They will bait and switch you, telling you one price and then surprising you with a higher price when you cash out. Bottom line, no client should ever be surprised by the price, they should know before the service starts how much it will be. And when I spoke to them and told them we would not be back, they said "that's ok, people leave mad here all the time and they keep coming back". SUPER unprofessional. Buyer beware. I honestly love queen nails. I do my nails my toes my lashes and eyebrows. Every time I go PK does my nails and Moi does my toes. What I really love about this place is the good nature of these two ladies every time I go they ask me about my week and my family they always greet me with a smile. PK and Moi are young beautiful talented ladies and I can definitely see them treating every customer with good service! For example today I didn't know which brown to do on my nails not only did Pk TAKE HER TIME WITH ME. She even suggested this cute design which completely blew my mind how accountable she feels for my happiness! I recommend this place 20 out of 10 and I recommend these ladies 100 out of 10! Stopped here for the first time while in vacation and really liked it. I had gone to two other places but they had no spots for walk ins. I by chance passed this place and decided to stop in. Customer service is not the best, some Of the workers are always on the phone they pay more attention to there phones. My nails came out horrible and a few people that was there as well. And I got charge 93 dollars for a full set and pedi no design just a simple color. The lady that did my full set is rude and needs to focus on the customer and greeting customer kindly. read more

trigger warning: BLOOD & INFECTION. uncleanly, unprofessional, terrifying experience. The nail tech ripped my natural nail off, causing me to bleed all over her table. she put acetone on my open wound and it burned so bad i don't wish this pain upon my worst enemy. she did not give me an opportunity to clean my nail at the sink with soap and water. she continued to use tools on my open cut that did not look clean and are used on everyone! she put glue over my cut and continued to apply an acrylic extension and acrylic!!! i was genuinely stunned. i don't hVe much experience getting my nails done. when i got home i realized that i could have an infection and not know bc the open wound is trapped under acrylic. I went in the next day and asked them to remove it and asked for a partial refund considering i just paid $60 for a french tip fill and i now have a broken bloody nail caused by the nail tech. they refused to even refund me partially. i would've considered going back to see pk but unfortunately i cannot give this place anymore of my money considering i got no refund for them literally causing me an injury, nail infection, and i paid for a full set and only have 9 nails done. this could've been avoided entirely if she had just soaked the nail in acetone to gently remove the acrylic, she DID NOT do that. she knew i had a small tear in my nail and she PULLED it off with tweezers causing the tear to rip entirely. she trapped dried blood underneath acrylic. i've never been more traumatized in my life. it hurts to even touch my finger. they also don't even have debit/ credit card readers. very illegitimate and sketchy . never going back. read more

shocked that I have to sit in a cold salon in the start of chilly December.... I came with a friend and am offered a spot to sit in the pedicure chair after 40 minutes. Then for another 25 I sit in the chair without help. Terrible service and honestly nobody was friendly or seemed concerned. I called ahead of time to get a pedicure done. I had to wait with my feet in the pedi bowl for 15 min before someone came over to start my service. The lady was attending someone else while I was waiting she could've let me know I had to wait ... so the water got cold when she started my service . Then I noticed she is using a used nail file and buffer on my feet.. which is gross your supposed to use a new file / buffer and clean tools for each client. When it came down to painting my nails she doesn't use a base coat.. she says that brand doesn't have a base coat.. that doesn't make sense lol i asked her if there's opi in white she said yes in the beginning of the service now she doesn't have opi in white for regular polish only gel. Which she was pushy about me getting gel after I told her about 5 times I don't like gel on my toes. It's not about the money it's just my preference. So she just paints my nails white with no base coat... she said they don't have base coat. How can a salon not have a base coat? So then she paints them white two coats it's not dark enough she painted my big toe with top coat already and asked me if I wanted it darker I said yes because it's too light it didn't look good. She told me go dry your toes and come back to paint over it.. that doesn't make sense your not supposed to paint a color on top of a top coat. Just do it over. I told her this and she just made excuses and said I was rushing her lol . I only told her I had to go can you fix the big toe just remove it and repaint it takes 5 min of your time. And gave me attitude ... she only redid one big toe. And the other she painting white on top of the top coat and then top coat again... now it looks smudgy I will never go to this salon again. Waist of $30 . This is called pure laziness. Not too mention she placed the dirty tools she used on me in the pedi bowl after she was done with them while my clean feet were inside the water. I went in on Saturday before the storm happen. I had gone here over 7 years ago and decided to try them again. I went in and explained what I wanted and my concerns. Right after I left and for the next 4 days, I have been in pain. Both of my big toes were infected from them trying to remove my ingrown and my thumb was infected as well. I called them right away and the following day and left multiples messages. I wanted to either fix my issue or receive a refund. I have not heard back and there is no website or email to forward a complain. I know for a fact they are NOT disinfecting their equipment because she just covered it up and went on to the next client. If I do not get in connect with them or receive my refund, I will contact the board of health and file a formal complaint. I have not been able to wear shoes for the past 5 days. This is my favorite place to go to, I've been with the for about 3-4 years now and i am never disappointed, they do a great job, are very quick and my nails always last at least 3 weeks, the longest i ever went was a month and a half and only had 2 broken nails, i work a lot with my hands so it was very hard for me to find someone that can have my nails last this long and still look good, i love this place, PK and Sam and along with there other workers make sure everyone has a nice experience and there pricing is amazing, everytime i recommend someone they are always satisfied, i recommend 100000000 percent to anyone that want sassy, boujie, long lasting nails come here !!! read more

Came here on a whim because the reviews seemed mostly on the positive side....first off, the place needs a really good CLEANING. When you walk in and the first thing you notice is how run down and dirty the place is, that should have been my sign to leave. The manicure itself was just ok...the guy that did my nails was nice and courteous, but when cutting my cuticles, he kept pulling on them rather than letting the tool do its job and cut. I came here once before for a full set of acrylic nails, and a young man did them and they came out beautiful! Two weeks later, I come in for a refill, done by a young woman, and they came out sub par. I was very disappointed, My nails were still rough around the edges, polish uneven, and air bubbles all throughout since she decided to do one extremely thick top coat instead of two. I came back in and she fixed them for no cost to me. But they're still not as beautiful as they were the first time around. The men that work here produce better results than the women. read more

pedicure review- they're service is way too rushed. they don't even soak your feet long enough to be able to properly remove cuticle and dead skin. when i stated that this has happened before and that i left with a bad pedicure, the technician basically ignored me.. despite complaining about the pain (pulling on the cuticle when it's not soft). i wouldn't recommend. read more

Love this place, everyone knows what their doing I have no complaints. PEDI AND MANI, are fairly priced. They have a great selection of colors and I almost never have to wait for a turn. It's like clockwork in there. Judy is my favorite, her husband is also good and so is the younger man David. Judy brings in Cambodian candies and shares it with her clients. I was almost satisfied when getting my acrylic nails done, but the man doing my nails stopped before they were done to start another persons French acrylics. The people were ignorant as I sat their, waiting for a top coat. I waited 30 minutes before saying I had to be somewhere and couldn't waste anymore time. They charged me full price, despite how they didn't finish my nails and had wasted a half hour of my time. Very insulting. Got charged 23$ for unfinished nails. read more
