They went out of their way to paint a mistletoe design that they had never done before, when they just as easily could have said "no, we don't do that". I thought that was super sweet. All of their polishes are OPI which shows they want the best for their customers. Much appreciated! I would come back when I'm in Winchester again :) *Only complaint* When we came for pedicures, it just so happened that their hot water stopped working during the time we were there :/ So yes, it was a spa pedicure with cold water. Although, they did try to microwave water to pour in, but it was still pretty cold.

She didn't properly take care of my cuticles, and my extensions are peeling and it's only been a day. She never even put lotion on my hands at the end because another customer came in and she needed to move over to them. Worst part was that she took the files, cuticle trimmer, and other materials she used on me directly to the next customer (I saw it because she started to work on her in the seat next to me) which was pretty gross.

We have all used different nail technicians and can honestly say we have never been disappointed! The salon is clean and airy, providing a welcoming atmosphere. I've enjoyed various services, including powder dip manicures, pedicures, and eyebrow waxes, all have been amazing. Linna, my go-to nail technician, is incredibly talented and attentive. What sets Aura apart are the thoughtful extras included, like the hot neck and shoulder massage, sugar scrub hand wash, and soothing paraffin hand treatment. The owners are always present and friendly. If you're looking for a new salon, I highly recommend Aura Nail Spa. You won't be disappointed!

One of the best parts of my visits is having time with my sister. This is her spot where she gets her nails done on the regular. She was a nurse and keeps her nails natural and at a reasonable length. I say this because I also have natural nails and I RARELY allow a manicure at a nail salon because I have discovered time and again that it is a waste of money as they barely do a thing so a few days after I look like I never went to begin with. It was amazing how they treated my natural nails as great as places do for the fake nails because i have only encountered that here. During this visit I was a total tragedy and was apologizing for the horrific state of my feet. They were amazing and my feet loo human again thanks to them. Due to tissue issues I can get a horrible amount of dry skin and they took that all away. Also, I appreciate how clean they are at all the stages so that space is very tidy. And my nails looked perfect for two weeks and the only reason they were looking old is that my nails had so much growth.

I had picked a different color first, but after I saw how it looked on my nails, I didn't like it so I asked if they could remove it from the first few nails and change to a different color. They agreed and immediately brought me the color palette to chose another color. This is the end result and I couldn't be happier.
