Stopped by for a lobster roll. I've had them before and enjoyed. I got home with it and found that my lobster roll was not on a roll, instead it was in a piece of bread ! The bread was soggy as well. Angie's has a drive-thru or you can go inside and order on one of the screens. It's pretty small inside with a handful of tables. I ordered a southwest bowl with steak and did half rice half spinach. It was ready after a few minutes. It was decent. The steak is disproportionally more expensive than the chicken bowl though. read more

Seamless ordering online and pickup at the drive thru! The falafel was spicy (to me), just a warning, I've never had spicy falafel before. But it was still tasty in the warm bowl I got (spinach, brown rice - build your own with whatever toppings). Bowl plus fries plus drink was less than $12. We will be back! read more

Okay people in our neighborhood rave about this place. First thing / ordering on a computer - hate it. Studies find all sorts of things left behind by other people that I won't mention here. They do have a drive through to combat this issue but it was my first time and I found it incredibly difficult to navigate their online menu so I needed sometime while I was inside For some reason, it feels dirty in there and it was freezing so I had to go in my car and let the hubs wait for the food. They were fast about it. Like everyone says, it is incredibly affordable. Okay, I ordered a Parmesan Chicken bowl. Just had a friend rave about this. I'm not sure if I got the wrong chicken but didn't taste like parm and it do anything for me taste wise. It was fine. There was sooooo much rice and barely any chicken in there so if I was to ever go back, I'd have to pay for extra chicken. I threw almost the entire thing away as it was all rice. Again, not sure why people rave about this place. Multiple friends have said "I've gotten two meals out of this" Let me say this - I eat like a bird, I cant get through half of a sandwich using one piece of bread. So how someone would get two meals out of this baffles me. My husband had a salad and a cheeseburger - he was curious. Said it was fine. One other thing I really hate - it's when restaurants put packets of dressing or even butter packets on the food. So, in the bowl where my chicken and rice was there were two plastic packets of dressing laying on top. That's just so gross to me. So overall at this point, it gets a 3. For the price I will try it one more time but definitely won't be a go to. read more

The pricing is great! I loved the salad bowl I got. I got build my own warm bowl with chicken, cucumber, red onions, broccoli, bacon strip, corn and tortilla chips. (Tortilla chips were stale). We really wanted to like this place but we won't be going back. The burgers were ok but overly cooked and seasoned. The meat was very overcooked. If you order lettuce, a pickle, a tomato, etc., don't expect anything substantial. My one piece of lettuce was thin and flat, the tomato was the size of a dime and so were the pickle(s). The interior of the location was dirty and our shoes kept sticking to the floor. We were greeted at this location (Buckeye) not by staff but by numerous flies. The location was very small and one must order on a menu screen. Overall our experience wasn't totally horrible but so disappointing I felt compelled to write a one star negative review. I hope Angie's Burgers succeeds but they need to focus and a better product and a cleaner environment. For the amount of money we spend on two burgers, two drinks and two fries, there are better and more reasonable priced locations for fast food. What we paid wasn't worth it. read more

We've tried this location of Angie's 4 times both dine in and drive thru. We want to like it; menu and food are great. We're easygoing, friendly. The teammates were downright harsh. I apologized for being a new customer and for doing something wrong (I don't know what). If you want to be treated like you're a bother, this is the place. Too bad - love to see new spots succeed. Disclaimer: This review is based on the burger and chicken specifically. The only thing that kept this from being 2 stars is the price. The chicken breading was unique but the chicken was extremely dry. The burger was seasoned but it was simply not great. I would choose some fast food burgers over this burger. Just not for me. The fries were very good, as usual. Their main sauce is still excellent too. Love their fried lobster, spicy honey shrimp and bacon breakfast sandwich. The staff were helpful. The new restaurant just opened up down the street from our house less than 10 minutes away for my lunch on Friday January 31st after 1p. I saw they had a burger meal for under $6 to try. The parking lot is small & located next to Chipotle that will be open soon across the street from Fry's . The restaurant is small & you would have to place your order either in drive thru & or computer kiosk. The restaurant was a little hectic & the floors & tables needed cleaning as well. I know it's new so hoping all would get better w/ the inside of the restaurant. I ordered the classic cheeseburger meal to try which comes w/ fries & a drink. The burger is small which I am used to burgers being a little larger in size. Overall my meal was good. My husband and I really enjoyed our meals here! He got a burger meal and I got a Greek rice bowl with falafel. Both of our meals were hot and high quality. The service was fast. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the Arnold Palmer I got was not sweet at all but I think that it's just my preference that it's a little sweeter. The fries held up well too. They were still pretty good by the time I got home which doesn't really happen with takeout. Everything was very quick ordered at the drive-through. They do not accept cash. The employees were nice and it seems to be a very busy restaurant. The drive-thru was packed. This place is fantastic. Been going to the Angie's places since the first Angies Lobster was in the food truck outside the then under-construction building. This location is all about high quality food and low price. I have had the regular burger and the steak burger here and it is always fresh and made with high quality ingredients. The price is unbeatable too. Very few places these days where you can get a full sized meal with fries and drink for under $10. They also have the lobster and prime grill menus here, so there is something for everyone. Service is smooth. Lots of self serve options but that keeps the price low so I'm happy with it. Would not recommend. First time dining here and the place was a mess. I almost slipped walking over to the trash after having to clean my own table. There was trash on the floor, left over food and drinks on the tables and no one seemed to blink an eye. My husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger and we have to say it was pretty good. Tasted a lot like in-n-out. My lobster roll however, I was very disappointed, it came with a lot of meat, but some of it was still cold in spots. My bun was also burnt and the butter it came with was about 1/4 the size of what it needed. I stopped eating it a couple bites in and had to toss it. I wouldn't dine here again. read more

Yummy, cheap, and so many options! I love that you can get anything from burgers, to chicken, to lobster rolls and it's so low cost. I love Angie's so much, but have not tried their burgers or chicken and it did not disappoint! Everything was really delicious, and I enjoyed all of the items I tried. The good is that the meal was inexpensive. The bad is that the grilled chicken breasts were way overcooked. One was char burnt. The burger was also charred a little too much and the bun was burnt. Hopefully this is first week problems. Please train your staff how to grill and toast properly. I will try again in a few weeks but if the same I will not go back. read more

I walked in expecting junky fast food and I came out with a new go-to burger place that's close to home. I'm a burger aficionado. I'm not ashamed of that. My pilot job has allowed me to try burgers all over the United States so I have a pretty good sense of a good burger. I would put Angie's in the "Really Good Fast Food Burger" category. In fact, the burger I had was excellent. I didn't do the standard burger because I think it's pretty normal. I opted for the Southwestern burger and it was fantastic. A thick 1/3 lb slab of prime beef on a fresh and soft bun. The winner here was the cilantro sauce which was unexpectedly awesome. Flavorful and creamy and a perfect addition to the fresh tomato and red onion. They include a 1/4 of a hunk of fresh avocado to boot. And a slice of pepperjack cheese. It was super juicy, flavorful, fresh, messy, and tasty. I'd order it again in a second. Can't vouch for the standard burger. The fries are skinny and just potatoes which I love. No coating and nothing weird. Just traditional American French fries. And a huge portion that is easily sharable. I also like their lemonade to which you can add their flavor packets of peach or pineapple pulp. It's real fruit and adds a great tough and a twist to your drink. They also have bottles of cane syrup and vanilla and even oat milk for your drinks. The whole thing was a good experience. I'd summarize it as one of the best fast-food chain burgers I've had. I'd drive out of my way for the Southwest burger. It's really, really good. read more

It's so sad how awful Angie's has become since they opened. Their burgers got smaller and they give smaller portions now. Obviously, PEOPLE NOTICE. They were good for the first couple months, and then went seriously downhill, due to greed perhaps? To make it worse, I ordered the new snackadillas and they were made with expired, low quality ingredients that made me ill. Also, why is the floor covered in grease and there's tons of flies? The GM Irena argued with me that they were made correctly and refused to refund me. Terrible manager! Your time is up. I've reported them to the health inspector and BBB. It's sad because they WERE good at the beginning. They have a phone number but it's an automated voice and it hangs up on you. I am not a fan of getting sauce and butter in a bag, felt like I was at a cafeteria. I guess there is a reason why the prices are low. I'm not sure why this business has such mixed/low reviews. I live up the street and have eaten many of their seafood items and they have been amazing. Their lobster po'boys and scallop po'boys are my favorite. The cost for these sandwiches are EXTREMELY fair and if you were to order these at a seafood sit down restaurant, you'd pay double if not triple for the amount of meat you actually get. Their customer service is kind and efficient. They have a speedy cashless payment system prior to arriving at the drive thru window that I think is very efficient as well. I have not eaten inside, but looking inside it is clean and decorated nicely. I love coming here when I'm not in the mood for your typical fast food. Such a fun place with a unique concept! Keeping the prices low is amazing with the creative ways they accomplish this. The salads are very fresh and flavorful, the burgers are backyard BBQ style. For the prices, you can't beat the amount and quality. The drive thru is consistently a little slow, so anticipate a wait. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because we've had a few experiences with dirt in our salad and one time a piece of a blue latex glove. The service: The minimal service you get, is good, except I asked for 2 WARM lemon butter lobster rolls, one for my wife and I. Kinda bummed when we both received chilled lobster. Although it was great, I believe I would give the last star had I received what I wanted. The food: The food was great, for "budget" lobster, it was amazing. My daughter (who is a little food snob, and nothing pleases her) said "dad, I really really enjoyed that burger".....she's not even a burger person like that. Newly opened, thought we would stop in and give them try. My first impression is it is very small and they have several signs that say no cash, debit and credit only. There are two computers to order and the employees don't take any orders. The menu is limited, hamburgers and a few fish sandwiches or lobster sandwiches. The ordering was easy though. It is small with just a few tables. The concrete floors looked dingy and it didn't appear very clean. We arrived after 1 pm. And there was only two people ahead of us, and two more came in after us. They just have a pick up window. There were numerous flies inside so we decided to take it to go. We ordered hamburgers, fries, and drinks. We also ordered a lobster sandwich. The lobster was breaded and fried and tasted good, the hamburger and cheese burger were disappointing. The fries were good though. Two mire interesting points, they are hiring and the sign says they pay $18.51 per hour if anyone is looking for a summer job, and the second was a sign that tells the customers to spray down and clean their tables to keep cost down. In fairness, the hamburger, drink and fries was $5.69 so I suppose you are there for the value. The lobster sandwich fries and drink was just shy of $12 read more

First, they try to keep costs low so you place your order on the iPad. When it's ready, they will call your name. They also provide towels and a spray bottle with cleaner so you can wipe your table down after you are done eating. The meal was pretty cheap. I spent about $19 for two cheeseburgers, one hamburger, one side of fries and three drinks. I tried the cheeseburger which was a good basic burger on a regular fluffy bun. The burger also comes with a packet of their burger sauce which to me tasted like Cane's sauce. The fries were like In N' Out fries but a bit more crispy how I love them. They also have self-serve drinks. There are free refills but not on the specialty drinks. This place is good and what makes it more awesome is the price. read more

The fried cod sandwich was very close to burnt. Fried too hard. The lobster roll(warm) has gotten smaller. I use to frequent the spot in Surprise/PeoriaAZ and it was just Angie's Lobster. It was absolutely delicious. I sang there praises to anyone who would listen. The service was very quick. Now the order looks like it's thrown together too quickly and it took longer. Coming from a food service background (family owned Restaurant and catering) I know the business. Trying to maneuver a broad menu is truly a challenge. Well, I don't really know what to say but, I'm really disappointed. We waited about 45 minutes in the drive thru line. I could tell it was super hectic in there, which I can figure for how in high demand they are, but when I was just a couple bites into my burger I noticed that it was raw. It was 8oz? She asked me if I wanted 3oz or 8oz's, I really just wanted single bacon cheeseburger but, I just said 8oz cause why not right? Anyways, I was sadly disappointed, it had great flavor, but it just wasn't cooked. I think maybe the training is not the best or, they just inexperienced cooks in there but, this is definitely an issue. I've never had this happen before, we spent about $30 on our whole meal, waited 45 minutes, and couldn't even eat a majority of my food.
