The falafel is crispy perfection on the outside, soft and herby inside -- absolutely to die for. The hummus is silky, the baba ganoush has that rich smoky depth, and everything tastes incredibly fresh. This spot feels wildly underrated. It's small and casual, not fancy at all, but the food coming out of this kitchen is straight up divine. Service is fast, portions are generous, and they even have a drive-thru if you don't feel like getting out of your car (plus indoor and outdoor seating).
