Experienced a delightful breakfast here with fabulous service by Ellie and exceptional food quality. *15% discount for military and first responders* I honestly thought this would be an average rundown tourist trap- it really surprised me. The food was out lightning fast and the breakfast bagel hit the spot. I got the regular potatoes but highly recommend the "potato kegs" my husband got- it's like egg, bacon and potato in a hush puppy kind of. They seem like they have a lot of events they do and it's just this well loved cozy coastal diner vibe with attention to quality. I especially appreciated the reusable tableware they had. My only improvement would be the bathroom really needs some love- some of the ceiling tiles are REALLY rough and the bathroom doors need new locks. The food is also more diner style- not a lot of healthy options- like I would love some spinach on the next sandwich I get. Other than that I would eat here anytime I'm in Navarre!! read more

Being so close to the beach, we had visited Andy D's a couple times during our stay. With a no shoes, no shirt, no problem policy customers can enjoy freshly poured beers and food. The BLT was great and their hash brown cakes are one to be enjoyed. Staff was super awesome and accommodating even in the windiest of times. read more

Went there at 7pm on a Thursday and they were out of grouper, which was a main draw for us. They also didn't have an app that was on their online menu that we were looking forward to. Food took an hour to arrive and was cold. Portion sizes were generous but the quality was not there. The pasta was "Pasta-Roni" quality. Like literally I think they just make a bag of pasta-roni if you order it. They charged $23 for that. Prices were extreme. Will not be going back next time we are in Navarre. read more

We arrived in Navarre with a family of 9. 3/4 of the group were hungry, so we all went to Andy D's when we couldn't find parking at the place across the street. (Should have been a sign...lol). We were seated quite promptly, drink orders were taken. Part of the drinks came out pretty quick, others, not so much. My husband ordered coffee and it was burnt. He asked if he could get it fresh. More wait time... Everyone ordered their food and we waited, and waited, and waited. 45 min to an hour later, the food finally came out. But...no silverware. It took another 5 minutes to get that so they could eat. Crazy thing was, what looked to be the manager was standing against the wall the whole time but never noticed any of the issues. Grouper was overcooked and cole slaw was tasteless but I didn't hear any obvious complaints from anyone else. The food didn't look to be anything great IMO. They do have a little coffee cafe attached and that would have been something to try in the AM, but we never had the chance. We all agreed...this was a "once and done". The location is great and they may not try so hard since it's only one of a handful of places on that side of the bridge. Hopefully others have a better experience. read more

Honestly I am very disappointed. First day in Navarre and everyone raved about this place. We got put on the wait-list it said 1 hour so we walked the beach and it still said we were 3rd in line 1 hour later. We wanted to get a drink at the outside bar but after standing there trying to get a bartenders attention after a while got annoying. The whole place was very overwhelming with the obnoxiously loud live music and the smoking at the outside bar and all the highly intoxicated people walking around at 7pm. After the whole wait time I got a notification that we were taken OFF THE WAITLIST! After all that taken off the wait-list... I was so aggravated . So many empty tables outside, so many empty tables inside. So many employees just standing around . I was really looking forward to trying your food but thanks anyways. read more

Food and service was great. My wife had the fryed white fish and I had the blacken grouper (a locals favorite). Fun outside bar and deck. Great family atmosphere. The deck bartender just said "We have both kinds of live music here - Southern Rock & Roll and Country music - "Sweet Home Alabama and That's the Kind of Woman I Like!" I think I just heard a surfer and Jeff Spicoli look-a-like say "All I need are some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm fine!" Okay no one really said these things, but that is the way this nice little beach restaurant will make you feel. Don't worry the deck is weed free but margaritas, brewskies, and good times are flowing free here. I would have give the restaurant a 5 star review, but for the fact that during both of our two recent visits, my wife and I felt rushed by our waiter and our waitress. The first time, a chalked this up to being a new server - interrupting our meal multiple times to be ask if we interested in dessert. Now, we saw this at several tables even when the restaurant was not overly busy and there was no waiting line. So, this made me think this might be an institutionalized behavior at the direction of management or just a server training issue. Being a former server myself, I know diners, especially locals don't appreciate this behavior because we are paying tourist area prices for a relaxing meal while trying to support a local business. Stopped in for lunch. We chose to sit outside on the patio since it was a nice day. The patio was nice and large but your view is of the parking lot. We order stuff mushrooms to start. She said she had to check to make sure that she could still keep us. We order at 11:45 and food around around 12:10 and that is also when she came back to our table. November 21, 2023 - Four for Dinner: Not very crowded we were with friends who we haven't seen in 1/2 year ANNNND I just drove 7 hours up from Venice FL to meet them so this was their call. Service was very good. (the place was not busy, but we were not ignored or needing anything) Great job. Food was just ok. Sandwiches and rolls not great. The beyond veggie burger was very strangely smashed and either pan fried in burnt oil and greasy OR deep fried....not sure what happened. The onion rings also were very dark but still under cooked and wet on the inside. Old grease/oil - needs changing. It's a great location for drinks and to grab a bite but we were 'eating" and not "dining" There was a live musician echoing away in another area/room, and it was not very good music. Again this was more of a bar feel than dining/restaurant spot. Drink was okay after a little mix up (no pun ...... well yes intended :-) We would go back but not just for the food. read more

Brunch was amazing! A group of four of us came here and all loved the food. The omelet, home fries, biscuit, pancake and cinnamon roll were all fantastic. We enjoyed the mimosa tray and mixing up different combinations. The service was really good, the atmosphere was fun and they have a nice outdoor deck with seating. There is also an attached coffee shop which is lovely. There is parking right outside but we rode our bikes here and were able to lock them up to the bike rack. The staff is very friendly! Our waitress did a great job. We had a Mai Tai and thought it tasted like a over priced Hawaiian Punch. The blackened red fish was a good portion and seasoned pretty heavy. The onion rings were crispy and yummy! Caesar salad had flaked Parmesan cheese on top. It was a good salad. The fried shrimp platter was very fairly priced. $20 for 12 shrimp. The weren't jumbo, but they weren't tiny. The cocktail sauce is weird. It has a spice in it, allspice or cinnamon? I don't know, but they should leave that out. I know I wasn't the only one who thought so; I overheard someone telling the manager that the sauce tasted like "Christmas" lol. That the spice wasn't good. My husband thought it made it taste a bit metallic. All in all, it was an okay experience that we don't think we will have again. We stopped by around 3 PM for a late lunch. The server was friendly and attentive, and the food was decent--nothing to rave about, but solid enough. What really soured the experience was the mysterious "order service fee" added to our bill. When we asked about it, our server couldn't explain it, even though she said multiple customers had already asked. We paid in cash, and she mentioned there used to be a discount for cash payments and for locals. That's no longer the case. After stepping away to ask someone else, she returned with another server who explained that the fee is a mandatory 3.5% added to every order, recently implemented. No clear reason was given to staff or customers. Here's the thing: I'm already eating at your restaurant and paying your menu prices. Why am I being charged extra just for placing an order? It makes absolutely no sense. If this is meant to offset costs, be transparent about it. Otherwise, it feels like a sneaky surcharge that leaves a bad taste--regardless of how the food was. read more

HOWEVER, they overcharged my card to make my tip 37%. Would not respond to my several calls and a voicemail at various times through the week about this. I got ahold of a person on the phone & they wrote down my name and number to give me a call back. And then I never got a call back. There were no issues during the dinner. We decided to hit Andy D's after a day at the beach. We are locals and have been many many times. We wanted to try the pizza out to see if we might want to order on our next beach day so we decided to go check it out. The hostess explained that we can't order pizza and sit in the restaurant or on the back porch even near the pizza shop. Okay!? BUT we could order pizza by the slice and eat on the premises. We decided to pass on the pizza as we wanted to eat at a table and enjoy dinner with our friends. One of our friends ordered a burger "well done" only to be told they are all cooked to medium/well. We have never had issues with the service or food and actually always highly recommend the restaurant. This night was different. Our waitress was very short with us while rolling her eyes as she walked away on more than one occasion. Very disappointed to say the least read more
