They might cost a bit more than another salon, but I'm happy to pay that because my gel manicures have always lasted weeks. The gel removal process is gentle on my nails, they check in to make sure you're happy during the process, and they have helpful suggestions on colors or styles if you're stuck. The second visit was 2 weeks ago for a gel manicure; the technician was attentive and the gel manicure exceptional. I made an appointment online for a 5:30 today to redo the gel manicure, not because the manicure was not holding up but because my nails had grown out. I entered at 5:25, a large woman beginning a pedicure asked if she could help me, I told her I had a 5:30 appointment. She "barked" at me demanding "what did I want"? I said a gel manicure and approached the front desk. The woman at the front desk confirmed my appointment, no more no less. No sorry we are running late, there is going to be a wait... This woman then assisted another customer who also wanted a gel manicure. So, there is one grumpy woman doing a pedicure, a second woman starting a gel manicure and a man who appeared to be in the starting process of a gel manicure. I waited 15 minutes then walked out, wondering why I had bothered to book an appointment. I did have a chuckle while sitting there when the man took a telephone call from a customer and suggested the customer could get an appointment this evening! Apparently you can get an appointment but no service. Terrible customer service, which explains why the salon is never as busy as other salons in town. I will never return and do not recommend.
