State Road 7 (441) in Margate, Florida, a little South of Atlantic Boulevard. They are located on the West side of SR7. That is where their office, which is a desk in a small commercial building at the South end of a small commercial strip, is located. The Office is one flight up a long, exterior brick staircase. There is no elevator. IF you bring in something large (wide-format Photo Printer) leave it in your vehicle. Repairs are done off site. The office Manager does not share that repair location with her customers. Once you make the arrangements for repair, the Office Manager will go downstairs with you and you will transfer your printer to her vehicle. Pickup is the same. Both times I picked up my printer, the Office Manager met me in the parking lot and we transferred the printer from her vehicle to mine. In 2012, Epson introduced their Artisan 1430 Wide Format Photo Printer. I have had mine (home use not business) since then. Over the last several years I have had print-head clogs which I can usually clear. However, twice, I was unable to get the printer working properly. Both times I brought it to "Bytes" and they got it working again. Both times I was ready to pay for a new print head if needed or possibly a new printer. Both times they returned the printer to me in working condition with the original print head. They charged me $155 for the second fix (1/2022) and saved me the expense of a new Photo Printer. I dropped by today, came in, within 5 mins was quoted (super affordable!) and device was fixed within 1.5 hour timeline (honestly, it was fixed faster). He was so nice, he could see my son was a little upset that he had to hand his phone over (he's on the spectrum and electronics are his special interest) and acknowledged him with kindness asking him if he was okay and explained to him what needed to be done.
