I was originally going to a nail place in NH however I became the unhappy with their services, so I was on the search for a new nail tech. My friend from NY had recommended me, she had got her nails done there during a visit to Lawrence, MA and she loved her results. I did have to wait a bit since I didn't make an appointment which is expected in any nail place. Also my liquid gel service was performed by the female owner. Even my time waiting was pleasant, everyone working was very pleasant. The male owner did a great job at making everyone feel comfortable. I recommend anyone looking for a social kind nail tech with a positive working atmosphere to come here. Also the prices are great!! They also offer the colored nails along with amazing nail designs

Bottom line, no client should ever be surprised by the price, they should know before the service starts how much it will be. We paid $65 for this full set when it was quoted at $47, "plus a little more for length".

What I really love about this place is the good nature of these two ladies every time I go they ask me about my week and my family they always greet me with a smile. PK and Moi are young beautiful talented ladies and I can definitely see them treating every customer with good service! At least 2 hours later, I received a different confirmation for 15 minutes later than the appointment I made. I told them & they blamed me! I asked about regular polish & was shown 1 booklet of colors, they had lots of books. During the pedicure, I was asked several times if I wanted my fingernails trimmed. I finally agreed. That was a big mistake, more than 1/2 of my nails were cut very short & left jagged & caught on clothing, so I spent the few days trying to smooth out my nails. The pedicure was mediocre at best, if it wasn't the worst, it was fairly close to the worst I've ever had. My little toe nails were left sharp & jagged, one almost ripped off when I was putting pajamas on. I felt my pedicure was rushed, even though they had workers doing nothing.

I gave her multiple chances because her work is fast and lasts, but there's been a clear pattern of disrespect when it comes to honoring this request. At first it was just eye rolls or sighs, but at my most recent visit on 8/23/25 (12:15-1:40pm), she went too far. When I asked for shorter nails again, Lava told me "I slap you" while motioning her hand like a slap towards me -- with another employee standing nearby observing the service. They both laughed, but I did not. I defended myself and reminded her this is a paid service, not free, and I should not be made to feel like asking for shorter nails is a problem. She then tried to change the subject by pointing out her haircut, which she had requested short at the salon she went to. I explained this was exactly my point: as clients, we pay for what we want, and our preferences should be respected. Her response was simply, "I like long nails, I tell my customers long, long, long." The nail work may last, but professionalism and respect are just as important. It's unfortunate, because she is skilled and the nails did last a month on me -- but the lack of professionalism outweighs the quality. For that reason, I won't be returning.
