I have been coming here for over five years and have rarely been disappointed. I have received a…read moretraditional manicure, acrylic manicures, and, most recently, gel manicures, and I've almost always been thrilled. I don't have a specific beautician and have received great service every visit. (There have been a few times where the manicure was done quickly and didn't last as long, but those times were rare.) I can almost always get in without an appointment, which is great as I never know when I'll be able to steal away an hour for some pampering. I wouldn't recommend trying for a walk-in on a for Friday or a Saturday though. They are also accommodating, as my mother is disabled and they are patient with us as we get her up and into a chair for her pedicure. And when my daughter was younger, they would always add free art to her nails. The prices are extremely reasonable, the place is clean, and the staff is friendly. It makes me sad to read that the staff is "rude," as I have never had that experience. I will keep coming back.

I delt with it and waited almost an hour and a half to be then seen. During that hour and a half, one of the lady's tried convincing me to get something from hay I did not want because it was easier for them. I kindly denied and moved on to a different lady doing my nails. She very clearly did not know what she was doing.. my nails are all different. some too thin, some way too thick. none of them are straight either, all crooked... the acrylic was also not up to my cuticle, nor was it the right shape of my cuticle. gel nail polish was not applied evenly and there are many spots that weren't painted. Lots of acrylic also left on the bottom half of my nail.they were medium length and should have been easy for an average nail salon. My friend that had came with me got an acrylic set done was supposed to be $55 even she paid with a $100 bill. The lady that did her nails came over and took her money and then said I'll give you back $35... We never said to take a tip, but she took one for herself. When we were leaving, she had already left and we were not able to get her money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

She said they were busy and could do 4pm. When I arrived at 4 there was a couple getting a pedicures but only two nail techs. The place is apart of a house so it's not very "upscale". I asked if I could get a pedicure and they asked if I could wait 30 mins. I also asked about dip powder, I don't know the brand they use but it just wasn't one I wanted to use nor did it look familiar. I unfortunately walked around the mall too long with my flip flops and broke skin on the top of my foot which I read do not soak your feet or get pedicures with any wounds with the risk of getting infection so I just decided not to get any service done here. I don't know what the prices were for these services, but because of the constant push back and short staff and environment I don't try to go back here. There is a small size parking lot for the business.

The Shop is Under New Management! The previous owner was Kim…read more I recently came back to visit due to a cousin's wedding. Since I am in the bridal party and all, I was very limited on time. I called the shop and spoke with Tina; the new shop manager, she helped arrange a time slot where she can fit me in as soon as I arrived in town and before the wedding rehearsal which worked out great for me! The shop looked very clean and they do use the sanitary UV machines to disinfect all the tools which is a plus. The shop is in the works of an upgrade from brand new pedicure chairs to the freshly painted walls. When it came to the artistry of nail shaping, cuticle cleaning, & French painting, I am a high critic. She ace'd it in the hole! My nails came out looking fabulous and I've gotten lots of compliments at the wedding. Thank you so much Tina for the French mani/pedi! I'll be sure to hit her up the next time I do go back in state to visit my relatives.
