The Anglin's team is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and--most importantly--honest. My mom recently purchased a home with a crack in the basement wall. I had seen Anglin's trucks around the area for years, so I decided to give them a call. Another company had made the issue sound urgent and potentially catastrophic, quoting us thousands of dollars in repairs. When Anglin's inspected the wall, they carefully explained the situation and assured us that the crack was not a major structural concern. It only needed minor patchwork, and there was no pressure to have it repaired immediately. Even the quote they provided for a complete repair was significantly more reasonable. They weren't pushy or sales-focused--they genuinely wanted to educate us and recommend what was best for the homeowner. That level of honesty is rare and greatly appreciated. Anglin's is hands-down one of the most trustworthy foundation repair companies you can call. If you want knowledgeable professionals who will give you an honest assessment without trying to oversell you, I highly recommend them. 10/10! read more

Highly recommend. Excellent service from start to finish. Called back same day in scheduling appointment within 5 days. Always called back immediately when I had questions. Pricing was very reasonable against other quotes received. The gentlemen that came out for the estimate along with those that did the work were very respectful of property, communicated well, very thorough and did great work. Left work area clean. read more

Anglin's Foundation & Masonry did an awesome job for me. I had another big name company quote the job but they were too high in price and I did not feel comfortable with the salesman's review. besides that I kept getting bombarded with sales calls and push to hurry the decision along. I felt the local family business of Anglin's was more honest and was not a pushy sales. they were up front with everything and I also liked the local support. I had a schedule change on my part and they handled it very well. I highly recommend Anglin's Foundation & Masonry. read more

Excellent service and experience! Very responsive and communicative, as well as fairly-priced. Anglin's lifted and stabilized several brick walls in our community - they were a pleasure to work with! read more

We had some mortar and brick crumbling on the roof area so called for evaluation... they were quick and efficient and reasonably priced. Would call again if work with brick needed. Very friendly company! read more

My 112 year old house is settling and I called Anglin's Foundation to get a quote on how much it would be to fix it. Chris came out today and inspected the house and crawl space. He told me that my current joists, posts, and additional support beam were solid and, given the lack of moving room in my crawl space, his crew really couldn't make any additional improvements. My house is just settling (which is expected). I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didn't try to sell me products I did not need. I would not hesitate to call Anglin's Foundation again if I need their services in the future! read more

I am so happy when I find excellent companies to do work around my house. I contacted Anglin's a few weeks ago to fix a column on my deck that was sinking. From the quote until the actual work, I had such a pleasant experience. They fixed the column and patched the cracks with mortar and it looks great now. Next time I need any foundation work, I will call Anglin's. read more

i needed footings installed for my front porch (it was sagging terribly) I inquired on their website, I got a call the next day. The day I called them back, they were able to come to the house so they could provide and estimate. Within 24 hours, they emailed my estimate to me. They were prompt to answer any questions I had about the process and the contract. Once I signed the contract, they provided an appointment for the next day! The work started at 7am and they were finished by 1! The guys were polite, efficient and clean. They took care of everything from moving my yard ornaments, lattice and mulch and putting it all back when they were done! (they re-installed the lattice BETTER than it was before!) I would highly recommend Anglin's for any project! read more

Anglin's Foundation & Chimney Repairs - my before and after. porch was dramatically sagging. the improvement is SO impressive!! - Foundation Repair Near Me - Marietta, Georgia

Called about a visibly leaning chimney on my home. The woman answering the phone asked me the cause of the issue (who knows?), and informed me they do not perform inspections to diagnose a leaning chimney; they can only perform repairs. I would have to "go get an inspection" first and then call back. This seems asinine. When I called back after reviewing my home inspection report from when we purchased the home, the same woman answered with "Yo!" And when I explained I was the person calling her back, she said "You have the wrong number." I had pressed redial on my cell phone- clearly not the wrong number and clearly she was the same person answering the phone. Decided not to pursue doing business with this company if this interaction is any indication. read more

I recently had a problem with some movement of brick on a small portion of my house. Anglin evaluated the problem correctly even before I had a structural engineer look at it. Their quote for repair was reasonable and they responded quickly to my call. The work was done as scheduled, in one day and without disruption to any other part of the house. Chris was knowledgeable, polite and delivered as promised. I also received a lifetime, transferable guarantee on the work. You may not even know there was a repair if you didn't know where to look for it. read more

Due to soil erosion, our front porch stairs and concrete walkways had shifted and sunk several inches. Gus of Anglin's told me what they can do to fix the problem. Chris and Leo came out and did the job. They were knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. They came on time, did the job, fixed the problems and left the work site cleaner than when they arrived. Gus called later that day to follow up. I highly recommend this team. read more

Nathan from Anglin's came last fall and gave me a quote for front porch that sank. He didn't get underneath my front porch to inspect as other company reps had done. I distinctly remember this. After only five minutes or so, he gave me a quote for three piers to lift the porch. He said one of the piers can also lift the concrete at the front steps which had also sank. At the time the work was done, I could see that one of the columns were not level. It took sending photos and several phone calls to get them to come out to look. Nathen, the sales rep, said it was up to the techs to come out and see what was going on. They told me that the joist under the wooden front porch was the problem. My point to them was that they were supposed to lift the porch and and if one of the columns were not lifted and leveled, they need to fix it. Anglin's finally had Nathan and techs come out and put a concrete slab with steel pier to lift one side of the column to level it. I could tell then that the concrete pad was going to sink and after 2.5 months, it did. I have not recommended Anglin'd since this happened at my house last fall. May be their other reps are more thorough when quoting a job. I've had couple of different people come to discuss fixing the porch and both thought joist was not the problem. I will have to call another foundation company to come and lvel the column after the rains are over. read more

My home is on a concrete poured wall basement foundation. The front deck and roof above rests on two pilings that had settled about 1.5-2.0 inches resulting in the deck and roof above sagging. I called Anglin's and got an estimate to repair and agreed to the work. The workers showed up on time and did the job quickly and professionally. They were polite and respectful and cleaned up after themselves. read more

When Gus from Anglin's came out, he was very honest and upfront. We had several foundation companies come out to take a look at our foundation on an older brick house. Unlike the others, Gus told me straight up that certain issues that we thought were problems were not actually problems and did not need to be immediately fixed. He instructed me on how to keep an eye on the foundation and when we needed to address the problem. He then, on his own, offered to take a look around the exterior of the house. He pointed out where part of our foundation had sunk in and that that particular issue should be addressed. The foundation had sunk to the point where part of the brick was separating from the roof. He told me how Anglin's could fix the problem. We scheduled the repair. The 2 men crew came out early in the morning and the fix was immediately apparent. The crew was courteous and were hard workers. They also cleaned up prior to leaving; we were very pleased with the repair to our foundation and will NOT hesitate to contact Anglin's in the future. read more

Anglin's has done two jobs for us and both have been great experiences. The team was very professional top to bottom, accommodating our schedule and working with us to get the jobs done. Each time Anglin's has gone above and beyond to ensure the foundation of our properties are secure and stable. Great company that I highly recommend if you have any foundation-related needs. read more

My husband and I were so very impressed with the professionalism of this company. It started with a visit from a very knowledge man, who came out and inspected our home, on the side where foundation problems existed. He was very thorough and explained what we needed. The group of workers came over and did an outstanding job on the area that needed fixing and completed the work with cleaning up any debris that was on the ground. One tiny area at the base of the brick work was a concern to me so I called and they sent someone out and fixed it promptly and with a smile. The price was very reasonable and worth every penny! I recommend this company to all my friends, in fact, I have already recommended them to my niece! Thanks for you the great job! Dianne Gilbreath read more

After 60 days and cash payment for a basement repair, I am still unable to get the warranty that they sold me on. Have left vms and emails to no avail. Post construction service absolutely sucks. I'll pay the price for this when I go to sell the house one day. If you ask for the warranty before payment, you might get lucky. read more

SO SO disappointed in this company. (We live in Marietta GA - I don't know why this post says San Francisco.) They ruined our front stairs - they raised them too high (out of code and they did not pull a permit) Two days later the concrete they applied fell apart. They patched up the railings (that were only a year old) with globs of putty - and left it like that. We stopped payment after the salesman told us it wasn't their fault. It took several phone calls to get anyone to come out and look at it. Finally the inspector for the company came out and agreed with us - however, when he went back to talk with the owner, John, he called and said John wanted $500 more dollars. We spoke with John who swore at us, complained about other customers in the past and told us he was almost 90 years old. So now we have a ruined brick stair case and the only way it can get fixed is to raise the walkway - which risks cracking it and requiring the entire walkway to be redone if that happens. And they actually want us to pay them to come out and correct their mistake - rise is 8 1/4" - maximum by law is 7 1/4" - I almost fell off the stairs when I first used them two days after they raised them and they fell apart. I would never, never recommend them - it's one thing if a company makes a mistake - we can understand that - but to not correct it is their biggest mistake. In order to send this I had to give a star - but in reality they should get none. View the photos above - stairs with pots- those are the after pictures read more

The team that lifted our chimney was prompt, courteous and efficient. Other then the repair, you simply could not tell they were even there despite the fact they had to remove part of our deck to do the work. I would HIGHLY recommend them. read more

I needed foundation work on my porch and did a lot of research about companies in this field. It didn't take long to realize there are many companies who claim they can do the job but then result in failures and disappointed customers. Since often the problem of foundations is difficult to truly assess up front and know if the jacks or expansion materials will be able to raise a sinking area, you can't get any guarantee from the companies that they can raise a sunken structure back to it's original state. They only guarantee to stabilize it at it's current level. So once they begin the process, if their solution does not work, you may be paying for no visual improvement. That's real unsettling when you're talking about thousands of dollars with no guarantee it'll look better or even be brought back to building code height standards. The other thing I learned is often most companies quotes don't include the finish masonry work that is usually necessary to finish the cosmetics of the job. After talking with several firms I chose Anglin's based on good reviews and a good gut feel after meeting with their sales guy Gus. He did a good job of explaining things and even came out twice to go over the job. Frankly, their quote was 20% more than another large competitor, but I felt justified because it included the masonry work. End result, the crew led by Iggy showed up bright and early on schedule and did an outstanding job. They are very customer-centric and truly wanted to satisfy us and permanently fix the problem. Most admirable is the fact that, indeed one of my problems was not curable using their standard approach and without hesitation Iggy moved to another approach that cost them quite a bit more time to complete. I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend them to others. read more

I read some reviews and had a different experience than some of the negative reviews. I called the company, they returned my call from within an hour, the representative came out the day we agreed upon, the estimate was within my budget and the work was scheduled. They came out the day when scheduled (actually they tried to come out early but I missed their call) and the work was completed quickly and with great quality. My job wasn't a large job but you wouldn't have known it by the way I was treated. The technician was very professional and explained every detail of the work to be done and what we needed to be aware of. I would highly recommend them. read more

I telephoned this company. The person who answered my call took my info and stated that a company rep would telephone me back. Approximately, five hours later, I telephoned again to ask when should I expect a call-back. The lady was a tad curt and stated that someone will call me when they are available. As I write this review, it is over a week later and I have yet to speak with the company rep. The job I needed done has been completed by one of their competitors. read more

Couldn't be happier about the work this fine company did on our home! The front stoop on our 1970's built home was starting to crumble - and had become a critter-turnpike allowing easier access into our home for small furry creatures, than for friends and neighbors. They asked for pictures via email; Came out and did a quick site-survey; Stayed in touch about start date (Georgia weather must certainly give them challenges); Showed up when they said they would; Worked hard; Did an Amazing Job!!!!! The front of the house looks beautiful, AND the critter-turnpike is now closed! Thank you! read more

So far $9500 and we are regretting everything. It took them 3 hours and no supplies.

I called Anglin to see if someone could come look at the foundation of a house I am considering purchasing, and I got a call back the next day from Gus, who was exceedingly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He listened as I explained the problem and offered several possible solutions, and while I may not end up purchasing the house, I will definitely return to Anglin in the future for any repair needs and recommend them to my friends and family! read more

We would recommend Anglin's for any foundation and masonry repairs. They do very good work - prompt response for a bid, explains very well the work that needs to be done, scheduled the work in a reasonable amount of time, do as they said they would do and cleaned up nicely after the job was complete to our satisfaction. You could not tell where they repaired the cracked bricks or cracked mortor. Great job! read more

Our 40 year old all brick garage was sagging at the two front corners, cracking the slab and separating the brick work , in one place as much as a 1 inch gap in the mortar joint. I found Anglin's on the web and asked for them to come by and give us an estimate. Though they were about a week out on estimates (and we also live a good distance from their offices out in west Georgia), we scheduled a date and time. To my surprise, Nathan, the senior inspector and estimator was not only on time, he actually called and asked if he could come earlier, which freed up my day quite a bit more. After examining our problem, he explained the options available. I chose to go with the steel pier jacking even though it was more costly. It is simply a better, more permanent solution to our problem. Later that afternoon, I received a phone call from the office (as promised) to schedule the work for the following week. The day before they were to come do the work, I received another call from the office to confirm that all was still on schedule. The next morning, the work crew arrived a few minutes early, which considering the distance they had to drive and the traffic they had to go through, was pretty impressive. Chris, Wes and Leo were at work in no time and conducted themselves in a courteous and professional manner. They even took the time to answer any questions I had and clearly explained the process. About an hour before the work was to be finished, it began to rain. These guys kept working through the rain to finish the entire job and clean up! All in all, it was a great experience from start to finish and the garage looks great now! I highly recommend Anglin's. read more

I called this company over the weekend to to get some information as the home my husband and I just purchased has some floor sagging. The answering service was pleasant and the lady advised someone would call me shortly to schedule something. A few hours later, I phoned again and asked about hours (to set expectations in case they didn't return calls on the weekends, which I would completely understand) but the answering service assured me someone would reach out immediately, this was on Saturday. Monday morning I finally get a call back. The gentleman that called me this morning was extremely rude, didn't even give his name. The gentleman stated my needs were "not in the scope of their business" - yet their website clearly states one of their services is "sagging floor". I asked again, so this isn't something your company can handle, he states "oh we can handle it but we'll charge you $4,000 for installing a beam". I'm not sure how this company received 5 stars if this is the behavior their employees routinely exhibit. We had a few needs, this was just the most pressing, but I would not call this company, nor pay them a dime, after the interaction I just had. read more

I have over 10 years in the construction trade. They did a fantastic job. I had Chris and his crew put in 6 piers. My footer was massive and they stuck it out the whole day in a 4 foot crawl space. They were fair in their pricing, I would certainly use them again. read more

I highly recommend Anglin's Foundation & Masonry Repairs. They just installed two supportive piers under our slab due to soil settling, and they repaired the corresponding cracks in the brick masonry. Even within hours after the work was complete, we could hardly tell where they had repaired the masonry. From start to finish, the staff displayed courtesy, professionalism, and a no-nonsense, hard-work ethic. Gus, Chris, Keith, and Mitch were all a pleasure to work with. We are doubly re-assured about their work by the transferable lifetime guarantee their work carries. It is a relief knowing that there is such a reliable company out there able to take care of this most important feature of our home. read more

My law firm represents home owners and businesses in the construction business involved in litigation, therefore I know the best, that is why I chose Anglin's to repair a foundation wall on our own home garage. Reasonable quote, arrived on time, performed the work perfectly and cleaned up after using mortar to repair the existing cracks which no other foundation company includes in their bids. I just had Gus come to my house and let me know what was going on with my foundation. I REALLY appreciated his honesty by not "selling" me something I didn't need. Because of the age of my house he suggested a different course of action - I've been a bit put off by the integrity of people lately...especially when it comes to working on your home. He was helpful in recommending some other folks for other things I needed to have done on my house. I gave them 5 stars (even though I have not had the opportunity to actually work w/them), but I feel that Anglin is a good company with honest people that have integrity and know what they are doing. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking for foundation repair. read more

My wife and I just purchased a fantastic but very old home in Midtown that came with a *very* sloped master bath. Honestly any time you have to do foundation work it is very nerve-racking. I called around town for estimates and met with several of the leading Atlanta companies. Nathan from Anglin's was a class act and really gave me the best impression. Nathan went through my crawlspace and told me exactly what I needed--less piers than their competitors and came with a transferable warranty! The job was pretty big and included two crews. Huge shout-out to Iggy, Chris, Alberto, Martin, Jose, and Jose. They managed to finish this project in ONE day, fixed the deck that was partially removed (to install piers), and patched all of the cracks in my mortar. You really can not tell that they were here, which was exactly the goal. read more
