I've been coming here since 2021, and for a while my experience was great. However, starting in 2024, my experiences with Bella noticeably declined. When I communicated my lash preferences, I was met with attitude, which ultimately led me to try a different artist. That's when I found Yennie she was professional, attentive, and consistently delivered beautiful results. Unfortunately, she has since relocated, so I decided to give Bella another chance, hoping things had improved. They hadn't. The service felt rushed and rough, especially during the taping and application process. My eyes burned during the appointment and continued to burn for hours afterward. On top of that, there was minimal attention to client care, as she spent much of the time engaged in conversation with a coworker. After over four years as a client, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. Consistency, professionalism, and client comfort matter and this experience no longer reflects that. read more

I love getting my lashes done by Sherry! My lashes look great every single time, and the quality is always consistent. They last a long time, and the refill prices are very reasonable compared to other places I've been to. Their technique is very thorough and they listen to exactly what you request for. Came here because I needed my lashes done before a trip and my usual lash girl was booked. They def prioritize quantity over quality and rush through clients. I had so many missed lashes and the ones that she did lash were not properly isolated. She had 2-3 of my real lashes to 1 extension. Anyone who knows anything about lashes knows this is a huge NO because each lash has its own life cycle and when one natural lash sheds it will pull its neighbor with it. I can't say whether it's bad technique or pure laziness but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who cares about the heath of their natural lashes. read more

Started going to the Studio City location. It's a little closer than the Glendale location. Everyone is so friendly. There's more parking spaces than Glendale. Both Hannah & Lindsey were my most recent technician, love the work ! I love the way the your styles are saved, they ask if you want anything new. Bright environment, clean & comforting. Really disappointed in this place. I'm a lash technician and I came here because my usual tech was booked. First red flag was that they finished a hybrid set within an hour. (This should take minimum 2 I've been doing it for 5+ years). A lot of my eyelashes were stuck together. This pulls your natural lashes off, I'm trying to unstick them with my own tools but they're pulling off. Maybe it was just my tech, but I don't want to call her out. Just wanted to leave a fair warning because as a lash tech I would never provide this kind of service. read more

Ms kawaii is probably the best lash place! The environment is so peaceful. There's music they offer blankets. I think I have gotten lashes by coco and someone else, but I can say that all the lash techs are very sweet and make sure they understand what service to give you.
