No appointment needed, I just walked in and explained what I needed done and tried on the dress. I appreciated that the seamstress warned me that the front was going to get tighter in my chest and lay a little closer together, luckily this was the goal for me. I had asked to get it back a week later and she did it even faster! For only $15, a quick and easy pickup and nice service, I totally recommend this place. I took in a pair of slacks to be shortened for an event that I was going to and they were going to be ready the next week. I went to pick them up and they could not find them. The woman said when they find them she would deliver them to me. I waited over two weeks, past my event, and no one called so I called them and the gentleman said they were still looking for them and he would call as soon as he found them. Over two weeks later I got a call from him saying they were ready and I could pick them up. What happened to them delivering it to me? I didn't feel like arguing with him. When I picked them up the woman told me I owed $17. I asked her if after having my slacks for over a month I still owed her that much money, she said yes. It's not like you ordered a pizza and I delivered it cold. The work was done and you should pay for the work done no matter how long I had them. I didn't think that was very good customer service. So for a lousy $17 she lost a client of over 25 years. I don't think that's any way to run a successful business. There was not even an apology.
