way but truly worth it for the simple fact I actually feel RELAXED when I leave here and not like I was enduring the experience just to get my nails or feet done. Something that's become more rare as the days pass. They'll always have my business !

My daughter got a unique print on her nails and I got the French style. They overbooked or took too many walk- ins. I won't be going back !especially on vacation, I didn't want to be there 2 plus hours.

There is space between my natural nail and the extension leaving an opening for water to get trapped in. I've done gel x a few times at home and they were way better than what I received here. Save your money and go elsewhere, not worth it.
