Literal life savers, you can view my previous review about my wedding day attire, Goy (I think that…read morewas her name I apologize if it's wrong) was a life saver! I went in there stressing and she walked me through like a real professional through the steps she needs to take to fix my suit jacket. It looked 10x better than how I received it "tailored" for the black tux. Super reasonable cost as well for same day alterations! She gave me a solid timeline for when it would be done and she stuck to her word, at 6:30 she called me like she said she would and told me it was ready for pickup. The jacket couldn't have fit any better than Cinderella's slipper! Perfect match on my body and really boosted my confidence and made me feel less stressed about my wedding day (next day) 10/10 recommend Goy should be given a bonus and some PTO for her work

I have always been happy with their work up until my last visit, even though they are a little on the pricey side. I took in a pair of slacks to be shortened for an event that I was going to and they were going to be ready the next week. I went to pick them up and they could not find them. The woman said when they find them she would deliver them to me. I waited over two weeks, past my event, and no one called so I called them and the gentleman said they were still looking for them and he would call as soon as he found them. Over two weeks later I got a call from him saying they were ready and I could pick them up. What happened to them delivering it to me? I didn't feel like arguing with him. When I picked them up the woman told me I owed $17. I asked her if after having my slacks for over a month I still owed her that much money, she said yes. It's not like you ordered a pizza and I delivered it cold. The work was done and you should pay for the work done no matter how long I had them. I didn't think that was very good customer service. So for a lousy $17 she lost a client of over 25 years. I don't think that's any way to run a successful business. There was not even an apology.
