Worst customer service ever. Just trust me, take your business elsewhere. I would never leave this type of review for any business but considering how rude and unstable the owner was who spoke to me. I have no issue exposing their lack of customer service. I asked for a reschedule and they proceeded to yell on the phone. Good luck finding customers who'll accept that type of attitude. 0/10 read more

I almost never get my eyelashes done. But I would definitely do it with Ray again. He is very knowledgeable and very sweetprofesional man. I would highly recommend him! read more

There's a reason why it's called Angel's Touch, because of Ray! I work night shift as an RN and was absolutely exhausted, falling in and out of sleep but Ray was so gentle. His talent is unmatched, I've had several lash lifts but this lash lift was the best I've ever had. I had a vision of how I wanted my lashes and he did it without me even asking. I'm beyond pleased and have found my permanent lash artist. Thank you Ray!! read more

I can definitely see why this place has 5 stars. I found Angels on Yelp and glad I did. I was looking into getting eyelash extensions but wanted to go somewhere good since the first time I got eyelash extensions I wasn't too pleased. There's nothing but good reviews so I gave it a try and made an appointment. As soonest you walk in your warmly greeted and feel comfortable. Connie is so nice and friendly. She walked me through the whole procedure. Told me the do's and don'ts unlike the first time i had them done. The location is great since there's available parking everywhere. The inside of the small salon is cute and clean. I was so relaxed while getting my lashes done. The whole time their playing classical music that's so relaxing; I might've fell asleep lol I was beyond happy with my results. I showed Connie a few pictures of what I wanted and she delivered. She truly is amazing at her job and I will continue to go to her. I love my lashes :) read more

Ray is the kindest, most attentive, and professional esthetician ever. I have gotten a lash lift from him multiple times, and each time he will make sure my lashes done are exactly how I like them and remembers my preferences for the next time. He also gave me a facial today, and it was the most amazing experience ever! He pays so much attention to detail, and you can tell he's very knowledgeable about skin types and the needs of your skin. My skin feels so soft and rejuvenated after the facial, and I feel so relaxed from the treatment as well. I went out without any makeup on for the whole day after the facial as I loved how it looked so much. Highly recommend Ray for your lash and skin treatments! read more

THANK GOD they reopened! I really need to get my lashes done but they were closed due to Covid. Ray is the best, he knows what he is doing, he is funny and super likeable. The session was very relaxing as I took a good 2 hour nap, and the result - let me tell you - is AMAZING My eyes look much bigger and brighter, and although I have thick and long lashes naturally, his work was total a game changer. I woke up today 30 minutes before work, got no makeup on and still look like a bad b.tch, yeah it's that good. read more

It has been a while since I've gotten my lashes done and I was very impressed with Ray's service. This place made me feel comfortable with the relaxing music, blanket over me, and Ray's personality. My first time visiting Ray! He was very attentive and spent the initial consultation thoroughly studying my eye shape and reviewing the do's and don'ts of eyelash extensions. I discovered him using my class pass and will go to him again! I also learned that he does eye brows and deep tissue massages! Oh, let me not forget that he even treated me to some massage to improve flexibility in my shoulder. He will definitely be my one stop shop for lashes, massages, and more. I booked my first facial with Ray today via Classpass and he was amazing. There was a consultation period in the beginning of the session and he really explained everything well and was very knowledgeable about the skin, and even recommended a routine for my skin type. I have an acne prone skin and the facial was relaxing, he tailored the facial according to what my face needs. He did different steps as well including cleansing, masking, treatment and cryotherapy. There was a very short massage at the end (back and neck) which lasted for like a minute but I wish was longer lol. He even gave tea and chocolates after the procedure. Overall, I would recommend Ray for facials, I can't wait to book my next session with him! read more

found this location off of ClassPass going into my appointment I wasn't exactly sure what to expect but Ray answered all my questions made me feel comfortable and let me tell you, I love my lash lift! Ray is a true artist. I didn't realize how amazing Ray's lashes were until I made the HUGE mistake of getting them done somewhere else!!! I had my lashes done with him over a dozen times between 2016-2018 and then didn't bother having them done again-- until a few weeks ago for my wedding. I don't live near Glendale (Ray's old location), so I decided to go to a place in Koreatown instead (Lash Love). I sent the lash artist photos of my lashes done by Ray, and insisted that I wanted VERY NATURAL lashes that people would not know were extensions. When I opened my eyes, I was horrified to see super dense, one length lashes from my inner eye to outer eye. When I got home, my fiancé was (politely) appalled at my ridiculous lashes, so I went back and had several lashes removed, which helped slightly. After a few weeks the lashes started tangling and falling out, something that I never experienced with the extensions done by Ray. Eventually I was fed up with looking like a mess, and looked up Angel's Touch to see if I could find Ray to redo my lashes. Ray is so great and so nice. He was overjoyed to hear from me after all these years, and I went in to his new location in Eagle Rock and walked out finally happy with my very natural looking lashes!! On top of how nice he is and how great his work is, he's $30 cheaper than the spot I tried in K-town. read more

My usual lash lady was out of vacation and This place was close to my job and has good reviews on here to I decided to come in for a fill $80. The lady was super nice and explained her process. She took about an hour to fill them in. They were way too natural for liking. And they fell off pretty quickly. She only does individual and no bundles. And only goes up to a C curl at 15pt. I got a little red bump on my eyelid a few days later. It went away after 3 days. read more

This was my second time with Ray getting a facial and it was seriously 5/5 stars. He made me feel so comfortable and did a great job explaining the steps to me. I also loved my first session and consult with him. I knew what products I should be using for my skin...but not "why" and he gave me all the answers! I'm excited to also check out the other services that are offered there. read more

I have gone to Ray for massage and facial, and he is Excellent!!! He really knows what he is doing, and will provide info for you re: your skin/what to use at home. He didn't push any products on me, and told me I was doing a good job at home, which is nice! I feel like people always want to sell you expensive products after a facial. The massage was really fantastic - he understands anatomy quite well and helped release tension I've been carrying around for awhile. I've already booked another! read more

Went to Ray for a very thorough facial. He was very informative about my specific skin concerns/condition and how best to care for it by updating my current routine. He provided a lot of insight into the science of skin and provided recommendations on products to include. He is not pushy about needing to buy additional services or products, merely providing information. The facial itself was very relaxing and complete - including cleansing, exfoliation via physical and gentle chemical peel, and some other innovative techniques like LED light therapy and cryotherapy. Will be returning for another facial/peel in the near future. read more

I searched around on Yelp for high-rated locations around my job in Glendale that I could get my eyelash extensions done at for the first time. I used the request appointment feature for 3 locations and Angel's Touch was the first to respond. I arrived about 10 minutes early but Connie saw me right away. She asked me the style I was looking for. I described long & thick lashes, on the less subtle side as I usually wear heavy mascara everyday and didn't want to have to but still wanted the look. She thoroughly explained the process, how to maintain and what not to do to prolong them. She also recommended getting a refill between 2-3 weeks after this initial visit. The facility, though small, was very clean and well organized. Connie made me feel relaxed as she went to work. It took about 90 minutes to complete and I was totally relaxed. I think I dosed off a couple of times too. Once she was finished, she showed me in a mirror, reminded me of the upkeep and thanked me for choosing her. I love the look of my lashes as they are exactly what I wanted. read more

Angel's Touch - Lashes by Connie - Eyelash Service Near Me - Glendale, California

Parking: There's a 90 min free lot on California and Orange. If you want to be a lot closer, there's a metered lot right behind where Portos is at. Make your appointment through Yelp or just call them. Came here for a facial, it was the first time I've gotten a facial done. Connie was great! I actually don't know what goes on because she cleaned my face and began using different products on it, but Connie would ask me if it's okay to use certain products before she applied it, like the chemical peel. She finished the facial with a clay mask and some bb cream, the only thing about the mask was, it's really cold when it goes on your face. Prices are really good. read more

My goodness did Ray save me today. I'm preparing for a special trip & wanted to treat myself to some extra beautification, so I thought I'd try eyelash extensions & booked with a stylist in my neighborhood. She was lovely & did a good job but the lashes were more full & longer than I was expecting. I looked like a clown. :( I had known Ray from a prior treatment I had from Connie years ago & so I called him immediately after in a panic. Ray! Can you fix me?!! He answered right away & he remembered me from all those years ago. He was so nice & reassuring on the phone. Even better, he fit me into his schedule the very next day. I showed him some pics of what I was looking for - a more natural look. I want lashes that look like they could actually be your own. They shouldn't draw the much attention. A nice lash job is an accent that enhances one's natural look. Ray understood what I wanted & he not only gently removed the others, but re-applied a new set & did a wonderful job. Delicately applied, light, with flare on the ends. They look like they could be mine. I feel pretty for my trip. Highly recommend Ray & Connie. If you're thinking about trying lashes, make the trip to Glendale. So worth it & their new salon is beautiful. Parking right next door. THANKS RAY! read more

Customer service is superb! Connie is the best, it's my first time doing an eye lash extension but the whole experience is amazing, I had an eyebrow tattoo/microblading too and Connie has the lightest hands ever, I didn't even notice that she's done already. She really mastered her craft. And I got a lot of compliments from my Co worker and friends for both my eyelash and eyebrow. Thank you so much Connie and to Ray too. Highly recommend! read more
