Slept great & love their free breakfast buffet! The bed was comfy and pillows were squishy soft,…read morejust the way I like it! The room was clean & the bathroom has a larger counter size than other hotels, which makes getting ready easier. The bathroom has a nightlight--so awesome! Who wants to feel their way to use the toilet in the middle of the night? The kids had a great time swimming in their indoor pool & hot tub, we liked the gym here and the best part: walking distance to/from our destination! It's a short 5 minute walk to the convention center (TRAC event) where they hosted the State Championship for Elementary Chess competition. The staff at this hotel was top notch! Everyone was kind, professional, and very customer service friendly. With nearly 2,000 elementary kids traveling for this event, the staff here were patient with kids and families as this hotel was at capacity during our weekend stay. They sell bottles of wine for $10 and microwave meals like Mac & cheese for $5, which the kids were fine with, and ice cream sandwiches/bars for $2, we learned from our friends/team mates traveling with us about the super-long-lines & wait times at the local restaurants (due to our event), and decided to dine-in for a fraction of the cost/time and enjoyed the east-side-sunshine we Western Washington folks never see, while the kids played. There's local dining within walking distance, but with large events going on, it seemed the locals here in Pasco weren't staffed ready to accommodate. If you've read my reviews of hotels I'm kind of a clean freak about having toilets accessible near the swimming pool (who wants to swim with kids peeing in a pool?) and this hotel does it right: there's a restroom with a shower INSIDE the pool area!!! Love it! There's another hotel closer in proximity to the TRAC convention center, but based on our experience, I'd stay here again if I was in the area. Super quiet, huge breakfast, comfy beds, big bathroom size, great staff. Huge shout out to front staff Ken! He made the stay super enjoyable AND hooked up this momma with the chocolate cherries I was craving! He's the best!

3.5 * We're here all…read moreweek (checked in on a sunday night, its monday). I find it easy to update as I go- The main lobby is nice and wide. Good AC. Only one worker. Check in was easy. The map and numbering system is confusing. But we made it to room 3230. Ice machine closest to us is broken. Got in the room and its HOT. Took a good 3 by t hours to cool down. I would call ahead to see if they can turn the AC on in your room ( its june). While unloading our keys got deactivated.. had to go back to the front desk and get it fixed. He said they get deactivated easily with other cards and phones. We're also asked for a rolling bed, security has go go get it but they said theyre all out. Hopefully will get one tonight. The room is decent.

I stayed at this hotel for the weekend with my two children. During our stay, someone tried to open…read moreour room door, which made us feel very unsafe. I called the front desk, and they moved us to another room. I truly appreciate the employee who helped us with that. Because we had to move rooms late at night, I accidentally left my toddler's pillow behind. I noticed the next morning and immediately called the front desk. I was told they would look into it and contact me, but Saturday passed with no update. I called again Sunday, checked out Monday, and still received no answer. Even after flying home to California, I called again Tuesday and was told there was still no update. When I asked to speak with the manager, her response was, "All this drama for a pillow." That response was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. The point is not how much the pillow cost, it belongs to my toddler and has sentimental value to us. Whether it cost one dollar or much more is irrelevant. After already feeling unsafe and repeatedly following up, I expected basic concern and respectful customer service from management. The way this situation was handled was unacceptable and left me very disappointed
