This place has good service, I never have to wait for a long time, and prices are affordable. Lee always does my nails really good. The crazy thing is that she is fast but very precise with her shaping and polishing. I always get acrylic nails with gel polish and I think I usually pay about $45. I would give them a negative zero if I could. SISTERS- Just No!!!! I used to frequent this establishment only because Helen worked there. Suddenly, the owner seemed jealous of her skills and requests and would literally tell you she CAN'T service you, even if you agreed to wait. Fast forward two years, I've been going there the last three months, same tech (not Helen) and it's been ok. Yesterday, a male did my feet but was having a hard time translating me wanting my toenails trimmed down properly to preven ingrown. The MANAGER/OWNER comes over and GRABS MY FOOT ROUGHLY and I'm actually SCREAMING for him to STOP. It gets worse... He starts YELLING that I need to go to the doctor and only AFTER I BEG, sends my normal person over who does it within 60 seconds... THEN, he proceeds to LAUGH the rest of my visit about my pain. To prevent a scene because children where there (mine included) I kept my cool but I was literally in tears. Several African American women came to me about their experience of his rudeness and lack of respect for us. Makes me think he did it on purpose. I did call back to speak with him but he played it off lime he didn't understand. I can only blame myself, because I knew how he was... I will NEVER spend a dime in that establishment again. Ladies, we need to stop supporting this place, because he doesn't care for or respect us at ALL... Respect ourselves and go where we are treated with respect and dignity. Fantastic service and ex artistic nail techs. Highly recommend. Reasonable prices and relationship to tech is solid.

If I could rate lower I certainly would. I went in showed the tech a picture of what I wanted but she kept asking me what color I wanted? I kept telling her that I wanted the color in the picture. I then asked her why was she being difficult, but she then said I was being difficult and refused to service me. In the interim; I was seated between two white women and the older whit women was being rude by giggling during my interaction with the nail tech. I can see if I came in being loud or used foul language, but instead I kept a smile on my face. I got up and informed the old white woman that she was rude and I told the tech she was being difficult and I left the store. I get my nails done all the time and this has never happened to me. The last shop I got my nails done I tip the tech $50 so I guess it's Angel Nails loss. I do not recommend this establishment. read more

Filthy and not sanitary. Hand washing rare. Seats not sanitized between clients. Floors filthy. Eyebrow room shared tweezers, razors, brushes. My eyebrows are welped up and red! I am sure infections are rampant from brows to toes. Will never return. read more

This place is okay. There very attentive. Only thing disgusting was the lady was working between my daughter and another client without changing her gloves. She would do her nails and then go the the pedicure area and do a mans dirty feet I told them to redo her shit. That's was disrespectful and disgusting. Other than that they did a great job just need to practice their glove changing between clients and proper hygiene cause no way is that acceptable. Probably won't be back. read more

I stopped by here a week ago with my daughter to get a pedi and also get her nails and toes painted. We didn't have to wait at all, this was about 3:00p on a Thursday. We walked in and picked a color, and they immediately started working on us. The lady who did my pedi was friendly and knew exactly what she was doing; my​ polish was perfect. The guy who did my daughters hands and feet was friendly as well... my daughter is only three lol so he was really kind to her and joked with her as well. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of 5 is that our polish did not last very last... When I get a pedicure, my polish usually lasts for about a month and it's only been a week and the polish is already chipped. It could have been just the polish I'm not sure, but the service was amazing. read more

I visit often from out of town and needed to find a local nail shop. Tony is great! I got a full sns set and deluxe pedicure for a very reasonable price that was great quality. I usually break a few nails before my next appointment but did not break a single nail from Tony's set he did for me. Will continue to come back. read more

I always enjoyed going here because of the friendly service and it's sad I don't go here anymore. This place became so busy. It's not the nicest salon around but I came here because the owner did such an amazing job and then another woman started doing them. Well one day I came in and a man did my nails who was fantastic. Everyone was always great once every 3 weeks I was such a loyal customer. One day I went in and a young man about 30 something did my nails and he was so rude. He did a bad job and my nails were thick and uneven and took forever. I went home tried to fix them myself. I didn't ask him to correct his work because he had such a smart mouth & I was honestly so tired from work. I called and the owner husband told me to come in and show his wife on Monday. So I came in and she had exact same man take off and redo my nails. He started asking me about if I was having him do the job over and I told him I couldn't go the rest of the month with the dip powder looking the way it did. He actually started quietly talking junk to me asking if I had problem often and blah blah blah and I tried to be nice but eventually I got tired of him trying to get me to respond irrationally so he wouldn't be the person in the wrong. It was honestly so childish and to make the situation worse the woman next to me was completely crazy. She was actually acting nuts and being a customer that couldn't be pleased. Well when I called him out for talking trash to me the girl next to me chimed in making me look like I was some kind of problem when I had a legitimate issue. I had been going to Angel nails for 7 years and when the owner came over and took over I was shocked she acted like I was a problem and treated me same way as the guy who did the amateur job. Then they pawned me off to a third tech who finished the job. At least she was kind about finishing up my nails but really it was such a crazy experience I took nails off myself and have not had my nails done for almost a year. read more

I came in to get a set removed and then get dip polish on my natural nails. They seated and tended to me immediately! I was reading a book and my nail tech who went my Tony, even was so kind to flip the pages for me and put a paint brush between the pages so I could continue to read. He asked my opinion on shaping the nail and we went with square with rounded edges so it would grow in nicely. Seemed a bit pricer for just a dip powder, it was $35 before the tip, but they were very polite and timely so I didn't mind so much. I'll be returning in 2 weeks! read more

I KNOW remember why I don't go here anymore. It is conveniently looked like 2 mins from my apartment complex and I don't go for nails or toes often but I do get my eyebrows done about every 3 weeks or so and that lady who does eye brows is maybe disgruntle? She puts hot wax on you, she is rough and she mainly shapes with a razor. I could have done that myself at home! I'd rather drive 20 mins away then the 2 for that. Never again! read more

I am extremely picky about my nails, and I have tried many places in Phenix City and Columbus. Nancy has the best shop, hands down! If you walk in, you may end up with a long wait, but that's only because they are the place to go, and they're worth the wait. I recommend this place to everyone I know. read more

i came here yesterday and got a medi and pedi my toes are painted horribly and my nails is done very poorly i say it was not worth the $55

can't say I have complaints about the services themselves because I'm truthfully not picky at all BUT I will never go back to this location again. I went in for a basic $10 manicure, probably takes 15 minutes and the shop was dead it was a slow day. I tried to make conversation with the girl with piercings and she seemed uninterested so I stopped, shortyly after she began texting on her cell phone pausing on my manicure every couple of seconds and then she got a phone call which she answered and talked the rest of the way through my manicure and when we I was finished she went straight to the back on the phone, I've also had my eyebrows done here where the woman had the phone on speaker calling someone and once they answered she just talked to them out loud on the speaker phone as she was in my face doing my eyebrows, my last time at the location I had a pedicure and the girl doing mine talked to entire time to the piercings girl who was doing a pedicure next to me they just carried on a conversation and even were complaining about their jobs like really just out loud in front of customers and the girl working on me answered her cell phone and whomever called her must of asked what she was doing she said giving a pedicure and the person must of said they will call back or whatever and the chick was like oh no I can talk I seriously almost just got up and left, anyway she barely put any effort in the pedicure I am so disgusted with this like can you just not be on your cell phones for a 15-30 minute service!? I hope you drop your phones in the water next time only I won't be there to witness this because angel nails has lost my business! read more

worst nail salon ever! !!!!!!!#! i went there twice the first time i went i sat there for almost an hour before they seated me, but took customers who came in after me! they did a very poor job of painting my nails i could have painted them myself, and looked at me crazy, and didn't want to do my nails how i wanted them! the second time i went, (tired to give them the benefit of the doubt) they jacked my nails up again, i wanted polka dots on my nails and can you believe the guy only out like 4 dots on my nails, and on top of that it looked like my kids did them i was pissed!!!! never again, and i recommend no one go there i repeat no one unless you want to wait for an hour to have your nails jacked up!!!! read more
