The people are amazing. They take a personal interest in you, put you at ease and the care is top-notch. My teeth feel amazing after a cleaning and I've had nothing but excellent results with other dental needs (bridge, fillings, etc). I'm so upset with the current office and receptionist that I am taking my business elsewhere. Joyce, the receptionist chastised and borderline berated me when I called to cancel an appointment. When I called back to express that I was hurt she didn't even apologize. The service/care has been going downhill now that the office is shared between two dentists. Kind of a long wait for first appointment, April, however, I called 30 mins before closing today and they said If I could make it in 15 minutes he would see me. Ok, once I got in, I loved the service! Dr Martin has a great bedside manner and works fast. All the hygienists as well as assistants are professional and super accommodating. The office is family friendly, kids are welcome, they even have some toys in there. Very good experience. Dr Martin is a very good dentist. He's able to give injections without pain. The only previous dentist I've seen display that skill was his predecessor at this practice. He's also done a good job with fillings--including a difficult one I had that needed replacement. I like my hygienist there as well. I see reviews that claim they're hard to reach. I've never had a problem reaching them. They may not be open every day, but when I called during office hours I've always gotten a friendly, helpful person. read more

To this I want to add two points: Firstly I recommend Kathy if you have kids for a dental hygienist. She is kind, efficient and really knows how to get them engaged in the process so they cooperate and even enjoy it. Also, I have personally had four veneers put on by Dr. Martin. He did a fantastic job; they look totally natural, and I finally have the smile I always wanted. There was a little problem with the glue on one of the veneers and Dr. Martin met me after-hours (so my husband was home to watch the kids) to fix my veneer the day it happened. He was through, considerate and upbeat, even after a long day. If all dentists were like Dr. Martin, there would not be the stereotype of dreading going to the dentist. My kids love it! With all the friendly faces and little treats for kids they look forward to their appointments. read more

Called office for appointment and got voice mail all afternoon. Left voice mail message and waited for call back and didn't get one. Called office back and they said they were busy and it could take one or two days to return call. They then told me it would be a months wait for an appointment. I have never posted a review on Yelp before but I had to for this experience! I had a molar actually BREAK! I haven't been to a dentist in years mostly because I don't like dentists and the last experience I had at another office was awful. I checked Yelp and saw that Dr. Martins reviews were favorable and his office was close to home for me. His office staff was very kind and got me in to see him quickly. When I arrived I was pleased to see a clean and updated reception area. Very cheerful! I was seen first by Jennifer (she's a hygienist). She was incredibly friendly and professional. She immediately made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly to me. I then met Dr. Martin who is very friendly. He also explained everything clearly to me and when the procedure began he was constantly making sure I was comfortable and wasn't in pain. He was very gentle and I was so happy to not feel pain.
