I love this place. I've been shopping here for ~7 years. They really only carry the better things out there. Quality leashes, collars, toys and very nutritious foods. They also all know what they're selling and can give personal advice. When my previous dog food brand sold out to some mega-Corp, they stopped carrying it until they could confirm it would be made to the same quality. They were also able to recommend another brand of food with similar nutrition that Petey loved from the frist day and agreed with his stomach. Top notch! read more

We love this store! They have tons of great (and healthy!) options for pets and discounts if you buy in bulk! The staff are super helpful, they go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. Our kitty is a family member and this place gets it. They will always have our business. :) read more

I love Animal Crackers! The staff here are so knowledgeable. They have an amazing assortment of really quality pet foods, toys, pet clothes, chews , supplements and more! I wouldn't hesitate to check in with these folks if I had a question regarding my dog or cat. And they host great events (loved the Halloween Day stuff! ). I found them initially because they were one of the few places that actually sell my preferred dog food, AND track the buyers card. read more

Just returned feom visiting friends in the Corvallis area who had a great dog and wantes to send a thank you gift that could be for rheir dog, Vinny. I live in Northern California and just did a Yelp search and found Animal Crackers Pet Supply. I called and spoke with Saul who was the best of the best and made it so easy to get and send the gift certificate. My only regrets are that I live so far away I cannot stop by and thank them in person. read more

As a former employee of Petco, I fully encourage everyone in Corvallis to check animal crackers out first :) they have a wonderful selection for all pet owners. Switched my dog to a fancier food and while it is more expensive I have seen such a difference in my 15 y/o dog. She had a shinier coat and seems to have less joint pain. Thank you! read more

Great selection of hard to find dog/cat foods. Unique pet accessories. Friendly staff. What more could you ask for. Bonus: The cats/kitties in the back are fun for the little ones to talk to and sometimes pet! read more

Very helpful and friendly staff. They truly love animals and show it in how they treat you and hhelp you out.

We are new in town and I'm so glad to have found a local pet supply store. They have a great selection of treats, food, and toys, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. My pup and I are looking forward to our next visit! read more

Bandit's favorite spot in town is Animal Crackers. Several of the staff members know him by name and he wags his little wiggle butt like crazy when we even start getting close to the store. We love supporting small, local pet shops, and we head over to Animal Crackers for all our pet shopping, including food, treats, supplements, and gear. They even special ordered a Ruffwear leash for us when we first moved to Corvallis and are always incredibly helpful when we have questions about products. They have a great loyalty program in addition to the loyalty program for Bandit's food. Fun staff, who are knowledgeable and definitely love pets, make this place Disneyland for dogs (and other pets)!! read more

This really is a great local establishment. The staff is very well informed and the products they carry are very high quality. The staff is always willing to help you out, give you samples, etc. They even have a frequent customer program where if you buy ten bags of dog food, you get one free. My dog always enjoys being in the store. One star off though because I've often seen the employees talking to customers about practices or products they don't support. And they often add in a guilt factor. It's one thing to try to introduce your customers to better alternative, but it's another to make them feel guilty. read more

we have been going to Animal Crackers for sometime now and every time i've gone in, up until today, it's typically just me. today, i decided to bring in my very nervous rescue and they were FANTASTIC with him. i let them know that he was nervous and they opted to give him some treats and within just a couple minutes he was taking the treats right out of the staffs hands (which is HUGE for him)! we've been working with him for awhile to get him better socialized in more public environments. even when he got a bit worked up about an off leash pup outside, they were so accommodating and understanding and moved us to the farther register to check us out so that he couldn't see the pup. i cannot recommend them enough! the staff and the products they carry are absolutely fantastic! read more

My only complaint is that they got my dogs hooked on really expensive dog food (ZiwiPeak). But then again, it's really good high quality stuff that they love. Sigh the tortures of spoiling your pets like children. The staff here are super duper friendly and they have a great selection of hard to find quality foods and supplies. They are spendy because it is a dog boutique, but the stuff here is primo. I likes it. read more

When I adopted my two kitties this was my go-to place. The service is outstanding. Any questions I had the staff was eager to help. You definitely get what you pay for and I think it's worth it for my pets. read more

The staff is so knowledgeable we were able to come in and get special cat food for our kittens and they just loved it! Definitely recommend

The staff is here is very knowledgeable about their products and most pet needs and will order things if they don't have it. Animal Crackers is a very customer service-oriented store and carries the best products. Yes, may cost may be a bit higher but their staff and their expertise is worth it.They're all animal lovers and very careful to give you advice that is best for your pet over the bottom line of their store. Plus they have the furry dog toys with replacement squeakers--very important when you have two terriers. #corvsmb read more

Very cool store. A unique selection of pet toys and accessories, knowledgeable staff with great recommendations, and they're willing to order in special products. I do wish they had more large, durable rubber toys (I have a lab who loves to chew things a part), but we haven't found a better variety elsewhere either. I love the rewards system for frequent shoppers - I appreciate that they value our loyalty. #CorvSMB read more

Great alternative to Petco and other chain stores. They have great stock of high quality dog foods (didn't look at cat stuff since I don't have one). Staff is very friendly and parking was easy. Yup, that's about all I want in a pet supply store! A+ read more

This place is awesome! It's tucked inside a little plaza and can be easily missed while driving down Kings Blvd. The staff is friendly and helpful. They sometimes have cats available for adoption and a visiting area where you can pet them. They have a rewards program as well so you should definitely ask about them while you're checking out. The cashier also told me that they usually have cat tree sales around Halloween time (which I missed, boo!!). read more

Lots of great supplies and foods for dogs & cats! Great staff, friendly and helpful. I'm a regular!

I wanted a very specific martingale collar for my dog last year which they ordered and had for me in a reasonable amount of time. The prices are high but the quality is great. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable . read more

I still shop there sometimes when I'm in the neighborhood and fed up with Petco and Petsmart, but they have gone downhill over the last ten years or so. Their staff are awkward as hell, they advertise a cat nail trimming service when really they make you hold your cat in a poorly lit room that's practically a closet while they trim them and it's nearly impossible to make an appointment for that, they are overpriced. Seriously, that room looks like something out of the SAW movies. I tried to get Vectra flea control there when I first had my cat to see if it would be cheaper than my vet and they said in this horrible tone "no, we only use diatomaceous earth because everything else is toxic." I'm not putting dirt on my cat when Vectra is vet-recommended and perfectly safe. You're not a vet, pet supply store. read more

A well stocked store, lots of quality pet foods and toys and anything you might need for your little furbaby. Much better than Petco or Petsmart, those kind of chains. I was happy to find a place in town to buy Orijen dog food! Staff was really friendly and helpful, and they do frequent buyer cards for certain brands of foods. If you get on their mailing list, they will also let you know about sales and send coupons as well. read more

Really welcoming, friendly staff that I truly feel cares about its customer's pets. The folks here are knowledgeable about their products, and they offer, in general, a higher quality product than the big-box pet stores in town. Not only are they superior in goods and service, but it feels great to support local business instead of the giant corporate pet-supply retailers that care about your dollar, not your pet. read more

I bought two expensive toys and an expensive harness. Totaling $85. I didn't take a receipt because I'm an environmentalist. Nothing was said about a return policy. The toys were not of any interest to either pup. The harness was way too bulky for a small dog. I live on the coast and traveling in winter kept me from returning the harness for a couple of months. When I attempted to return it... a $40+ item, guess what? It was not acceptable even though it was in original packaging. I was told there was a 30 day window and this was posted in the store. I tried to find any posting of this policy and the clerk admitted it was posted nowhere. Still no return possibility. Not even credit. I used to love this store. I loved the cats that were available for adoption. I thought this store was different. Well, it's just another way to take your money. I will never return. They lost a good customer. Be sure to ask about a return policy. read more

LOVE this place! The owners and employees are incredible and REALLY know their stuff. Their recommendations on cat toys were right on when we got our cat from Heartland Humane. read more

I love this store! I just went in for the first time yesterday. Staff was super helpful. The local feed store was out of the food I normally buy for my kitten with a touchy tummy, so I tried Animal Crackers and WOW! What a great store! It was super clean and the staff was more than willing to help me pick food and let me snuggle the kitties waiting to be adopted. I love that they help the local shelter by keeping animals in their store. That's just awesome. I was also surprised to find that no only do they carry a great selection of foods, but they also are cheaper or comparable to the places I was going before. I'm sure they'll be seeing more of me as my kitten chews through her new toys and devours her new food. read more

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! this place! The staff is GREAT! so knowledgeable, helpful and caring! Their products are of the highest quality and they do so much for our community! read more

Very helpful staff. I can't say as though I have ever received a guilt-trip about anything in the many years I have been going there, they give you the benefits of higher quality stuff.. If you are looking for cheap supplies/food, this probably isn't the place for you. Since they have all higher quality stuff, the prices are also higher, but they do seem like they are the average price for the top-quality dog/cat food. read more

Absolutely love this pet store! The workers are very helpful and fun to be around. They have great products and are very educated on their products. read more

This is the only place in Corvallis that sells my dogs dog food. They are always very sweet here and have a rewards program for the food I buy. Their treats I can get at Petco so a couple bucks less but I will always go to them for my dogs food! read more

Great selection/brands and knowledgeable staff but find them not to be the friendliest at times.

They have the best catnip in town. They also have the friendliest staff, always willing to answer your questions. I much prefer them than (cough, cough) Petco. read more

I absolutely love Animal Crackers. Only downside is that prices are quite high. But the friendly and knowledgeable staff and amazing selection make up for it in my book. This store has supplied everything that I've needed throughout the lifetimes of two precious doggies. read more

I love this store. They have the best of everything- highest quality food/toys/accessories and treats and these women who work here are so very wonderful. I don't have to wonder about the quality of food- I know it's good. It's more expensive than petco/chain stores but, obviously. I now don't even bother with those other places. Animal Krackers truly cares about animals and its a treat to go in there. read more

Decent selection on collars and leads, foods are pretty pricey. Most of the time staff are extremely nice and helpful. I felt a bit judged for not having gotten my dog from a rescue once, but I haven't seen that associate since then. read more

Cool local store. The employees are super friendly and they have so many different items. I buy all my dog's food, treats and toys here. They have organic toy options and grain-free food options. Great store with high quality pet food and supplies. We've been buying our food there for years and will continue to do so. The staff is knowledgable and helpful without being too aggressive. I'm happy to have this store in Corvallis! read more

Bulk grain free dog treats and dried sweet potatoes are my favorite (and my dogs) items. Quality products and friendly staff. This place has a wide variety of all the essentials. Selection can be limited for certain items because it is a smaller store, but I've never had a problem finding what I needed. Do comparison shop for bigger ticket items like crates and kennels. read more

This place is wonderful and everyone working there is incredibly helpful. Yes, it costs more than buying things on Amazon, but if you think it's important to support local businesses, it's worth it. I love that they have homemade grain-free vegetarian dog treats available in bulk! read more

Wonderful store!! The staff are always very knowledgeable and helpful; they genuinely care about animals and about their customers. I have never had less than stellar service here. I can count on good, friendly service, high-quality products, and good deals -- as a random example, they'll rent out a black light for a pittance so you can find those pesky pee stains in the carpet. They also offer free samples of cat food to take home, so now I know which brand my picky cat will eat. read more
