It also needed 2 new back tires because they were trashed. And everything needed to be aligned. They did fantastic work. They also communicated very well, and they were very honest. They even stayed open late on Friday night so I could pickup my car in time to use it for Mother's Day weekend. The frosting on the cake is they were able to save me $400. Well when I got the car back I noticed they had chipped the fresh paint on my strut tower near the upper strut mount nuts. They were careless while loosing or tightening the upper strut nut and their socket slipped off and chipped the paint. If that's not bad enough when I was up racing at BIR I had to adjust my coilovers and found that they had way over torqued the lower strut mount bolt, stripping it out. I thought these guys were professionals, it's an embarrassment. Tires plus could have done a better job. If you value your car I wouldn't take it here. Very disappointed with their workmanship.

Husband took his truck in last night, they said they would have it done same day, however when he called them back just before closing, they hadn't done anything with it. One of the workers told them they were busy playing hacky sack in the shop and wouldn't be taking any cars after 5:30! They quoted him $800 and it quickly went to $2,600 and the possbly $3,900 however they STILL hadn't looked at it! On top of that he was told it would be ready same day then when he followed up, they said it would be ready the next day, then he followed up again and they told him it would be four days! Management offered $100 off and a rental car for the inconvenience but when we asked ti speak to his Manager he said he couldn't share that information and his hands were tied. Well we understand car repairs are not cheap we also understand the importance of honesty and commnication! We told them we would be picking the truck up to take it somewhere else and they told us it was already ready for us. Interesting how that's possible when they said that it was completely torn apart. This experience was one blunder after another! Hoping for a better experience at the next place...rant over; enjoy your weekend all! We have been doing business with this company for over 10 years and have enjoyed working with them. However, the new group of management and employees seems to be worthless. This location is easy to find and has plenty of parking, so getting in and out was a snap. A very helpful employee found me wandering around in the tech department and asked if he could help me find anything. He knew exactly what I was looking for and took me there right away (thanks, Kyle!). Bonus, it was on sale. Easy as pie and I got my portable monitor. I was very impressed with their work timing! 4 new tires for my 2006 Toyota Corolla was about $480ish which was not bad at all!! And just recently I went back as one of my new tires unfortunately had a nail in it, which they replaced for free, and I was also reminded of updating my spare tire which was only $165! I highly recommend this place! Both times I've gone here, Tamera helped me out and she is so kind! She explains things very well, and professionally. She answers questions very well too! I am not happy with the current phone call center. I live in far Western Metro and have a low tire, they booked me over an hour way and during rush hour. When I realized it two days before I called and canceled. The Appointment Day I had two calls asking me if I was coming in? Well one was a text. The call center needs some retraining.
