For the record, this place is now Andy's North, not Francisco's. Andy's Coffee Break across the street bought them out, and they keep both locations open...I don't get it. Food is ok here, just like Andy's across the street. Decor is dated but comfortable. Food is ok for diner fare, but I will agree with Nilda it is better than Denny's. Chef's seem to have an issue with taking eggs off too early when they are fried. If you want eggs, get an ommlette or get em scrambled. Over hard eggs should NOT have runny whites. Or yolks. Just saying. Prices are fair, staff is super friendly and main reason I have come back here more than once. read more

I've had better food at a fast food restaurant. I ordered a Reuben and one of my halves didn't even have sauerkraut on it. My husband had an epic burger and his cheese wasn't even melt to the burger it was just put on top of his bacon. Oh and it wasn't warm. At least my kids' pancakes we good! read more

What a friendly welcoming place. Staff all seemed to really enjoy being there. The food; well I had the French toast, side of ham, hashbrowns and it was pretty amazing. Portion size was plenty big enough to fill me and then some. On the husband's side of it, he had the breakfast with biscuits layered with eggs, sausage and smothered in country grave and hashbrowns on the side. He was very pleased. Still one of my go to places for breakfast. The fisherman's wharf is still my favorite, but the selection is huge. I'd like to try dinner or drinks at some point as I've seen some interesting mixes advertised. read more

We go to breakfast every Sunday after church. Andy's is always plugged. Wait times are a hour or more. Last time we went there we were really disappointed. Waiters and waitresses were eating behind the counters as they grabbed your food. Waitress was rude and acted as if we were bothering her. Pancake syrup was as thin as water. No taste to it at all. Food was cold and eggs were not cooked correctly. Paid extra for item that was included on the menu. I think this is the last time we will spend our money there. After reading the reviews I noticed that Andy's never responds to reviews like most other restaurants. We need a decent good home cooking restaurant in tricites. We have plenty of ethic ones. They had a lot of breakfast and lunch/dinner items on the menu. Lots of omelets to choose from, but I went with soup and salad. The soup was hearty. The salad was simple. I appreciated that the base was mixed greens and not iceberg lettuce. There were a few wilted leaves, but I was able to pick them out. The service was pretty quick. Prices were reasonable. 12/22/22 I went to Andy's North for a hot breakfast on a very cold day. I was served a beautiful waffle, scrambled eggs and bacon. All of them were cold, and the bacon was cold and hard. It was as if the bacon had been made an hour ago and sat in the kitchen to be served as ordered. I paid 1750 for my breakfast and told the cashier the food was cold. They looked for a manager to see if I could get a discount that shift manager came over and started looking over my receipt and I said I don't really want it discount. I just wanted you to know the food was cold, she said the kitchen was very cold today and they were having trouble keeping the food warm what she really said was if you want a hot breakfast on a cold day go someplace else read more

Absolutely Delicious !! It was so fantastic to finally go eat inside our family's favorite breakfast spot again after being locked down in phase one for over six months. It was refreshing to see the distancing of the tables far apart from each other. To be honest, it felt better this way than before when tables were very close to each other. I can't rate the lunch or dinner menu, but I can definitely say their breakfast menu is outstanding. I had the Bigfoot chicken fried steak again. Ambiance - when we visited on a rainy weekday morning .... the place was very busy and over 65% were farmers "shooting the breeze and enjoying their coffee and breakfast"....... PERFECT! Wow, the breakfast menu is HUGE with lots of variety and "in-house" creations. Kitchen was efficient and the wait staff was very attentive. My wife's omelet (Mediterranean) was delicious. I had one of the skillet breakfast and it was okay. BTW: they have a cocktail lounge and we could have ordered a Bloody Mary .... we will try that on our next visit. read more

I have patronized Andy's North 2 times now, once in July and now again in September. Experiences were night and day. I ordered the same breakfast, The Western with tomato's (Sausage bacon diced ham hashbrowns and 2 scrambled eggs topped generously with raw delisous tomato's) in July I would of given the meal a solid 5 stars and the service also a 5. Our August visit gets a generous 2 due to the meal came out so fast like it was partially pre made. That would explain the cold mushy spots in the hashbrowns and the chunks of cold a. Our server was Sheila both times Sheila was awesome. Sheila gets a 5 for her service. I like sitting at the counter close to the action to get a good feel of what's going on with the wait and kitchen staff. My fiance was with me on my second visit. She ordered the chicken fried steak breakfast skillet (steak diced potato's with country gravy and a lonely piece of carrot) She was happy with her meal but that would all change very soon. So here we are with a ok breakfast and enjoying the wait staff interactions, when out comes our cook. We know this because we could see him through the order up window preparing our meal earlier. He was coming to clock out at the wait staffs kiosk, that's when our meal got alittle more difficult to stomach. He had that greasy fry cook look which is ok but not ok was the quarter inch of dryer style lint covering his entire hat, not a exaggeration that's what his hat looked like. Just like it been sitting underneath the dryer vent for about ten cycles. In fairness the cooks that were clocking in were both looking presentable. My fiance was totally disgusted by his appearance. I have a higher level of gross out but he hit that mark with me. Now because of this my fiance is done without finishing and no to go box will be needed. I now view my meal alittle more carefully for any foreign material then I don't finish my meal either. If anyone didn't notice his Sloppy Fuzzy appearance at first he will mill around the counter area for your viewing pleasure. How he walks around without anyone saying a word to him is beyond comprehension. He's on total display to the dinning customer's. He's a crucial representative of the entire establishment. Considering he physically touches your food and patrons have a eye on them due to that very fact. SMH. I don't usually criticise a employees appearance to another employee but in this case I did. I could not let it go unmentioned. It was the whole reason of our displeasure. If I'am going to pay 30 dollars for breakfast and some hospitality I would like my cook to not look like he just climbed out from underneath the crawlspace. I hope to remove or update this review. I would like to come back some day, but if know one from the establishment replies my review. If for nothing else just ensure us that was was a exception to the rule that day. We may never return and word of mouth is powerful in the Tri-cities considering food is a major source of entertainment here. So here we go for now. Andy's Food gets 3 stars Portion size 5 Dinning Service a 4 and the COOKs appearance a Big fat unacceptable -O I'm open to hearing from anyone at Andy's that sees this review. we got an order for pick up and when we got there at the time we were told by the hostess, who was very polite, that the "chefs" told her it would be a few more minutes, they were waiting on the chicken. ok, that's fine, sometimes timing is finicky in a restaurant at dinner time. so we went back to the car to wait and after a few minutes went back in to have the very apolegetic hostess tell us that the "chefs" were playing a "joke" and our food had been done. who does that? home is less than a 10 minute drive from andy's so at least the food was still hot, however, everyone who had meat had the worst they'd ever had. meatloaf, dry. grilled chicken breast, dry and tasted like someone hadn't cleaned the grill in 20 years by all the charcoal on it. salmon, dry. the only two things not dry was the salads because thank god for salad dressing and the over cooked, soggy broccoli. so, thanks for making a birthday dinner total crap. years ago when we used to go weekly, i used to really love this place, especially for breakfast. but if "joking" around with customers over food only for it to be burnt to a crisp and dry, i just won't bother coming back. it makes me wonder if the next "joke" these "chefs" might pull is something like spitting in someone's food to see if they notice, cause that's funny too, right? read more

Was excited to try this place my friend had gone loved it. So we went for breakfast nice little place service was so so but the food was really good except! As my friend was taking her last bite she picked up her fork and a very long hair was coming out of the gravy. You could see it it was cooked in there. So we understand things happen didn't want to cause a scene called the waitress over and she said yeah I can see the clear from here. It was long and she proceeded to take my card and charge me full price for the meal.
