I would definitely recommend this location over the other one, which felt messy and like an overpriced H&M location. The interior was slightly more upscale and less sterile. I plan on being back in the area later in the week and can't wait to check it out! As for lunch, or Sunday brunch, we started with a warm fresh baguette. I went with avocado toast for my meal, which hit the spot as it always does. I've had my share of avocado toasts in my lifetime and this was a good one. My daughter also really enjoyed her chicken flatbread. It was huge so when it first came out I thought she could have shared it with her friend, but she was super hungry and it was really tasty so she did a pretty good job eating it on her own. Service was fast and attentive and (again) my only regret is not getting to do more shopping...I'll be back!

I was hesitant to approach the store at first since I was unfamiliar with the layout, but I was attracted by the cute products I saw on the display and decided to go in. I'm thankful that it did not disappoint. Immediately upon entering the store, I was greeted with a smile and a genuine hello. The staff at this store is incredibly knowledgeable about their inventory and is always happy to provide a helping hand to you. Furthermore, there is a large selection available. This enabled me to choose from a diverse choice of their products as a result. The products I purchased last week much exceeded my expectations, and I will most certainly be back next week to make additional purchases. Highly recommended to all, definitely worth a try.

I was greeted when I walked in and I stepped into and didn't know where to get the pickup at so I asked the greeter, but I think she was a regular employee or manager who was just watching the door since it was like 20 min til closing. and she helped me grab the item! She brought it to me in front and I didn't have to lift a finger. Very helpful experience in my book! I saw someone brought their dog in which is nice because I was looking for dog friendly places to visit with my pup. The items are pricey but they are Chicago tailored and I like that.

Looking for a unique Chicago souvenir?…read more Making a custom hat at Alice & Wonder was one of my favorite experiences during my trip! Instead of bringing home a typical souvenir, I got to create something completely personalized and unique to me. I loved leaving with not only a custom hat I'll actually wear, but also a fun memory from my trip.

She's obsessed with their hoodies and sweatpants and insisted we stop in while shopping downtown even though we have one in the burbs because this one is bigger and better. I'm not sure if it's better, but I will say the sales associate who helped us was so lovely. I'm annoyed i forgot to get her name to give her some Yelp love, but she helped us find a super puff jacket (the warmest coats!) and another super puff vest that wasn't in stock so had it shipped to our house. There was a small line for the fitting room, but seemed short after what we had just waited in at Brandy Melville across the street. And checkout was a breeze. I find their quality really great and their pricing fair (maybe pricey if you're buying it for a 13 year old). I have a feeling I may be stealing one of my daughter's super puff jackets (yes, she has a few!) this winter because they are perfect for our Chicago winters!

The store would not give me credit back on CC since I wasn't there!! She did have my receipt!! I no longer will buy at this store for two reasons: 1. Their return policy is one of the worse, which is 14 days to get full credit to original method of purchase. At least have a reasonable return policy of 30 days to give people a chance to return the merchandise. 2. Most stores do not need the CC to return for credit as they can just scan the receipt, and credit will return to the card. This store makes returns difficult. Not customer driven at all. Now I am stuck with a gift card that I would rather not use, as I no longer want to buy anything in the store.

I usually hit up Bloomingdale's across the street for my fix; this location, with its spacious interiors and vast accessory and shoe sections to complement the delectable wearables, made me realize just what I was missing. As a walk down retail memory lane, Cop Copine (now in the 900 North Shops) used to be in this location. There was only one other customer in the store and the retail experience was what I appreciate the most- attentive without being overbearing. I ended up with a dress for an event in April (originally $600, marked down to $350) and a skirt and top. Unfortunately for me - maybe not so much for my pocketbook - the full skirt that I was eyeing (on full price) was not available in my size. The personalized service and nifty garment bag that folded up and over into shopping-bag proportions all contributed to my good shopping vibes. Word to the wise: the sale will be ending in a matter of days, at which time all the goods will be packed up and shipped off to the warehouse to make way for Spring 2015 goods. If you want to check out the sale goods while they still last, I suggest coming here without delay.
