The Shop is Under New Management! The previous owner was Kim. I recently came back to visit due to a cousin's wedding. Since I am in the bridal party and all, I was very limited on time. I called the shop and spoke with Tina; the new shop manager, she helped arrange a time slot where she can fit me in as soon as I arrived in town and before the wedding rehearsal which worked out great for me! The shop looked very clean and they do use the sanitary UV machines to disinfect all the tools which is a plus. The shop is in the works of an upgrade from brand new pedicure chairs to the freshly painted walls. When it came to the artistry of nail shaping, cuticle cleaning, & French painting, I am a high critic. She ace'd it in the hole! My nails came out looking fabulous and I've gotten lots of compliments at the wedding. Thank you so much Tina for the French mani/pedi! I'll be sure to hit her up the next time I do go back in state to visit my relatives. read more

They're quick and friendly. But maybe a little TOO quick. I told them I had an appointment at 7 and wanted a mani pedi with a girlfriend of mine. They did my toes and nails at the same time- weird. We both got swindled into the gel set. I've never tried shellac before- mainly because I'm a creature of habit. They promised it would last weeks and that I would love love love it. three days after, two of my nails chipped! within 5 days, all the tips of my nails were chipped. Not worth the money! If you're looking for a quick in and out with a ton of smiles, this is the place to come. But stick to what you know and love- I don't recommend the gel! read more

I use to love going here with my daughter. Always friendly and they did a great job. Well...not so much anymore. Since changing ownership it has gone down hill drastically. I absolutely hate my nails this time around . After telling her I didn't want them short or cut down what does she do , files them right on down . Oh! ok sure ... no,not ok.then I said the polish was lumpy and two toned. She said "yeah but it looks good" umm no that's not the color I chose . I mean I'm not too picky to be honest there nails but if you are going to charge me $100 for this then I should get what I ask for right .. I think so anyway . It wasn't just those things either my daughter nails were messed up as well and they were very friendly to be honest . There's a great little place around the corner for anyone looking in the neighborhood. Sun Nails :) definitely won't be going here again read more

I had a French mani w/Vicky. I would recommend a reg polish mani, but NOT a French because my polish came out extremely far from perfect! Affordable & friendly, otherwise. I returned a couple hours later and another woman re-did my french manicure and it came out just fine. I was pleased with my second/final results. read more

I've been going here since my niece's wedding back in 2011. I've always gotten a French gel manicure from Kim. She is awesome, my manicure lasts at least 3 weeks and up to 4 weeks! I get many compliments as well. Kim has many loyal Customers that have been coming to her for years. read more

I would probably give this place 3 - 3.5 stars but they are one of the only places in the area open on Sunday so they get 4 for for that. I've only been on sunday so I'll preface with that. They are usually pretty available if you call. But, do have a tendency to squeeze people in (and sometimes interrupt manicures or pedicures for a walk in eyebrow wax). They do a good job for the price and the place seems clean. I might not go here if I had many other options to choose but when its Sunday and my nails are a mess I will gladly go here to get them cleaned up! read more

Went in for an eyebrow wax and got the owner Thida. She was so nice and did a great job on my eyebrows! My eyebrows are difficult at times so I was impressed! The wax was a perfect temp. and the environment was clean and updated! read more

Walked in for a pedi today. They had a sign that said mani and pedi for $40 so got both. Love the results, just regular polish nothing fancy. There were many people coming in the door that are regulars and were greeted by name. They were just as friendly to me as they were to them. Will definitely go back! read more

Went here yesterday since I was in the area but will never go back. My cuticles were bleeding after the lady cut them to the extreme.i told her to just file my nails and to keep the length; she filed them done to nothing. Less than 24 hours and the polish is chipping. Worst mani ever. read more

Went there to have my nails done and they suggested the gel and said I would "love" my nails, so I got the gels. The business owner did my nails. She was rushed because it was later in the day. However if you do not want to take more people in do not do it unless you will treat them well, you are not doing anyone a favor, this is a business. She didn't cut my cuticles at all, so the nails ended up looking short and weird all together. I left that day completely unsatisfied and after taking a shower and lightly pushing back my cuticles as I always do, they ended up looking like two week old nails!! The gels also had massive bubbles. I returned the next day to have them fixed which she did but kept making excuses and did it with an attitude claiming it was my fault and that I should have asked for a mani (mind you my cuticles where awful!).I returned with a friend two weeks later, giving her the benefit of the doubt, and she kept trying to tuck her out of having a mani so she could do the full set quicker!! What the heck?! Then when she asked her if the nails were alright and my fiend said they were not straight, she was offended and claimed the nails looked straight to her and proceeded to hand her over a nail file and said " you fix it". Very unprofessional. Not going back there again. I do not recommend it, mediocre Work and too expensive for it! read more

After trying two nail salons before Ten Perfect Nails and them being full. My friends and I walked into Ten Perfect Nails. I can honestly say the only thing good about this experience was the free Diet Coke at the door. We all needed fills. I DID NOT get what i paid for. If your a nail tech you should be able to do nail designs. I presented them with a design and what i got looked nothing like the picture. They look like messy blobs. THESE PEOPLE CANT DO DESIGNS. She filed my nails so unevenly as well. I normally get perfectly square nails. There was nothing perfect about these 10 nails. My sister's tech had to be walked through her fill which left her with a shitty manicure that i could have done better myself. And to top it all off there was a older gentleman screaming at the nail techs while there were customers in the room! How unprofessional. I was so disappointed with this experience and certainly will never be going back again. read more
