Dr Bottene is my new dentist now that doctor Cadermentore retired and I couldn't be happier. The new office is really nice and clean -easy to get to and easy parking. The biggest thing for me was the hygienist Anya, she was just great, I told her I had sensitive teeth and I can't take the ultrasonic cleaner, she did it the old fashioned way and was very carful and precise. Full disclosure, I don't much like going to the dentist, but I'm happy to be with this practice now. read more

I was a patient of Dr. Bottene for many years and have generally had positive experiences with the practice. The office staff over the years have consistently been kind, diligent, and professional. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. Since the office transition, there is a new dental hygienist, and the quality of care I received was not what I have come to expect. The cleaning felt rushed and incomplete, and I left feeling that my teeth had not been properly cleaned. What concerned me most was that the hygienist informed the dentist that my teeth were sensitive, which was not an accurate description of what had occurred during the appointment. When I attempted to explain the situation, I felt dismissed and had difficulty being heard. As a result, much of my exam focused on clarifying the misunderstanding rather than discussing my dental health, any areas of concern, or preventive care. I left feeling unheard, with unresolved concerns, and without confidence that I had received a thorough cleaning or examination. Given my many years as a patient, this experience was especially disappointing. read more

I love the care I receive from Dr. Bottene, how gentle he is with me. I'm scared of dentist since I was a child and I feel comfortable about being cared by him because he is gentle and check in with me throughout the procedure to make sure I'm comfortable the whole time read more

In my 57 years, I've only had three dentists. For the past 12 years, I've been a very happy patient of Dr. Adriano Bottene, along with his outstanding hygienists and entire office staff. I absolutely love this practice! Dr. Bottene is thorough and conservative in his approach--he only recommends treatment when it's truly necessary. When I first came to him, I had a mouth full of crowns from my previous dentist after just 12 years there. Due to my special medical needs (including lupus) and related tooth structure loss--possibly from pregnancy, health factors, or both--dentistry has always been challenging for me. Dr. Bottene is personable, gentle, and a straight shooter. Whenever he can preserve natural tooth structure, he does. In "wait-and-see" situations, we monitor things, and many times the issue has resolved on its own. I trust his judgment completely. The front desk staff are efficient, courteous, and friendly--no drama or gossip ever overheard. The office has a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. They send helpful text reminders for upcoming appointments and call if needed. In over 11 years as a patient, they've never once had to reschedule or cancel an appointment. That's truly exceptional! The hygienists are superior in my experience--kind, gentle, and incredibly thorough. I've worked with several over the years, only switching when one retired, moved, or joined another practice. I never once felt the need to request a change. My family members also see Dr. Bottene as their dentist too. It's quite clear that everyone in the office--from the doctor and hygienists to the front desk team--genuinely cares about their patients, and it shows in every interaction. I highly recommend Dr. Adriano Bottene and his team without hesitation! read more

Excellent pain free cleaning. Dental hygienist fantastic. Dentist watches trouble spots and only fills when necessary. No waiting for service. How many dentist offices have you been to with no waiting? And the next appt is made by the hygienist not the front desk so you don't need to wait for that either. read more

I never thought I would say I look forward to going to the dentist. However, this office is different. I had several dentists and Adriano Bottene, DDS is the absolute best. The office staff is so kind and professional. Everyone is always happy and they use the latest technology. For cleanings, dental work (he can do magic on any teeth) I highly recommend this office! I really like Dr. Bottene and his staff a lot. I am a new patient, and they very efficiently got me my X-Ray scan and teeth cleaned. I work 9-5, so it was great that they were able to see me at 7 AM, and within an hour I was done and out the door, and on my way to work. Very efficient, and everyone there was polite and friendly, which I really appreciate a lot. read more

everyone is knowledgeable and professional. I feel confident going there that I will get good care for my teeth and gums.

Went for 6 months teeth cleaning and checkup. Another great visit. Got another one scheduled.

I just had my teeth cleaned by a professional in every way. My dentist for the past 8+ years was just looking at my teeth, then brushing them and flossing them. I was amazed to have a real cleaning after all these years! What a beautiful difference! stains and plaque gone and she explained things throughly. Reception was welcoming and so patient helping me to fill out all paperwork ahead of my visit. Dr. Bottene was thorough with my exam and his assistant as well. They have state of the art equipment, including a full mouth X-ray. I felt my dental experience was upgraded 20 years. I left the office feeling wonderful with my experience and great smile! read more

Dr. Bottene and his team are friendly, informative, and supportive in all the ways I was hopeful to experience. I have a long history with dentist work, much of which was traumatic. Dr. Bottene (along with his fab dental assistant) created a safe environment through effective communication, active listening, and by not taking themselves too seriously - I laughed more than expected while getting a crown and a filling. ;) I did multiple consults with multiple dentists and found a home with Dr. Bottene. Definitely worth it. read more

I recently moved to East Bay and get anxiety when it comes to finding new doctors. I was lucky enough to have found Dr. Bottene's office with an early time slot to get my annual cleaning out of the way. There's ample parking right in front of their building (Building H). The front desk receptionist was so warm and welcoming when I first walked in, and my hygienist, I believe her name was Andrea?... (I'm sorry, I have the memory of a fish), called me in to start my appointment. The exam rooms were clean, bright, and they had my favorite channel on (Food Network). Let me tell ya'll about my hygienist. She is the best hygienist I have ever had. I have been to a lot of dentists, but she surpasses them all. Her x-rays were fast, simple and painless. I told her about my concerns and she addressed them all then spent extra time explaining everything to me. Her cleaning is painless, efficient, and she moves with such intention. I've never met someone so calm, cool, and collected while doing their craft. I did not get any sense she was zipping through the appointment or just telling me what I wanted to hear. When she asked me a question, she would pull the tools out of my mouth and gave me time to answer, unlike some offices where I'm mumbling between their tools. Man, I'm just so happy to have found this office. Now onto Dr. Bottene. He was thorough in his exam, gave me insight on my teeth, and suggestions on my teeth grinding. We had a moment to have casual chatter and it was so nice. I'm so used to dentists coming in, glancing over my teeth, complimenting them, then running out the room. I've always loved going to the dentist, but I can't wait to return to see Dr. Bottene and his team! Thank you for making me feel so seen, heard, and valued as a patient. read more

Dr. Bottene did an examination that included digital x-rays and a wand-like camera that shows pictures of the backs of teeth. Even has a TV set that you could watch while he is working on you. My previous dentist had wanted a lot of work done in my mouth, but they did not have digital x-rays. Dr. Bottene discovered that only one tooth needed a crown, and the process was painless. He is very personable and clearly explained the process. read more

I moved to Walnut Creek about 1.5 years ago and so far have not gotten a great experience with the medical services in this area. Until I visited Dr. Bottene and his office. It was a totally great experience - a very accommodating, polite and helpful office manager Rosette, an amazing smiling medical assistant Lisa, and of course very skilled and knowledgeable doctor. He was able to fix my problem that I did not believe could be fixed. And it was done with care and attention not only to my teeth but to me as a human being; and that in my book is as important as a professional help. I sincerely recommend Dr. Bottene for your dental needs read more
