Stop here after trying to find someplace to eat lunch and ended up here. We were seated quickly and they brought out the food really fast. I ordered the Greek salad with no olives, while my mom ordered the soprano sandwich. We split each meal. The salad was pretty average but the sandwich was very good. It was chicken, some veggies, and melted mozzarella on top of bread. My father ordered the brisket plate with Mac and cheese and coleslaw. His meat looked very dry and his aides a little old. This place is so good! It is not even 10 minutes from my house, so very convenient. I always get the "cougar" pizza, which is so good! We always get the cheesy bread for an appetizer too. This was our first visit. We were seated immediately and our waitress took our drink order right away. We ordered Cheesy Bread for our appetizer. It came out pretty quickly. It was served with red sauce on the side. Delicious! My daughter ordered Spaghetti and I ordered a Titan pizza with no bell peppers. My daughter's spaghetti came with a salad and she chose the Italian Salad. It came out shortly after the appetizer. It's a wet salad with lettuce, black olives, tomatoes, red onion, and cheese. It was very tasty. A short time after the salad came out, our main courses were brought out. My daughter loved the spaghetti and ate nearly all of it. My pizza was delicious! The sauce was spot on and flavor combination of all the meats was everything I'd hoped it would be. We splurged and got dessert-Tiramisu Cake. If you like tiramisu, you'd like this cake. We don't eat here much because there's really nothing special about it. I think the pastas are overpriced. Service is usually okay but not great. On our first visit, my husband never got the salad that came with his meal. When we get take out, they always forget the drink that comes with the kids meal. It's just annoying. The first time I got the Maverick it was super spicy but this time it wasn't at all. They have a good variety of specialty pizzas. My husband really likes the Chicken Parmesan. My son always gets the kids Chicken Alfredo (without chicken) but this time the portion was really small, even for a kids meal and of course they forgot the drink. read more

Great little food spot around the corner from my house. I had my husband pick up a large pizza on a Friday night and it was fast and hot. Flavor of the pizza sauce was delicious and the crust as well. My only complaint was that it was a little too greasy/soggy for me. I will return and ask for it to be cooked well done. Great place for lunch !! It's a bbq place but I'm a big fan of their salads.. Their pulled chicken/ pulled pork salads are great. Its well prepared and delicious. They also have some good Italian options such as ravioli which are pretty good. They have a very delicious meat sauce which is used in their pastas etc.. just ask for a sample if you're not sure. Unlike your good ol' marinara this one has some flavor and body to it.. The place is always somewhat packed which is a good sign :) read more

Totally exceeded my expectations. The pizza, which was what most people were eating, was very good. Thin crust, too sloppy to pick up, but delicious. The crust may be the best I ever had. It was hollow and soft. I started with the sauteed spinach, which was a great surprise. Just slightly salty, with lots of garlic and parmesan. Drinks are reasonably priced. Service was fast. Great find! Awesome cheesy bread with tomato gravy for dipping - you could tell it was quality cheese! Wife loved her tossed salad but I didn't care for my Italian salad (it was limp and lacked flavor). My shrimp scampi angel hair last was awesome! First experience at Angelo's for dinner tonight and it was great. Loved the casual, laid-back, family vibe. Super friendly service as soon as we walked in the door. They had a couple of specials for the night: redfish, seafood lasagna and chicken cannelloni. The hubby and his parents all got the seafood lasagna which they said was as good as it looked. I had the cannelloni special and it was pretty good (filling needed a bit more cheese). Will definitely go back to try more. The pizza at the table next to us looked awesome too! read more

Our first time here was for lunch. We both got the special-spaghetti and meatballs. It was angel hair pasta, not spaghetti. The marinara tasted faintly of bbq sauce, I had a slice of mystery meat in addition to the meatballs and the garlic toast was burned. The salad was okay. Atmosphere was horrible. Everyone was crammed into one side of the restaurant and the music was some kind of head-banging heavy metal. If you advertise Italian food, you ought to at least be able to put together a decent dish of spaghetti and meatballs. And for crying out loud play some Sinatra or Tony Bennett! read more

Great local place. Very casual and family friendly, would not recommend as a romantic date night place but definitely fits the bill for a family or casual meal out. They do not have a bar but do allow BYOB and conveniently there is a liquor store right next door. The food ranges from pizza and BBQ, to a wide selection of Italian dishes. And a new addition, nightly specials. Recently the specials included a seafood lasagna and a lightly breaded pan sautéed redfish with a lemon caper sauce and asparagus over angel hair. The redfish special was delicious and would stand up against any similar dish at burger higher end restaurants. Service is usually good and friendly and the menu prices are affordable. read more

It's a small restaurant with great home-made crust specialty pizzas, and basic ones as well, all very good! Reasonably priced, and always have had great service. Our family of 6 adults, (4 men, 2 women) enjoyed 3 different large speciality pizzas, 2 side salads and 1 grilled shrimp entree salad last night for around $100, but that includes a box with leftovers from each pizza the equivalent of the whole third pizza, so in all 9 to 10 delicious meals! They have terrific cakes as well. We've always left happy we went there. They have spaghetti as well as lasagna and we've enjoyed those, but keep going back for the pizza. read more
