Remained painful and when I went back a week later he confused me with another patient that had been in 2 days previous, and told me just to tough it out. And their billing procedures are unethical. According to my insurance I had OVERPAID them to the tune of $130 which they acknowledged and told me I would receive a refund within a month. When I didn't, I inquired again and was told I had received a laser treatment of $130 (which I DIDN'T) that insurance did not cover, so would NOT be receiving my refund due. :-( Also - WHILE I was having my 2nd root canal the assistant was singing along to the canned music, and she and Dr Winig were gossiping office politics - apparently neither wanted to work with Dr, Jensen now that Talebi was gone!!
