We drove in from out of town for a required intake evaluation/play date for our dogs. We planned on boarding them there for 20 days! this summer and wanted to choose the best facility. Upon arrival we were informed that clients cannot tour the facility and that we had to look at the limited (none of the boarding area on cellular devices) photos online instead. My wife and I are OSU grads and she is a local Certified Vet Tech with a degree in fisheries and wildlife management. Our dogs are well trained and catered to members of our family. The thought that any facility (much less a good one) would totally deny clients to preview and access the boarding area while also requiring our dogs be evaluated speaks volumes and is totally unacceptable. We would never leave our pets, kids, or senior family members in a facility that refused the family a tour. Obviously we left immediately. read more

A beautiful location to park your pooch. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and employees that were very good with my spazzy dog.

I've taken my dog here for boarding 3 times. Twice he has come home with kennel cough! He's vaccinated but still gets somewhat sick. The kennel refuses to cover the cost of their own negligence. read more

I absolutely love this place! My dog spends a lot of time here, and she loves all the girls that work there. They take such great care of her and know all about her quirks and how to make sure she has a good time. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Don't take your dog here if you expect basic hygiene needs to be met. My dog is quite fluffy, and when I picked him up he had several days worth of his own feces caked onto his backside, tail, and legs. On the special needs note that I left, I wrote that he needs a little spray off sometimes because of his thick fur. Apparently, they clean the dogs on the day that the owners are scheduled to pick them up, but they had let him get so bad, that the poop was dried and matted into his fur. It took me 45 minutes to get him cleaned up when I got him home. When I picked him up, they told me that he had become stressed and had been running in circles in his cage (perhaps he needed some care?), but they never called to let me know there was a problem. My poor dog had a miserable experience here. read more

My dogs seem to like staying here. They come home clean, apparently excercised, and happy. My only complaint is that they're a little pricey and no discount for multiple dogs boarded together. read more

I have a 7 month old yellow lab and a 3 year old papillion. Our vet recommended Inavale Farm to board them while we were out of town. They are open daily, encourage you to come out and visit any time, and are very friendly and amenable to your pet's special needs. Dogs get to play on the farm and you can board your two dogs together for a discount (we didn't because the lab would crush the papillion!). They also don't charge full price for the day you pick your animal up and if you pick them up before noon, you aren't charged for that day at all. Dogs who stay more than 24 hours get a free grooming and a complimentary scarf. When I went to pick up my animals, the lab seemed as though he could happily stay for another couple days. They let me know that when my papillion seemed very timid and scared with the other big dogs, they boarded her with the cats and they all seemed to do fine (she thinks she's a cat, so I wasn't surprised). At home, both dogs fell asleep and it was easy to see they had a whole lot of fun while we were away. I took off a star for a combination of location of price, but will definitely board my dogs there again. read more
