The office staff were quick to greet me upon arrival, friendly, efficient and helpful (I hadn't registered them as my dentist choice with my insurance provider). The exam was quick and stress free and the dentist explained exactly what I needed for treatment. Cleaning was pain free and after polishing and a fluoride application I was out. So glad to have made this choice for my dentist!

Now that I can feel the area with my tongue, it's as smooth as if there was never a filling. This particular filling seems to "fall out" every 5 years or so and from previous dentists the spot has always been rough enough to feel it. And time seemed to go by quickly. A GOOD day at the dentist! Never thought those words would find there way into my thoughts in that order :-) Never has the process of re-doing the filling been so smooth. Dr. Ko communicated to his assistant each part of the process and how they would proceed. I never felt a bit of pain which , again is not normally my experience with previous dentists who were fine dentists. The text reminders were nice as well and the staff up front and by the Dr's side are all A+. Glad I'm a patient here.

However, Dr. Cobain looked at my old one and adjusted it in about 2 minutes, making sure it felt comfortable for me. Perfect. Super thankful to Dr. Cobain and Dana for their kindness and efficiency. I'll be back when I'm ready for the Invisalign! Also the interior office space is very cute, great for kids who may be hesitant about dental/ortho visits.

The crowns he said were good - were placed improperly and I couldn't normally close my mouth 2. The teeth grounded in half by his college Dr. Patel - looked ok to him. 3. But my healthy teeth needed to be adjusted where he removed even more worsening my open bite. List can be long. I really feel this person should never practice dentistry. I don't think I would even trust him to uber me. He's complete disaster and failure imho. And just think he is authorized to do orthognathic surgeries - I can only imagine the quality of it. Please stay away from this highly unprofessional, low quality, fast-food level orthodontist. This is one more Pacific Dental School graduate who is completely out of touch with the reality and the only thing he is capable of is drilling your healthy teeth for whatever reason. (Read my reviews to Dr. Patel who is btw in his referrals list. I do really regret that I have ignored this red flag. Well now I have living proves that Pacific Dental School graduates is FOREVER NO GO). And again, please read reviews carefully I feel like most of them are fake and written only to spam negative reviews by real people. I honestly wishing this practice bankrupt asap.
