It's been a year since they promised to come finish the job, got their final payment and disappeared. (Yup, I should not have paid them the last big payment before all complete, lesson learned) My cabinet doors fell off, my hood was held up by one screw, the rest are popped out, unfinished/unadjusted cabinets, cracked tiles, sink lose, shoe mold falling out and cracked, base of cabinet missing, cracked grout, etc. .. I had been patient and understanding but I just can't keep waiting. They stopped answering my call and text, they are awful. I heard from their worker that many customers are waiting for their job to get done but lots are still waiting and neglected. I agree with Daniel, DO NOT let their smiley faces, part owner Shane C. fool you. They are good sales but don't finish work. Good at coming to collect money but gone like a wind! I too want to take them to court. I am feeling angry, stupid and helpless. I spent almost 18K on this crap. If we find enough unhappy customers, I believe the case will be stronger and we can get together to be each other's witnesses. I am willing to help! Just contact me! These people need to have this place shut down and stop hurting all innocent folks like us. Josh B. also did a side job during for me as well and that had issue too and not completely done either...will leave another review on that!!

They are clearly hiring people who don't know what their doing They renovated our bathroom in the spring of 2017, and it took 4 months to complete it. There were multiple times where we had to stop their workers and ask them to send someone new because they were doing things wrong. Example: they tried to put tiles down WITHOUT smoothing the adhesive out. Just one of the many ways they messed up. Fast forward to two years later, and the roof in my formal dining collapsed because they did not properly install my shower. The shower liner and drain system was improperly installed, and it cost me THOUSANDS of dollars to fix. They sent someone to come look at the damage when it first happened, and then ignored all my calls after that. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. TLDR: If you don't hire this company to do your floors, you're missing out on the full potential of…read moreyour place. They're phenomenal, professional and genuinely care about your happiness and your experience. Hire them. Full Review: My experience with Flawless was absolutely spectacular. I recently purchased an industrial loft here in Atlanta that hadn't been treated particularly well over the last 20 years. The owners, rather than do anything with the floors, simply painted over them a multitude of times with various layers and colors of cheap acrylic wall paint. When I closed on the place, there were large patches of the paint on the floor that were peeling up (see pic) and leaving paint flakes all over one's feet, shoes...everything. My place used to be an old linen factory and I knew the concrete beneath the paint probably had some great character. I called Pam from Flawless and she was able to stop by, see my place and send me a quote the same day that I called. The quote by flawless was lower than the quotes I got from competitors and initial conversations with Pam showed me that she actually knew more about the process than the other folks that had stopped by to talk to me about how they would go about getting rid of the paint (side note: If your concrete floor has paint on it, pay Flawless to polish it off. Do NOT use one of the other companies that will pour toxic chemicals all over it to burn it off.). Because I wasn't moved into my place at the time and travel so much for work, finding a few consecutive days to do it was impossible for me, but Flawless accommodated my schedule perfectly, popping over for one day here and another day once I came back from that trip, fitting into MY schedule so that it could get done. The team was incredibly friendly and I genuinely enjoyed having them over and chatting with them in between passes with the machines. Pam, Melvin and the entire Flawless team went above and beyond to not only bring out the AWESOME character of my floors, but made sure to check in on my thoughts along the way and go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was nothing but overjoyed with the outcome, which I absolutely am. I have grand dreams for turning this loft out and making it a showstopper, and a big component of that was the floors, which Flawless executed to a degree I couldn't have possibly even expected. I can't recommend them enough.

We hired them to install vinyl in our basement. On the day of install didn't show because of a…read morebroken down truck. When they did show up, the said that we needed "additional material" that wasn't quoted. We later learned that this material is ALWAYS needed. The work was all done incorrectly, and now our floors look like there are bubbles and chunky material underneath them. The room has tongue and groove dark wood walls and the vinyl flooring was a "wood look." We paid them to replace the shoe molding, and they actually put in WHITE shoe molding with wood walls, baseboards and flooring. They then tried to act like that was acceptable, but were willing to change them. When they did come to change them, they removed the white but didn't bother to clean off all the white caulk. We had to get another contractor to do that. To fix the floors, we will have to completely move all of the furniture out and have them completely redone. For the upstairs of our home, we wanted to get a little shine to our hardwood floors that were in really good shape. After speaking with the salesman, we decided that the best option for us was to do a buff and a coat of polyurethane. We had just had some other construction work done, so the floors needed to be cleaned. I asked if I needed to have the floors cleaned, and he said no since they were gong to buff the floors. When I came to inspect the work after completion, there were large black shoe scuffs, dirt, and even a piece of red ribbon sealed underneath the polyurethane coating. It virtually looked like they had just put a coat of polyurethane on top of the floors without doing any cleaning or prep at al! It looks horrible! At first they tried to say that all of that was underneath the previous coating of polyurethane, but quickly had to back track when I reminded him that the previous work had been done a few years earlier by THEIR company. He then said that this is what you get when you do a buff and coat, and that that is why they really don't like to even do that process. Do you think he said that to me when he was selling the service?. He even explained the red ribbon and said that the buffer swirls things in the air and when they land it gets sealed over? Really? Do you think that he explained that to me BEFORE I had the work done? Plus, I know that the dirt and shoe scuffs would have come up. Now we are in the position to have to have all the floors completely sanded down and refinished, which will not only be expensive, but we will have to completely move all of our furniture out and we will have to move out, as well. All of this after having just moved in a few months ago! In addition to that, floors can only be sanded down so many times, so this will actually take some of the life from the floors needlessly, since they were in good shape to start with. All the floors in our home are ruined at this point. We tried everything to work it out with them...even offering for them to just refund our 50% deposit. . When my husband met with the owner, his only goal was to gouge us for more money, and even went as far as to say that he "had to make money." We have been left with no other alternative than to hire an attorney. This has been, by far, the worst experience we have ever had dealing with any contractor

I was in the process of selling my home when I unexpectedly ended up with three huge holes cut into my basement ceiling (due to some last minute plumbing work requested by the Buyers). On a Friday, with the closing scheduled for Monday morning, Michael and his guys patched the holes and painted them with leftover paint I had. Unfortunately, the paint I gave them was not a good match at all. In addition, the upstairs AC quit working at the same time and it was hot as Hades up there! Although Michael doesn't generally work on weekends, he came out the next day, on a Saturday, and he brought along his HVAC man. The two of them got everything fixed. The ceiling looked like new and the AC was working great by the time the two of them left. I was the last to leave. At the exact moment I was backing down the driveway, the Buyers showed up to do their final walkthrough! (Talk about cutting it close!) Anyway, apparently, they were happy with everything they saw because the closing went off without a hitch the following Monday morning. I plan to use MCO Professionals for future work. I was very pleased with the quality of the jobs that were done; the price was the best of all the estimates I received; and Michael is very personable and easy to work with.
