My nails suck! I was with the lady in the first row to the left all the way on the end. I think she said her name was Jenny or Henna. First of all it started off bad when she used the drill to take off only 2 coats of ANC on my NATURAL nails. I snatched my hand back twice in pain and told her it was too hot and she was going to close to my nails. I asked her to soak the rest and she was frustrated. You could see my nail bed.. that's not healthy! Then I asked her to cut my nails and that frustrated her. She asked me why? Cause I said so... sheeesh! Then the filing was horrific. I asked her politely to straighten out the nails, showing her that it was dramtically off and this is when she blew a gasket and said maybe I should find a new place to get my nails done ... WOW. She is rude and disrespectful!! She was not one to be corrected. The customer could never ask for what she wanted. I was not loud. Did not make a scene because I was in my work attire. I washed my hands, asked for cuticle oil for these crooked nails and lotion and the rude woman said NO. I almost died. These are not acceptable coffin shaped ANC nails. Not worth $45. Look at how far the ANC is from the cuticle. The ugliest nails ever!! Please don't waste your money or time here!!

Lee does an impeccable job. Highly recommend. Make sure to schedule appointments with her weeks ahead because she gets booked really fast.

Sandy is great, it took us a little time to get into a rhythym because my nails are super sensitive so I can't have the ANC (get dip) taken off my nails in the usual way, but she listened and now gives me exactly what i need. Calling to make an appointment can be a little disconcerting because they don't take your name or phone number, however, I have never had an issue with my appointment being forgotten or mixed up. Big parking lot that gets plowed well in winter, so parking is always easy. I was most impressed, however, when I tore my ACL and suddenly found myself on crutches as well as blood thinners yet needed to get my nails done for an event...Sandy was so good about making sure that I didn't slip or fall with my injury. She took extra care of me for weeks to ensure I could move safely from the pedicure chair to the nail station, and even made adjustments to ensure that no accidental nicks happened, due to my heightened blood clot risk. I felt cared for, understood and seen, and I couldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend this nail salon.

As my hand would sit in the bowl, they had it covered with a dry washcloth. The manicurist were alternate between soaking up and scraping off the polish. As my hand sat in the bowl, the washcloth ended up getting soaked and they just covered my hand again and again with the wet washcloth. I told the technician ahead of time that my nails were very thin and she nodded as if she understood. As she removed the polish, she wore through a couple of my nails, where one tore at my fingertip. Course files were used the entire time, and the area around my nails, ended up being raw. There was no consistency in shaping the nails, I actually left worse off than when I came in. Polish was applied on thinly and unevenly, and required lots of cleanup along the way. Even with the cleanup, I still left with polish around my nails. There was one UV light on the shallow and cramped station, and as one hand would cure should be polishing the second hand on top of the UV light. The manicure seemed to take a long time and I could feel the tension in my back from the way I was sitting. The seat sloped downward and you had to adjust yourself to be sitting straight, coupled with my armed constantly being raised due to the height of the UV light. I left here knowing I had to fix the shape and remove the excess polish once I got home. Avoid this place.

I was able to walk in for the gel polish change, but I wish I had walked out before starting the service. After sitting down, I quickly realized that the cleanliness of this salon was not great. There was polish/nail "dust" everywhere, the tools being used were obviously worn, and the nail tech would rest the tools on her phone screen between uses. At one point, she used the brush with polish remover to clean old polish stains off the table, then used the same brush on my nail immediately after. The nail tech was very nice, but she seemed to not understand what shape I was asking for or my responses to any of her questions. Although the staff was friendly and the price was reasonable, I would not return. The final outcome left much to be desired with uneven and streaky application and the incorrect shape. I'm disappointed that I'll likely need to go home and have this set re-done.

I recently moved to the area and went to Nail 7 to get gel powder (ANC). The nail tech here started using the electric nail filer (nail drill) on my nails to get the polish off, but I explained that my nails are super sensitive to the heat that comes off those machines, so I prefer to have my nails wrapped in tin foil and nail polish remover to get the polish off. She said that the electric filer, was the only way to get the polish off, that there was no other way to do it, to which I explained, "I undersand it's your preference to use the nail drill because it's faster, but it's not the only way. I've had my nails done with gel powder for nearly 5 years and you can wrap my nails in polish remover." She argued with me again and said there was no other way to do it. I decided to let her use the drill since I was already there and needed my nails done for an upcoming event and within minutes, was pulling my hand away in reaction to the heat--I explained again that I wished my nails weren't so sensitive to the heat, but that they are. She then spoke with her coworkers in a different language, and she insisted again that there was no other way, and I repeated myself that there was another option and didn't understand why they wouldn't just wrap my nails in polish remover. Stubborn and argumentative, I ended up leaving with a half done set of nails. Seems this salon doesn't understand the concept of supporting the customer's needs. I won't be back.
