The large pizza is an ample size: that's the only positive about it. It took 60 minutes to deliver a large combination pizza that set me back twenty and five buckaroos, so the least they might have done would be to cook it. Instead what I got might have been better described as a salad on top of wet dough. I'm a big fan of mushrooms, and the ones they used were rubbery, bad, and obviously not fresh...probably from a can. All in all, I hope I don't get sick from this. read more

I have been a Anges lover since we moved to Whitehall in 1980's! Wether it's lunch or dinner, even cold right out of the fridge the next morning you can't ever go wrong! Trust me when I say Flavor-Gasms and that this is the best [pizza around! Their pizza is so good, just the right combo with the crust, sauce, cheese and great tasting pepperoni. The only reason I am giving one star is because I can not give zero. On October 19 I ordered 6 pizzas at 12:30pm to be delivered at 6:30pm. I even called back at 4:30 to make a slight change and was told that they had already been made. At 6:40 no pizzas. I called and was first told they were on the way, then told they were just going in the oven. At 7:45 still no pizzas. When they did finally arrive, 2 of them were wrong. We were charged $106.00. I have tried to contact the owner to work something out. The last time when I told them who I was, the girl just laughed at me. I would not recommend this place. read more

On the average I order once a week minimum and have for years. The last 6 months have been steadily declining in service. I order online because frankly the people answering phones are rude. Tonight I ordered at 825 with a 30-60 minute ETA. It is now 1012. I call and am told it's gonna be another 15 minutes it was in the oven. When I advised her it had been almost 2 hours. She put me on hold and then blamed it on the online system. I explained this has been happening alot lately and would probably be my last order. She thanked me and promptly hung up on me. What? Several months ago I paid online and was told it didn't go through. Paid cash and still charged my card. 3 calls and no assistance. I let it go. Mistakes happen. I love supporting my local businesses. But... Your service is rapidly declining. And when I just called and was told my lie was in the oven, miraculously it shows up 5 minutes after I hang up. My 20-40 a week apparently is not a factor. I guess my business goes elsewhere. Again. I tried to tell the girl on the phone. She wasn't interested. I emailed with no response. I instant messaged on FB they read but didn't reply and quickly hot the unfriend button on FB. Very sad. read more

Placed an order at 7:20 pm for a medium pizza and some breadsticks with cheese. I wanted to pay with a debit card so I provided the employee my card info over the phone. At 8:40 pm my order had not arrived so I called the store and was told that the employee had written down my card number wrong. Plus, the employee had not taken my phone number down so they could not call me back. I was told that they would be seeing me "very shortly". Forty minutes later...still no pizza, so called and cancelled. First, it seems a little risky these days for companies to be writing down credit card numbers on paper (even if they are incorrect). Second, it seems like the employees should be trained to write down phone numbers so customers can be reached. I've only had this pizza one other time, and I admit that it was good, but this experience definitely turned me off from this company. Maybe your experience will be different. As an end note, my card was charged for the order. Another person posted a comment stating they never received a refund for their order that had issues too. I will update this post in the future (one way or another) based upon whether I am credited back my money. read more

I use to order there 4 times a month with orders from 35 to 65 dollars until tonight. I order the same thing most of the time. They messed up on my last order and instead of replacing it, they offered a 2 dollar discount. What about the 40 dollars I ordered and paid for and it wasn't right. not counting I drove from Obetz to get the food. Won't happen again, I will find a local pizza place that can get the order right and take care of their customers right if they mess it up! Keep your 2 dollars! They baked a rubber band into my pizza and refused to give me my money back! It was disguisting! I was a loyal customer of the Whitehall store. I ordered often because I work down the street. I am horrified at the customer service and the owner's refusal to refund me. I will never give them my business again and that makes me sad because it was my favorite local pizza. read more

The pizza itself is pretty good.. The service / delivery is deplorable. Twice in the last month we've ordered from Ange's for lunch for our small business. Calling in promptly at 11am or a few minutes later. Now for the second time in a row it has taken nearly 2 hours for the pizzas to arrive. We're not talking huge orders either, just 2 to 3 large za's and a couple of salads. In both cases we were told 45 minutes to an hour.... The only reason I give them 2 stars is because the pizza is actually pretty decent, once warmed up... It may have been hot when it left the store, but it was practically room temperature when it arrived. This will be the last time we use Ange's. read more

I had the best pizza and italian sub tonite that I have had in a long time! I have lived in the area for a couple of years and drive by the place on my way to work every day but had not tried it untill this evening. I wish I would have tried them sooner. They have the pepperoni that curl up and are full of flavor...and lots of cheese too! The sub was one of the best I have had in years. The sauce (dressing?) they use was VERY good. I dont know if they make it themselves or not but I have never tasted anything like it. I walked in to place the order (it was a last minute decision for dinner) and they were busy but everyone I saw seemed pleasant and professional. I just found a new favorite pizza spot. The big corporate stores have nothing on them. I WILL be back! :-) read more

I've recently heard of a discount by 50%off if you can give a good yelp review... wow this shop as a whole is ridiculous....who bribes for yelp reviews. Sad.. from the very short rude phone order that could care less if she got my order correct....than the "manager" aka I'd say probley some local girl that's worked there long enough that the only way to keep her is to promote and make her feel important. Overall though she was help full and you could easily see def stressed.Although the guy cutting the pizza and barking demands at the cooks...said i was early and still got a couple minutes. BUB very displeased at the quality of service of all the kids and i should say late teens that operate this location.With everyother word being a cuss or a babe baby bub..start to wonder family pizza parlor or truck stop?Another customer and I are talking outside as were waiting for our food and he's explaining its this terrible everytime...when all the sudden the pizza cutter/cashier walks directly between us and up to a car parked n the lot nextdoor that seriously just pulled in no less than five minutes and he walks to driver window and gave them theyr food....if I would of known they had curb service I would of def requested it.Overall decent food a joke of staff and I'd rather go to get a pizza from gmas or even donatos for the same price 12.95 isn't cheap for that service and late pizza... also I would never recomend to bring a child in there as every other word was cursing..or some kind of sexual refrence.I've had much better experience at high.street location.
