How Jorge introduced us all

Jorge was there for me when no one else was. Everyday I would show up when I felt down and he never judged me for consuming the delicious food every, single, time. He is the best worker who provides the greatest service to all his customers. The ambiance in this pizza place, saved me from the darkest times of my life.

I introduced my coworker to &pizza at Reston Town Center and am happy to report she enjoyed the experience and have a thumbs up. I was a little worried because I knew the crust was important to her, as we walked to her car & drove over I began prepping her trying to explain it wasn't traditional pizza but was a good food experience. When we arrived I began prepping mine first. I had forgotten to mention you were not limited on toppings. I was glad to see the expression of joy on her face as the staff told her she could pick any toppings. I was equally relieved when she approved the crust and the pizza in general. This location has a well set up prep area and nice seating in a corner space. I am glad there is an &pizza close to work and expect it will be an occasional lunch treat.

The pizza was quite good. I had a custom-made margarita pizza. My friend had a white sauce based pizza. The service was very fast and the server was extremely helpful. He even spoke some sign language to my deaf friend.

A great place to get pizza in the Reston area &pizza is a fast-casual pizza franchise that has carved out a place in the food world with its modern, customizable approach to pizza. Founded in 2012 by Michael Lastoria and Steve Salis, the first &pizza opened in Washington, D.C. Customers have the ability to build their own pizzas with a wide array of doughs, sauces, cheeses, and toppings, all prepared quickly in front of them. This personalized approach has resonated with pizza lovers seeking more than just a typical slice. The franchise has expanded significantly, with over 30 locations in cities like Washington, D.C., New York, and Philadelphia. I recently tried the one near the Reston Town Center at the northwest corner of Library and Democracy Streets. It is a corner space on street level. There is not a lot of tables for seating so stake out your place quickly. There were screens where you order and pay for you pizza. In a few minutes it will be ready and they will call your name that you input when ordering. The price is reasonable. The pizza was a large flatbread type pizza. I ordered a pepperoni and really liked the taste. The space itself was a little dirty but that was to be expected with the volume of customers that they were serving and the speed of table turnover when I visited. The pizza was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I liked the idea and hope that they open one near me soon.

Totally mixed feelings on this place. Crappy customer service. I stood at the pickup window. They ignored me while someone walked around to get behind the glass and another pounded on the counter and they helped them first. Guess I need to ignore the signage and the health precautions and be a jerk to get some help. Good gluten free pizza, which is hard to do, so their regular pizza must be terrific. Ordered two pizzas through the app and they put the toppings and drizzles of one on the other. Would have been really good if they did it right, but because they made the mistake, the two of us who ordered very different pizzas had "meh" experiences. So I guess it goes back to "crappy customer service". I wouldn't have considered it dinner rush when I went, but maybe I will try to go at an even slower hour to see if they can get the order right.

My favorite pizza joint in Reston area! Every pizza is on point. I love that they have great preselected combos or you can make your own.

Before we tried this location, the only other time we ate at an &pizza was the one in Springfield. When we were at a Yelp event, &pizza was there and they gave me 2 coupons for a free pizza. That, of course, enticed us to try it and the closest one at the time was in Springfield. We found the pizza to be okay. Then they opened up one in RTC but we never made it there. What stopped us was the very limited seating. We wondered if we would be able to find a seat when we got our pizzas. Last week my husband told me he wanted pizza so I suggested ordering takeout and delivery at &pizza. So we put our order in with Door Dash which went very well. Our pizzas were made just as we asked and they arrived when we expected them. Their pizzas are still okay. On my pizza I did the traditional crust with tomato sauce, mozzarella, grape tomatoes, bacon and a roasted garlic drizzle. My husband did the traditional crust, tomato sauce, mozzarella, sausage and a roasted garlic drizzle. We both found they were stingy when it came to the ingredients. There could have been a little more sauce and cheese. The pizzas were cut in 8 pieces which made them easy to eat. My husband's pizza only had one slice of sausage on each piece. The pizzas hit the spot when it came to my husband's pizza craving. So they met expectations that way. These pizzas are middle of the road ones. If you've had really great pizza like John's in NYC or Regina's in Boston, you will be disappointed if that's what you expect from here. So, I say order from here with tempered expectations and you will do just fine.

But apparently the lunch combo is just cheese pizza despite the ad not specifying that. Felt pretty lied to and disappointed. My wife and I had been seeing the lunch deal advertised here for a while. We finally decided to go the other day. We found out upon ordering that the lunch combo of 2 slices and a drink only includes cheese pizza despite the ads never mentioning that. We ended just getting 2 slices of flavors we actually wanted to try. We also ordered buffalo wings and garlic knots. The pizza was comparable to that of the pizza you'd get from Costco. It was very cheese forward and didn't have any sauce taste. Not that that's bad, but it's not enough to make me come back consistently. The wings were good and the spicy buffalo had a good kick to it. The garlic knots were average to me. Nothing to write home about. The service was fairly quick considering we ordered wings that had to be made fresh. Was only about 10 mins when we walked in. The restaurant has the pizzas available for slices on the display racks as you walk in. There's a little bit of seating inside if you want to eat there.

Perfect for a date night, girls night or even a solo date! We got there closer to 7:30 on a Thursday so we didn't need a reservation. It's a little loud but we were still able to have a conversation amongst ourselves. Service 10/10 Our server was so nice and funny. He was very patient with us since this was our first time here. Definitely had good recommendations and was honest about what was good to try. He was super attentive and the food came out relatively quick. Food 12/10 The food was greatttttt!!!!! We started out with the focaccia which was light and fluffy. It paired well with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar dipping oil. I had the spicy rigatoni and my friend had the lasagna. We were very happy with our entrees. My pasta was creamy spicy and very flavorful! Not going to lie should have order another for to-go. For dessert I got the seasonal butter cake which had caramel, bananas and vanilla ice cream. It was fabulous and the perfect way to finish off the night. My friend got the tiramisu and she loved it as well. I need to come back here again to try more food because man.... Everything was great!

The lady could not find my reservation. i had to show her. but something is wrong with their system because this happened to a friend of mine back in February as well. They ran out of ranch and N/A prosseco. It is okay bc the food was good. We ordered the fried zucca chips. OVERLY SALTED. did not enjoy. The burrata was delicious. I would get that again. The chicken parmesan was delicious. but it was odd it came with mac and cheese ziti or some kind of cheese sauce. Usually you serve chicken parm with spaghetti and sauce? The Bolognese was delicious and same with the chicken pesto. My sister got a arugula steak salad. The steak was really rare and they didnt even ask how she wanted it cooked. the little gem caesar was good but it had way too much dressing. way too much. the dessert was delicious. butter cake was amazing! Drinks: Cocktails were really good but OVERPRICED. $16-$17 dollars for a non fancy italian spot is wild. Ciao Bella was delicious though. I would probably come here again but it is overpriced.

Called earlier in the week to see if they could accommodate a large party on the upcoming Sunday…read more This was our first time at Pupatella and they were extremely flexible and friendly! It was a lot at first getting everyone settled, but we were a party of 27 and half of the party were children under the age of 9 - so that's to be expected . Food and drinks were great. The Diavola and the meatball pizza were favorites. The appetizer sampler and the dessert sampler / frittis were really good too. They also have pretty good selection on their bar. We'll definitely be back.

So, I wanted to share a little something about a recent pizza adventure (or misadventure, depending…read moreon how you look at it!) my friend and I had. We finally made it over to Pupatella's in Reston, the one we've been curious about, after a bit of a shopping spree. We were totally in the mood for some delicious pizza! Right as we walked in, the very first thing that caught my eye was the welcome mat. Honestly, it looked like it had seen a *lot* of action and could probably use a good scrub-down - it wasn't exactly rolling out the red carpet, if you know what I mean! Then, looking around, the concrete floors felt a little... well, cold and not super inviting. We were hoping for more of that warm, cozy pizzeria vibe, but it felt a bit stark and dim, making it hard to feel truly settled. A lovely person did greet us with a smile and got us seated quickly, which was nice! We decided on a couple of 11-inch pepperoni pizzas and some diet drinks. Before our food arrived, I popped over to the restroom. And gosh, that was another spot that seemed to be crying out for a deep clean. There were some splashes around the toilet area that were a bit off-putting, making me wonder about the general upkeep behind the scenes. Then came the main event - our pizzas! They looked... shiny. And not in a good way, unfortunately. There was so much oil, especially from the pepperoni, that it was practically pooling on top and had soaked right into the crust. It was really quite something! I tried my best, dabbing away at it with napkins, but honestly, after just one slice, I had to throw in the towel. It was just a bit too much for me. My friend, bless her heart, didn't want it to go to waste, so she thoughtfully packed up the rest, and we headed out pretty quickly after that. So, all in all, it wasn't quite the pizza experience we were hoping for. Between the general cleanliness issues and the super greasy pizza, I don't think Pupatella's in Reston will be seeing us again anytime soon. And honestly, I'd probably hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a great pizza spot right now. Just wanted to give you a friendly heads-up about our visit!

The supremo pizza is ok, but sometimes undercooked and tastes like a Digiorno frozen pizza.
