The engine in my son's 2012 Hyundai locked up a couple of weeks ago, so my son had it towed to Complete Auto. It was going to cost between somewhere in the range of $4,000-$6,000 to replace the engine, and he still has a small loan on the car. The team at Complete auto (Nick & Matt) did some searching and found that there was a technical service bulletin (TSA) on his year and make of vehicle that addressed the engine failure. Long story short, they suggested that we have it towed to a Hyundai dealership to see if they would warranty it, and...THEY DID! Complete Auto "could" have not told us about the service bulletin and possibly had a big pay day. It's very hard to find that level of honesty in ANY business these days.
