We ate here for both dinner one night and for breakfast one morning. For dinner we both ordered the grouper sandwich fried and it was by far the BEST grouper sandwich we've had down here. About an inch thick piece of grouper fried just right. It was great! For breakfast we did the mimosa tray, a meat omelet, the cinnamon roll and a side of bacon. The food was pretty good! I got the fried fish (forgot what it was called), Dad got wagyu beef tacos. Dad said he liked them but it wasn't that good of a taco. (C'mon guys it's a sea food restaurant don't order tacos unless it's sea food related). Mom got the loaded nachos. They were very generic nachos but good. She asked for extra sour cream and when given the plate she had gotten NO sour cream at all. Our waitress was really nice, didn't forget much (besides the sour cream). Most of the workers there are teenagers or early 20s, really friendly! The scenery was really cool. Nice fish video playing on the TVs. The tables were cool, chairs a little wobbly. My wife, son, daughter in law and I stopped in Andy D's last week for lunch and breakfast the next day. Both days the food was excellent as well as the service. I ordered a grouper sandwich and my wife had a summer salad. Both perfect! The atmosphere is beachy and laid back, ideal for the location. For breakfast we split an omelette that was again perfect. My husband and I wanted to try out this new restaurant while visiting Navarre. We went for lunch and ordered the grilled grouper. The grouper was overcooked and the side items were mediocre. We were seated inside near the bar. The waitress kept standing up against the bar facing us and just stared at us while we ate. She then brought the check midway through the meal and continued to stand at the bar and stare. She made us feel very uncomfortable. It felt like we were being rushed and the restaurant was half empty. However, this place has a very nice outdoor patio with live music and a fun tiki bar. So, it does have a better vibe outside and would be a great place to hang out, have some drinks, and appetizers in the evening. read more

No one came to take our order, then we asked for our waitress and the girl walks over to the bar and then comes back and just stands against the wall. I hadn't seen Arancini Balls on a menu since our trip to Milan last year, so I gave those a try. They were made with crabmeat, mozzarella, rice and onions. They were piping hot and ok. Could have used a little more seasoning. My husband had the chicken tacos and those were luke warm. 2 are served and he only ate 1. Now I think the shrimp version would be great as I enjoyed the sauce/toppings on the tacos. Which is what I'll try if I make it back there. No complaints on service. read more

First off let me thank Stephanie for causing a disturbance during breakfast. You Hag.... This is a Locally owned beach bar & restaurant. Is the food 5 star or Michelin certified. Probably not...They serve the same prepackaged (Chemical ) condiments as every place on the planet. This is a well run, better than average selection, good food restaurant. I have only had 1 bad meal in 1-1/2 years and they were quick to correct it. They have one of, if not the most friendly staff. Shout out to Mel. For God's sake YOU CHOSE to eat here. We waited over an hour for our food. We had one fork my husband and I had to share between salad and meal that I had to go get from the host stand. My son and husband ran out of drinks more than once. We had to ask for my husband's salad before they brought it out with the meal. My daughter's chicken tenders were dry so I just gave her my cheeseburger which wasn't impressive to begin with. The waiter said a cook walked out and took off my husband's meal plus 15% but I honestly don't think that was the full reason for the issues. None of the food was really impressive. However it was very good - nicely prepared - worth the wait. The waitress was obviously new as she didn't seem to know what she was doing. Had to ask twice for a coffee refill. Today was our first time at Andy D's and we loved it! Brooke was.our waitress and the service was great. The smoked tuna dip is a must...soooo good!!! As locals we'll definitely be back! Was there for Sunday brunch but we got in right around the middle of a shift change. Our 1st waitress was Haylee and she was great but she was the breakfast shift so when we told her we'd like to do lunch instead she had to clock out. We then waited over 30 minutes with no server. I had gone to ask for someone twice when Erica stopped by our table (all on her own) and took care of us. She was absolutely amazing! She saved our experience. We are locals and have been here many times. The food and service has always been good so I do highly recommend this place. They are still figuring out their shift change but I hope they figure it out soon. We would've been happy to sit there with a drink and an appetizer while the restaurant transitions to a new menu. read more
