Ended my membership and joined Grindhouse, which is cheaper, has good AC and high ceilings, plenty of machines, music not too loud, and has an OK place to stretch-- alas with no views.

There's also a blow dryer. There is a water refill station right before you enter the studio. The studio is a rectangle so there's one row in the back and one row in the front. I've taken a class before in the east village, but never in this studio. I don't remember much except I love the music, which is why I go and it did not disappoint this time either. the class had the instructor announced positions, which is fine, but I do wish she could've demonstrated since I'm not an avid Yogi. You do about three or four different flows and then after you learn one flow, you have three minutes to do it on your own. that part I didn't really enjoy because sometimes I would forget the sequence and just felt lost. I could've done without that part and just had More instruction.
