I ordered the $14 barbacoa plate, and wow absolutely worth it. Everything was crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The meat was incredibly tender and packed with flavor. You can tell they really care about the quality of the food. Every bite was delicious. There are a few parking spots available, and they even have a table outside the truck if you want to sit and eat there. The whole experience was simple, friendly, and satisfying. There are a couple of trees outside, but if it's hot during the day, I would not recommend eating out there for the fact that it would be miserable. This is definitely one of those places I'll keep coming back to again and again. If you're driving through Williams Drive and see the pink truck, stop and try it ,you won't regret it.

They had a limited menu but the El Pastor and the Pork Belly with Chicharron tacos got my attention. Their flavors are strong and unique. If you have been to El Paso or Juarez you know what I mean. These are not your typical Austin tacos. The two sauces that accompany these flavor bombs are hot and hotter. Just a pinch of each will do just fine. They also had a top sirloin taco that others said was beyond awesome. These guys have a great story and in my opinion are slaying it. They're located inside the new (as in opened last year, newest thing on the road) Valero on the corner of Liberty Oaks and Cypress Creek. They're walking distance for me, so I'm here at least a couple of times a week. So far, everything has been absolutely amazing. Great service, great food, huge menu, reasonable prices (though the prices on some things on the menu have gone up 50c - breakfast tacos in particular - and they haven't yet updated the menu). The lunch tacos are HUGE (as far as street tacos go), on homemade corn tortillas and absolutely packed with meat. Menudo on Saturdays, I believe (they're no longer open on Sundays; however, the Valero is open daily from 4:30am to midnight). Prices not current on the pics of the menu I've uploaded, but it does seem to be the current menu (they also have tamales at this location - typical Central TX tamales that are a bit small, but tasty). I'm not sure which items have gone up aside from the breakfast tacos. Fairly typical of a gas station taco experience - you order from the person at the food counter, they give you a ticket with what you've ordered, you pay the gas station cashier, and you wind up waiting maybe a few minutes for your food. There's a few tables outside, but no inside dining. Steam table keeps the most common hot items hot, as is typical in my experience of many taco stands. Their corn tortillas are fresh made to order.

Apparently, there were a lot of people who knew about it (because cars and people kept coming while we were waiting for our order and afterwards while we were eating in our car (it was too cold to eat outside that day). They have a few picnic tables and a stand under a cover next to the truck. The service was fast and friendly. Their portion size was just right for the price. Their tacos though were delicious and we also loved the green sauce which was creamy with some (or shall I say a lot of)kick! We got their egg, bacon, and cheese breakfast tacos (not bad), pastor (tender meat and so good), beef fajita (delicious), and last but not least chicharrones. The chicharrones taco is my jam. They used the thick cut with some fat which was legit, I squeezed some provided lime, and the green sauce; I was a happy camper! Oh and it's a plus for me when I can choose the types of tortilla (corn or flour) for each taco. All in all, you're missing out if you haven't checked them out yet. We would go for their novelty tacos and other items instead of breakfast tacos next time and call to place a to-go order ahead of time.
