I been coming here for years but back then they actually cared more about doing eyebrows now I feel like they just splat the wax on and wax it they don't brush the eyebrows out or analze the shape they do what they want and say " I just did a clean up " when in reality both the start of my eyebrows aren't shaped the same ones squared and ones round , don't get me started on lashes they don't clean them I've been to another spot where they clean the lashes before putting new ones on but nope not Angela's they put new lashes on the old crusty ones and they rush 45 mins for a refill on lashes ? I've been to a spot where they take their time and make sure both eyes match I feel as if both my eyelashes barley match . I always came back because I give them chances because I came here since I was 12 I'm 27 now they need the old crew back like Maggie and when I asked for a refund on my eyebrows because once again they're messed up she was rude and told me I always do this ? I was due for an infill for my lashes and read a lot of good reviews about this place so I decided to give it a try. Their infill prices is very reasonable. I'd made an appointment for a Friday afternoon before the holidays and didn't have to wait long upon my arrival for my appointment. I was called within 5 minutes. Considering it was very busy. A lot of people had come in for lashes that day. The process was quick to my surprised. My eyes didn't burn after it was done or even needed fanning. My lashes came out pretty except that I noticed there were a few strand of lashes that needed to be filled and I wasn't in the mood to call them back and have it get fixed. Maybe I'll return again and have either the two originals work on my lashes because it was neither Anna or Sarah who did my lashes but I'm still debating about going back or not. read more

Do not go here for eyelash extensions. I don't care how tight money is. This place seriously ruined my eyelashes. It definitely isn't sanitary. The women are nice but leave eyelash extensions to real technicians. Being a broke college student I was like "what's there to lose?" Well.. all of my eyelashes in about two weeks worth of time. You get exactly what you pay for. They use cluster lashes (big no no) and glue that hardcore stings. Their other services might be okay but.. do not go here for eyelash extensions! read more

I have never felt so annoyed with service I received this afternoon! I had a 12 noon appointment for an eyelash fill and when asked who had the appointment (at 12:20) I informed them it was me and that I was also on my lunch hour. The woman, (possibly owner) totally shunned me when she heard my appointment was with another person and looked away from me. I don't care who you are............You are not the doctors office and I am there for a service! This isn't the first time I wasn't considered for an appointment on time, it isn't my problem and your customer service is deplorable! You should be ashamed of yourself! I've been coming here for more than 10 years. They are the nicest people. They do an amazing job with everything! The services I use here are: eyelash extensions, mani and pedi, eyebrow tinting, hair cut and hair color. Anna and Sarah always make sure I leave there looking great. If I'm ever unhappy (which I'm not) they will fix it happily. My lashes are always great, and last for weeks. We bring my 100 year old grandma in for pedicures. They give her a hot stone massage on her legs and feet complimentary. They really care about their clients. I recommend this salon to everyone. read more

had a horrible experienc getting my lashes done by Maggie. She doesn't know the proper way to prep a client for a lash service. the tape to protect my bottom lashes went over my left eye lid let's not to forget to mention the prepped 1 eye at a time and I kept telling her my eye was burning give me the fan, didn't get the fan until asked 3x and raised my voice the 3rd time! the owner was 2 chairs away and tried telling me they can prep one eye at a time as if she prepped the correct way! I dried my eye and had a whole string of glue and residue from glue. COULDNT EVEN GET A SORRY! I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THEM! THEY ARE NOT SANITARY AND DONT KNOW THE PROPER STEPS FOR A LASH SERVICE! This review is for the lash extension service and eyebrow waxing. LOVE IT. Had my lashes done for vegas, they were so pretty I didnt need to apply make up to enhance my small almost eyes! They lasted for 4 weeks without touch up! Could have lasted more but I kept pulling on them. It was only 60$! most places will charge you over 100$. The ladies here are so nice! The extensions did not bother my eyes at all. My eyebrows were perfect. I asked her not to make it too thin and I love it. Will definitely come back when Im around the area. read more

This salon is so unique You can get a $10 hair cut by Wan, Anna, or Loudis they are amazing! Plus you can get your nails done, a bikini wax, an eyebrow and mustache wax, or even a hair color! They do hair extensions, Loudis is really good a blow drying ethnic hair and coloring. I highly recommend them and hope that more people put their comment on here! read more

This place is great!!! I just (about 2 hours ago) got my first bikini wax and armpit wax. I was really nervous, but Holly (my super friendly waxer) made casual conversation. That calmed my nerves a bit to get to know my waxer at a personable level. The initial 4 strips were painful, but after awhile you get used to it. So there I was laying nearly naked conversing with Holly about my love life and family as she waxed off my pubic hairs. It was therapeutic. I definitely wouldn't mind coming back! $35 for the Brazilian and $10 for the pitts. Super cheap! I live in Boston, but I usually visit Lowell every-so-often to see family. I do not recommend the lash extensions. The root of the lash extension is very poky and it irritates my eyes. They got very swollen because of the irritation. On top of that when the lashes fall out, it pulls my natural lashes with it. I've attached a picture showing you how bad it is. More than 10 lashes have been pulled out from just three pieces of extensions and it left me a bold spot on my lash line. I am very unhappy and worried because I'm not sure if the damage is permanent. It is also extremely uncomfortable to have those because the roots are very pointy and it keeps poking your lid. The glue is super tho. The lashes stay on strong even after a week. I was very uncomfortable and tried to use all kinds of oil to remove them but they still stay extremely strong. I am not saying this to hurt their business because the lady who did my lashes was very nice. However, I really don't want anyone to lose their naturally beautiful lashes like I did. read more

Horrible l experience, I got dip nails and they lift off from my nails in 5 days! One they use old and nasty cuticle pusher and towels that probably been used by other people so it's not sanitary at all, two they lady who cut my cuticles made it bleed, and three the dip nail is supposed to last three weeks and it didn't even last a week. While I was there, I had noticed that they do eyelash extensions and decided to try it for the 1st time for my birthday. In my research, eyelash extensions range absurd prices of $150+...this salon does it for $80! The end product was fantastic! They looked natural and didn't fall out. I went later in the week to get them refilled and it was only $10. I also did my eyebrows there and left looking fabulous. I HATE places that over pluck them and then you look cholofied...NOT A GOOD LOOK LADIES...she left them just how they should. ($80 for full set) She has been located there for 11 yrs and knows her stuff. She also explains in detail how to take good care of them to get long lasting wear out of them. So, today I decided I wanted to go get a brazilian wax. I looked high and low for different places to go get it done near Lowell, and Angela's is as close as it gets, on top of the fact it was affordable. Not wanting to go too much into detail, I'm just gonna say, I'm happy w/ my first brazilian wax. The woman who had me was very nice, and a fast worker. Not afraid of the undergrowth, very professional. The wax was nice, and warm. I wasn't uncomfortable. But, I definitely was very nervous, and the wax was pretty painful, haha. I have a low threshold for pain, but it wasn't anything I couldn't handle. The end result was worth it. I feel nice and smooth, she got pretty much 99.9% of it, I probably have one or two hairs left. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with what I received, and will definitely go there again for my future brazilian waxes. Will probably get my eyebrows/upper lip done too! This is my favorite place in Merrimack valley to get my nails done. They do shellac and gel right here, sealing in the polish so it will take like 4 weeks to chip. They also have really great pedicures. I also have had some coworkers come here for their eyelash extensions and love it. I think I'm going to try those next here. I wanted to love this place but my experience has been horrific. I got lash extensions done here and immediately my eyes were so red and bloodshot. I thought it would clear up and days passed still swollen, red and bloodshot. I had to start using coconut oil to try to get them to come off. It didn't work well. I feel like the combination of the tape that they use and the glue that they use can cause a ton of irritation. I think some of the glue got in my eye as well. The glue that they use is really harsh. I wish someone would have told me before I spent $80 and hurt my eyes so bad. My recommendation is don't get lash extensions at all. read more

Iv gotten my eyelash extensions done here about 3 times and Iv been disappointed each time. Of course Id wait to wash then 24hrs after application but no matter what I tried, they'd all be gone in the next 2 days. My lashes now aren't even 2 weeks old and they're almost all gone. I am in pain and I am supposed to have an event this weekend, but all around my mouth looks awful. It was so unprofessional for the salon tech to wax the areas twice, you are never supposed to do that to someone's skin! I am never going back there! waited about a half hour for a manicure, wanted a dip but they had like 5 colors to choose from so i decided to get gel. the mani was ok but she didn't clean my cuticles or do any massage or lotion. also in the middle of my mani she stopped to service another client and did an entire eye brow wax while i just sat there and waited, so rude! and this place is NOT CLEAN. i watched another girl doing a pedi and her idea of cleaning the skin off her cuticle nippers was dipping it in the dirty water the client was soaking her feet in!! i would never go back!! read more

Super nice ladies that work there, However I have been getting lashes for years. When I decided to go here instead of spa n Joli for a $60-80 fill I made a HUGE mistake. My lashes we're ruined. The amount of glue on my lashes ruined my natural lashes and come to find out the lashes were not even single lashes they were trios put in at a time. I Now go in Andover for my fill.
