The appearance outside may not say much, but inside, one definitely felt safe and relaxed. I got a firm 90 min massage with deep tissue option with Kristy and I really.enjoyed it. Usually when I go to some places on affordable side, the environment made it hard for me to relax..but at this place..and in Kristy's good caring hands, I definitely and unexpectedly even fell asleep. I also love that you can customize your massage with a different scented (or unscented if you choose to) oil as well. For me, I picked therapist's choice because I was so indecisive..so I let Kristy picked for me. She combined rose and peppermint scent and I thought it was wonderful. If you want, you can also customize with some other add ones like hot stone, guasha, brushing, etc too. I like this spot and plan to be back again soon!

We came in on our year anniversary a little apprehensive as neither one of us has had a couples massage before. They were sooooo kind and accommodating. We felt right at home. Calvin performed my massage and it was amazing. He asked a few times about the pressure which I appreciated. The pressure was perfect. My boyfriend had Jass perform his massage and she suggested a few things that he agreed with. It was so relaxing for him that he fell asleep twice. I would definitely recommend! They are tremendously professional, offer excellent suggestions, it's affordable compared to some spa's out there, and it's a relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely be back soon. Cheers!

I had been wanting to try SkinbyTay for almost a month....partly because my schedule was so unpredictable and because Tay was (and is popular) that it's good to book ahead of time (but check out last min appointment, too..you might be lucky like what I got today!). I generally tried to avoid having facials at many spa establishments..because..usually I found that most places didn't give me very good values for the money. But...Tay did deliver so much today! Her body work is a real body work..and combined with customized, unique facial massage...melted away my stress....along with all the facial techniques (cleansing, extractions, LED light, moisturizing)...wow...at the end of my appointment..I felt wonderful! My outlook felt much more positive..and this is why I think selfcare...especially with Tay...is such a highly worth investment for anyone! The place was calm and serene...and Tay was very professional..and..boy..get one of the facial/massage session with her yourself..you'd realize how much work she's doing to help you! I also loved that Tay let me know more information about how I could improve my skin as well. For someone..who personally steered away from facials at a spa for the past 4 years (I know..it's so long overdued!!)....I loved my session at Skin by Tay. It's so unique..and so wonderful...that I can't wait to go back there again! Try it..and you will wonder...wow...would I ever get a very effective facial and massage combo session this great again! I can't wait to go back next time!

We said okay. She then said you pay now, that should have been the first sign. I think the second sign was how dark the place is. You really cannot see a thing in there. They lady watched me undress, that was disturbing. She took me into this room and told me undress and just stood and watched. When I was done she told me underwear too. She stood there and watched that too. The lady that did my massage gave me one of the worst massages ever. She walked on my back and I could feel scratchy soles of her feet, in my mind I kept saying must be wearing stockings, please be wearing stockings. When that part of the massage finished it was so dark in the room I could not tell if she was wearing stockings, yuk!! She dug the heels of her feet into my back, that was not a good feeling. Omg it hurt! She rubbed on one leg and forgot the other leg. As soon as the massage was done she told me"you give tip. you give tip now".

This woman was polite who kept calling me " you okay baby" so many times. She had no experience in massages she coughed and sneezed and didn't cover up with a tissue, completely gross. She continued to massage me so lightly that she didn't do a deep tissue massage to no pressure and had no pattern stokes. The message was not relaxing after face down she used her bare foot to step on my back, above was metal rod in ceiling to hold her balance. I was so shocked and I'm idiot to just get up and walk out after all the red flags I caught. Also there was strange sound coming from wall next door was a restaurant. There too much to say I hated the experience that I realize she was just caressing my body down to my breast. Towards the end of my massage I regret the massage and I was shock also the language barrier how do you tell someone that she did an awful job and she also farted to not call me baby. End result I don't recommend anyone to go there because it wasn't relaxing and my muscle tensions weren't reduce. I guess only IF you want a happy ending and rush you to get dress and get out of there ASAP.

First time visiting this location. Very convenient considering it's inside the mall…read more Very friendly staff but they speak broken English. It's not a problem as there's a laminated card counter that you order from. I asked for a 30-minute massage at a cost of $35.00 covering two areas. The female massage therapist was awesome! Very deep tissue massage. Even a bit painful, but it hurts so good. She followed a pattern on my neck, back, arms, and scalp. Very thorough. I believe they have privacy booths in the back for those who want a full body massage. Please check with the front desk counter when you arrive for clarification. The atmosphere was very calming. The lights are dimmed to provide a soothing atmosphere along with very quiet light music playing. My massage took place right behind the counter area in a massage chair. I was expecting a booth but considering it's just a neck and shoulder and back massage, it didn't really bother me to be upfront or others could see as they walk the mall. I will be going back possibly once a month as I enjoyed it and felt it was definitely worth the price. In fact, I left a hefty tip as I felt the massage therapist did a wonderful job.
